Service Department in meltdown. Brought car in two days ago. I had made an appointment a couple of weeks in advance. bService was for A16 plus fix blindspot indicator. I also asked them to check freon. I was told they couldn't perform the service that day but to leave car. I asked about a loaner car. While their policy is to give loaner cars if service can't be completed that day, they were out of loaner cars. I received no calls from Service Department on day two despite leaving several messages after being on hold for up to one-half an hour each time. On day three I called again and after another one-half hour hold I finally spoke to my service representative. I told him I was coming to pick up the car and to not do any more work. When I arrived, I found out the car had not even been taken in for service yet. Something is terribly wrong with this Acura service dept. I will never go there again despite having used them for the last six years.

For the most part the service was OKThe wait for an oil change was longer than 3 hours. I called the next day to speak to service regarding the light was on for tire pressure low next morning after however no one answers I pressed every number sales service !I called to speak to the Mgr of the dealershipAnd was nice enough have the service mgrCall me I couldn t speak to him when he calledAnd he never called back!I bought my vehicle Acura RDX at Napleton in Palm Beach a great experience with allI purchased a 2018 Acura RDX and now a 2021 great car great service will not service or purchase from anyone but Napleton Acura and Macy is the best Sales person in the WorldThe phone

My appointment was cancelled last minute with no communication. I called an hour before my appointment to confirm that I could get service, was told that I was on the schedule and to come up. When I arrived I was told that they cancelled all appointments that morning because their staff left. This is ridiculous customer service and will be taking my business to Pompano Beach Acura.
