Well first off, 1 star to many but had to post this, let me start by saying as soon as we opened the door to the place to pick up the RV we rented, we were greeted (NOT) by who looks like a retired, seen more bad days than good, Biker ol' woman. She looked at us as if she'd seen a ghost and was terribly RUDE. Told her we were a little early to pick up the RV due to being in the area so she says, "the person you're supposed to see is not here and I'm goin' on break" we then wait, and wait some more til' she finally commences to muscle the strength to walk in the back to smoke a cig (smokes Permeating in the efficiency size office) to call the rep. The rep shows up, ok enough but did a quick walk thru asking if we'd seen the RV video and did not demonstrate HOW to use everything. Long story short the fridge never worked, we'd called Cruise America (they are extremely helpful) numerous times, there were broken furniture pieces that I reported to Cruise Amer, and the RV rode worse that a Uhaul. All in all, DON'T ever rent from Delray Automotive! go elsewhere..you've been warned. Wish I'd read the review further down posted in 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delray Automotive has a Cruise America franchise, and Patty there was amazingly helpful! I hear the cars sold there are high quality at good price. They work hard there. Not fancy, but recommended.

Bought my 370z here to get tires changed, they were amazing and got it done quick. Woman at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable about any questions I had and she knows her cars, such a cool lady. I never trust peoples bad reviews online because more often than not it s the entitled customers fault thinking the customer is always right when in reality they re not. If you want work done on your car right and to not get robbed like the dealerships do then coke here! Great work and nice people

I would put zero stars if possible. The guy running the desk here is a total jerk! Extremely rude the second you walk in. I came here for a car inspection for my car insurance. Do not go here! There are the other places that will treat you with respect.

Tried to gouge me on the price of a battery. They stalled me on the price while the mechanic took my battery out. When he finally gave me the price I balked. He then want to charge me$69.00for diagnosis

They are very distracted. When I brought in my car at nine I was assured that they would have it out by 12. They did not even look at the car until after 1230. They ended up fixing the car without giving me a quote ahead of time. According to Google the repair that I needed should be between 40 and $100 but depending on whether you re living in a very rural or other location. They charged me $185 and gave me the car back close to 2 o clock. Are used to go to years ago this was the first time in a long time but it will be the last time

Terrible customer service. Nasty people with zero customer service skills. New owners don t hold a candle to prior owners. Went for oil change and CarCo inspection and was told (despite the place being empty) they only do inspections on weekdays and they re too busy to do an oil change. And the woman at the front desk said it with an attitude. Told her I ve had it done before on a weekend and she claimed she has been there for years and they never do inspections on Saturday, a blatant lie. My advice, stay away and go up the block to Family Automotive in Delray who took care of me instantly and with a smile.

I ve been going here for years to get my cars serviced and they ve always been very honest, reasonably priced, and great. Even under new management they re still a great place to get your regular mechanic work. I have NEVER had a problem here and will continue to be back. Do yourself a favor and skip the dealer... same services here but at a great discount.

Warning -they are scammers. Do not rent here.I had a reservation scheduled through Budget's website and confirmed in writing. The reserved price, all included, was $88. When I showed up to pick up the truck, they said they could not find my reservation, refused to accept my written confirmation, then said they would charge me $300 for the same exact truck. This is a blatant scam to take advantage of people who are on a tight moving schedule and have no choice but to take their inflated price. Thankfully, that was not my case and I was able to make a reservation for next day at ANOTHER dealer who did a great job.

Delray Automotive & Marine - Budget Truck Rental - Whatever you do don't rent a truck from this location. Mother-in-Law had a confirmed reservation from Budget for over a month, got here to pick up truck and not only didn't they have the truck but experienced the rudest and most uncaring customer service you could imagine. The woman at the counter basically told her "too bad, can't help you". When I called to find out what happened, I received the same bad attitude, rude service and was hung up on when trying to get help and answers. If your move is important to you, Budget is fine but don't deal with this location.

Worst service ever!!! they were rude and over tighten the lug nuts on the tires. They don't know how to speak to people and they lied to me. I would never use them again and highly recommend that if you consider using them for any aspect of your automotive needs turn the other way and run. I have friends at the Better Business Bureau that will hear my complaints about this business. And on top of that I will tell everyone I know on social media not to go there they are dishonest liars cheats and just plain poor customer service. The older gentleman behind the counter doesn't belong there and is hurting that business severely must be why they don't have any cars in the garage getting work done.

