December 8th 2021, I was in a rear end collision that wasn't my fault. Since the accident happened after the dealership was closed Progressive had me take it to DPC. It is March of 2024 and I still have not received my truck.I have had many excuses, from Covid, GM strike, to the parts are on order and there is a National shortage. I have gotten so many false hopes I was going to get my truck back, but has always a few more days or next week...been like this for 2 years.Meanwhile, my plates were stolen, the truck was setting outside with door open, batteries dead and someone had gone through all the stuff I left in there and threw it all around the cab of the truck, stole a drill and battery booster I also had left.DPC could not or wasn't able to do the repair on the axle, so it had to go to the dealership to get repairs done there. The repairs were completed on August 31 2023. DPC waited a month before they picked up the truck from the dealership on September 2023 but still said they were waiting on parts after they got it back to their shop...(exhaust hangar and tail pipe) 2 years seems a long time to be waiting on parts. Progressive has already paid them out and I don't seem like they have a priority on getting my truck out in a timely manner.I went to the shop to see the truck and they told me they had the truck at a different location in a storage lot.I do not know what to expect when my truck is finally ready. I have been out of a vehicle for over 2 years and they don't seem to understand the hardship this has put me through for more than 2 years.All I know is, the truck better be in same condition or better than before the wreck.Good luck if you take you vehicle to this shop.I have had nothing but bad luck!

First, I cannot thank dealers pro choice body shop enough for making my little truck looking brand new and better than it was prior to a tow truck company that smashed the nose of my truck off while sitting in a parking lot. The work they did was epic. My 12 year old truck looks brand new. They took so much care in trying to make me happy and succeeded. I highly recommend this body shop as the staff is beyond helpful and the owner is so kind. You can tell they take great pride, in the work that they do for people that need help . Again, my sincere gratitude and thanks goes out to Rick the owner.

DPC rescued my Bronco from another body shop who left my car sitting for a month untouched! They promised to fix it quickly and did just that! DPC choice was recommended to me by my dealer for good reason. My car actually came out better than when it came in. The damage was repaired to the extent that I couldn't tell anything had happened. On top of that, the car interior was cleaned up nicely, and the settings for my navigator etc. screen were programmed to be more user friendly, such as the dimming function for night time travel. Katie kept me informed every step of the way, coordinating the repair itself as well as the insurance company. I highly recommend Dealers Pro Choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had Rick repair my ex-wife's car. She's a teacher and survives on a teachers salary so I it was important to make her 2005 Avalon last a few more years. Rick went above and beyond what he was supposed to do cleaning the inside of the car and even doing the headlamps that were hazed. Can't tell you how nice it was to not have to do nothing but pick up the car on the day that he promised. No frustration, no back and forth, he knew what had to be done and did a profesional job doing so. I can't tell you the respect that I have for him and the work that he does. I can see why so many dealers in the area trust him to do their work. The car lookss better than it did when I bought it for her some years back. Great Job Dealer's Pro Choice!

If it wasn't for Roots and Wings gifting me with a certificate I would have missed out on a tremendous experience. Very nice staff. Franchesca, was such a joy to work with making this whole new experience memorable and exciting. My Genesis was detailed inside and out and It was as new as if it came from the showroom. I will be back again and again. Thank you gentleman for doing a great job on my vehicle.

Our brand new Jetta was hit by someone with cut rate insurance. It seemed like there was going to be an uphill battle to get this repaired and the rental reimbursed. This on-top of worrying if the repair would be done right!I took the Jetta to VW and they sent me toDealers Pro Choice; their trusted body shop. From the moment I walked into the shop Katie and Laura immediately made me feel confident that they would get things done. They were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and went out of their way to organize everything. So not typical of Florida businesses!!!!They followed up several times with a non-responsive insurance agent. Got the repair paid for and helped with the rental reimbursement as well! Who does that?Once the car was ready I knew the repair was going to be perfect and it was. The car looked like nothing had happened! The paint was perfectly matched, the car was washed and running like just like new. EXTRAORDINARY!So in short if you want to feel confident that you will be treated fairly and your vehicle will be repaired right then look no further than Dealers Pro Choice! Had my Mx5 repaired at Dealers Pro Choice recently and I'm very happy with the results. I have a Crystal Soul Red color which is a complex color to replicate. I must say you can't even tell where the work was done. Laura and Rick were great to deal with and made sure I was happy with my car. My car had aftermarket parts and many details that needed to be paid attention to.. They listened and addressed my concerns and took all the time necessary to fix any issues that came up along the way. This was not my first car that they dealt with and they did no dissapoint. Kudos to the team and everyone who worked on my car during its time there.

Dealers Pro Choice was recommended by a dealer. We replaced a rocker on a vehicle. The process was seamless. Part ordered ahead of drop off. It came, they painted and called to get it scheduled for drop off. The car was in the shop for barely a day. Dropped off in the morning and picked up before end of work day. Granted we had a very small job, so it was quick. The paint of the replacement part was flawless, cant even tell. Thank you so much for a great experience ! We took our 2019 camaro to Dealers Pro Choice. We didn t know who to trust to do the work and if they would do a good job! My girl at the chevy dealership recommended Dealers Pro Choice and gave me their number and I called.. they couldn t be more professional, informative, and great to deal with! They stand behind their work and stay in contact with you during the whole process Francesca is fabulous absolutely love her! If you need body work done on your car -they are the place to go!!!!We just took our Camaro in to be detailed and they did an impeccable job inside and out! They will treat you right when you need your car repaired or even just to look bougie and get a wax and detail.. The best.. will go back every time!!! I can't say enough about them....

