Today we purchased a new RDX advance with Lori and Jeff. They were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The experience was a pleasure instead of pushy and stressful. I highly recommend you stop here and test drive a car. You will be like me and walk out with a new car. Also they are friendly!

The most pleasant experience in the car buying process! From the moment I spoke to Thomas, the salesperson, until we left the dealership with our new car, the whole process was wonderful. The friendliness and honesty of the salesman, Finance Manager, General Manager, etc., made the whole car buying experience a breeze. I highly recommend this car dealership if you are in the market for a Honda or Acura.

Recently purchased an Acura Integra from Jonas at the new Delray Acura location and the experience was by far the best experience I ve ever had at any car dealership! Jonas was amazing, helped me find the perfect car, got me at a perfect price point and aside from being a genuinely great guy was super professional and went over the top in every which way to make the deal happen! The entire staff is super friendly and make you feel like family! Even Justin the Finance Manager made the experience great too! Overall I highly recommend! If I could choose more stars I would have! Will be back for our next vehicle!

First of all, I would like to thank Aaron Fenyus for making my experience in purchasing a 2024 Honda CR/V an absolutely amazing one.From the moment I walked in until the following week when I purchased the car, he never once made me feel pressured. He was fair with the pricing and I walked out feeling 100% that I had made the right decision. I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Delray Honda. Jonas Bair was our Sales Expert. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable through the whole purchasing experience. He even watched my 3 year old while I was working with the finance agent. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience I've ever been through!

I had a great experience at Delray Honda! I initially walked into the dealer with no intention of leasing a car from them, having a solid deal back home that I was going to be doing over the holiday. I simply wanted to compare two car models to see which route i was going to take. After speaking with Nate (Naheem) and going over what i was looking for, not only was he was able to beat out the deal I had back home, but with an upgrade! Him and the other guys I worked with at the dealership were all a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back here again for my next lease and will be referring all my friends to them!

By far the best dealership I have ever been too! Nick Orlando made it incredibly easy to get my wife into her dream suv! Where other dealerships told her no they only said yes! There was no obstacle, from insurance with Jason to financing a new lease with Om, that they weren t willing to not only handle but overcome! I will never even think about going anywhere else for a vehicle purchase! Thank you Nick Orlando and team for making my wife s car buying experience not only hassle free but so enjoyable!!

My mother and I just purchased a car from delray Acura and our sales person Jose Santoyo was god sent.He was very patient and knowledgeable about everything, easy to work with and all of our needs were met. Extremely nice gentleman. I would recommend him a million times!!! If you are ever in need of a new vehicle go to Delray Acura and ask for Jose Santoyo. Best salesman in town!

Jorge was actually the best person I ve ever ver dealt with at a car dealership. He made sure I got the best rate and genuinely cared about me. I went to a different dealership earlier in the day where they were so rude and told me that since I asked about the fine print I ll have to pay 2k more. I came to Delray Acura after that and was blessed with Jorge!!! Come here before anywhere else because I ve never felt more taken care of!! Jorge, is actually so fantastic!!! Will always be coming here in the future!

Nick Orlando and Om Prakash made leasing a beautiful 2024 Acura MDX such an enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment they pull my new car around for me to drive off. Been buying or leasing cars in Florida for over 30 years. Steve Baldini is by far the best sales specialist I have ever encountered. he s honest, efficient, listens to the customers needs, is available before during and after purchase. He s also, not a high-pressure sales specialist .

My salesman Mr. Gay was outstanding. He gets 5 stars. Finance, however was subpar. First, I was likely intentionally misinformed that my 2023 Integra did not come with the 2 year maintenance plan that is advertised everywhere by Acura. So I purchased the Acura Care maintenance plan, and found out afterwards my Integra did in fact, come with maintenance plan, that is now obsolete.Also, although it wasn t a big deal to me at the time, I was repeatedly misinformed about the status of the payoff of my trade in. It took weeks, and I had to jump through hoops with my bank because finance was sitting on the payoff for some reason. I ve now had the car for a year. I wasn t going to leave this review because the payoff situation didn t bother me too much, but a dealer closer to my home recently assured me that I was misinformed about the free 2 year maintenance plan, that led me to purchase the Acura care, that I would not have otherwise. I paid over MSRP like everyone else at the time, and that wasn t enough? Trickery for some extra $ will be a stain on the dealership.

This Integra Type S was the third car I ve bought from my favorite salesman Frankie Let s Make It Happen Lena. He also had a great supporting cast in Jeff Mr. Good Luck sales mgr. and Earl Man of the World trade appraiser. I m looking forward to buying my next three from Frankie as well.

I had an amazing car buying experience with my salesperson in Delray, Steve Baldini. Had none of the usual sales games, he presented my options, went with a lease. A day later the car was prepped when I arrived, within two hours between Steve Baldini and finance Tony Bernudez, i drove away with my new ride.

Do not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Drive to Pembroke Pines. It s not that far. I purchased a Certified Acura MDX in December. Since then no one will return my call. Once they have your business they want nothing to do with you.Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism.And the dealership keeps deleting my review

I had an amazing experience leasing my wife's second MDX from Delray Acura! The staff was very helpful and honest. The whole car purchase/lease experience at this dealership was a way better experience than any other dealership we went to which made my decision easy to go with Acura again. I want to thank the staff at Delray Acura! My wife couldn't be happier.

When I bought my car was great service , then it just got recently sold and I had a problem with my brand new car and the new ownership refused to take my car in to fix because it was warranty work and absolutely did nothing to help the situation, but would take you if you were paying for work! I have two acuras and love them , I will now go to pompano beach Acura as they actually took in my car immediately to work on it and get me going ! Will never do business will Delray Acura again , my business will go else where, these people have no integrity!