Hi give them one star but they deserve zero Mechanic came outside yelling at my Helper like if he was trash I will never use their service again. The worst ever in the morning when I spoke to the girl in the front desk she came with an attitude I can't believe this is America. My advice don't waste your time and coming to this place, very negative vibe coming from there. I wish I could I speak for all the senior ladies that go there and get ripped off yeah ripped off big careful people some people say they're a mechanic but they aren't a mechanic you first start a business with honesty and respect for others.

Stay away from this place. I used their location to rent a Budget Truck. I had to literally go behind the counter to help the computer illiterate employee fill out the information for the rental. I used the truck for 5 hours and returned the truck the same day, after hours, in their blue budget key drop box. They would not acknolwedge my drop off and charged me for 3 days with excessive fees. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I was there to get a car fixed and i suspected what he told me wasn't needed but was very expensive. Then I listened to them speak in Spanish to each other (I kept it a secret I can speak Spanish as well) about how I'll never know the difference and that it's no different how they do not every day and thrn one man asked the other (in Spanish) if he made sure he cut my fuel lines so they can shoe me that it is torn and needs a thousand dollar repair. EDIT: My sister just had the EXACT same experience. This time she recorded it and has forwarded it to the attorney general's office. Another thing, they sell used cars. O purchased one 2 years ago with my credit card, and they lied about EVERYTHING. They rolled back the odometer, they lied about the repairs they did, and the "clean title" they claimed I found out was a forgery when I went to register it and was actually a salvage. Thankfully my credit card intervened and took care of it. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away from this place. Also they post fake positive reviews about themselves (sorry I am not at liberty to publically say why I know this, but if you PM me I will be happy to elaborate)

worst mechanic ever....OVERCHARGES and does not guarantee work. He lied to my wife, fixed something that i had replaces 2 weeks ago....would not give me the parts he said weren't working....and his employee tried to talk to my wife, not knowing she was married!!!!! So disrespectful. Unprofessional. Just trying to make a buck... and his employees make a commission on the bill. Its all about "how much money can we get out of this stool Pigeon? the have 0 good reviews. NO Morals Or Integrity.

Completely dishonest and untrustworthy!! Do not deal with these people or you will get taken! I bought a car that they "restored", from them. I had it shipped to me in Texas and it is unsafe to drive and requires over $20k in repairs just to drive it! Please help me make them do the right thing.... Give me my money back and I'll return the car.

Spent two days trying to get them on the phone to confirm a Budget truck rental, only to be told they don't have the truck size I reserved when I finally got through. Sure, the inventory being wrong is on Budget, but not picking up the phone for two days? That's on Delray Automotive and Marine.

Rita and the group of guys their are all terrific. Brian is the best!!! I will never change my shop and my mechanic or this place. They are the best with great deals and services. Thank you all

This shop is garbage and deserve to be banned in the United States. If I can rated 0 stars I would. Un-experience Mechanics who can't fix a thing, bad customer service and over fixed prices. Never will do business again..

I have been coming to Delray Automotive and marine for a year now and I have never seen an unhappy customer nor have I ever been dissatisfied with the level of work or professionalism. They know cars and they do a damn good job!!

Shop around there are more reliable repair shops without a long story they took advantage of my elderly father causing him to come back multiple times**Our car was in Avalon and dad wanted to keep it they couldn't figure out the cause problem sold him parts that didn't fix the problemBasically trial and error at Dad's expense music disabled Vet 90 years old

Good service. Ut they. Nickel and dime you .Had.brakes done but they use cheap parts . Had problems when traveled up north in cold weather. No problem though in warm weather.

Very low quality work. They did timing belt replacement, a $1,000 job, it didn't last a month. They put in cheapest generic parts and tensioner broke. Don't walk away, run!!!

AWFUL!!!!!!!! I reserved a budget truck at this location for 5pm and when I showed up at 4:50 they were closed. I called the corporate office to figure out what was going on with my reservation and they said that the owner of the location cancelled my reservation at 4:47. The representative on the line then hung up on me. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Had work done here recently service was great. Work was done on time will return again soon. Since this shop is under new Management the atmosphere is entirely different.

Very up front about everything I asked to have repaired and checked out. The hourly rate is fair and just, based on the quality of workmanship provided. Highly recommended.