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS! This shop has zero integrity in what they do and will take the money from your insurance company but not complete the job. They had my vehicle for 4.5 months and when they returned not to me there were more problems than began. It is unfortunate because someone recommended them to me, and it was not the service I was told I would receive. I took my vehicle back to finish the issues not completed. They had it for another 2 months. Again, they returned my car without fixing the issues and I had to take it to another shop and pay out of pocket to do the repairs I already paid to have done. Zero customer service and no empathy for someone who tried to work with them and was patient.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jake did an exceptional job on my Mercedes brakes and rotors. After getting my quote from the MB dealership, I called Dealers Pro Choice to get an estimate. Not only was it much more affordable than MB quote, they took the time to review what MB told me I absolutely needed which in fact ended up I didn t need. Communication was excellent and my car rides brand new again! This is my one stop shop for all car needs moving forward. What an incredible team you guys have! I needed my entire hood to be repaired and repainted on my Challenger. They not only did the job but did it well and at a great price. I mentioned I hated the holes in my bumper (northern license plate) and Jake suggested plugging them and painting the bumper too. It looks great. And everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. This company was honest and saved me money by salvaging my bumper. They made my car look like new again and had it back to me the same day. The price was very fair and I was treated with respect. Highly recommend dealers pro choice for your auto body work . The work they did for me was flawless. You would never know the car needed bodywork and the paint matches perfectly. I can see why dealers pro-choice is the choice of auto dealers in our area. Took my 2009 Ford Fusion in to Dealers Pro Choice and can't say enough how well a job they did. For being so busy they were able to repair, paint and also gave me much needed claim assistance during the whole process. They really made it seem like they were working hard to make sure everything was as simple as possible for me, no. I took my car to 3 body shops in the area and not one of them could beat the estimate that Dealers pro choice gave me. Every dealership in delray told me to call them. Glad I Did!

Jake and the office staff (sorry I can't remember their names) were extremely professional and super friendly! I brought my car in for some front end damage. Not only did I get my car back quickly and within the time frame Jake told me, the repair is perfect! The paint looks like it came off the showroom floor! Thanks you guys! This was a great experience all around. Rick and his team handled my car's body work in a timely manner. My car literally looked brand new (10 years old in 2021) and you would have never known it was hit. They replaced everything in the door including electrical and things look and act brand new. I have not been in an accident in over 30 years and was on one at 5pm on December 31st 2018 in Ft Lauderdale. Although my Mustang was driveable the entire front of my car had to be replaced. I did my due dillegence on auto body repairs as I needed a fair price as I did not have collission so I was responsible for the repair out of pocket. Dealing with Rick Burgess was excellent. The estimate he promissed is what I paid and my car was ready in 4 days. My Mustang looks great and I was happy with the work and fair price I paid.

Recently my vehicle was sent to dealers pro choice on behalf of Gunther Volkswagen to repair some paint chips that were on the vehicle due to the carelessness of Gunthers employees.When the vehicle was first sent to dealers pro choice I got the vehicle back in a timely fashion and thought the repairs look good. However shortly after picking it up the rain washed off the glaze that they put on the car and I started to notice several areas of sloppiness in their work. I also noticed a small dent on the left rear door near the fender. I figured that there was no way that dent could be their fault and went and paid a paintless dent removal service $50 to have it taken out. As far as the imperfections, the finishing work on the repairs was very sloppy and I had to bring the car back to their shop a 2nd time to have it fixed . Rick the owner was friendly and was quick to bring the car in and level out (wet sand) the clear coat on a repair they did to make it look slightly better. Again he gave the car back to me covered with glaze to hide any imperfections for me to see. I trusted his word it was all good and went on my way. Again after the glaze washed off the car a 2nd time I noticed more issues. These included flaking clear coat, as well as issues with the area he had wet sanded. The sanded area looked very dull as if the clear coat was thin or burnt, and also the finishing work they did with a buffer had left tons of trails and swirls all over the car.I brought back the vehicle a third time to have the flaking clear coat addressed and hopefully have all of the issues resolved. The car was back to me in about 2 days, and again covered in glaze hiding any imperfections. I took the vehicle home and now that I have washed the car, i can see that it is still not right. I still have issues with the dull thin/burnt area in my clear coat, and i also found a large paint chip on a rear door that was not there before the last time they touched the vehicle.So now after 3 trips to dealers pro choice i do not only have a vehicle that still needs to go to another body shop, but i also got a dent i had to repair, a paint chip that will need to go to another body shop, and some clear coat that will need to be addressed by a detailer or another body shop. Thanks dealers pro choice!

Grieco Ford sent my brand new Mustang to their shop to repair some factory defects. My car sat at their facility for over a month without being touched. I was watching the GPS daily. When I finally threw enough of a fit it started moving around. Unfortunately, when I got the car back at the six and a half week mark it was in much worse condition than it was when they got it. They TRASHED my new car. It came back filthy inside and out. The "paint work" was awful. Edges not finished, overspray on the entire car, some overspray IN the car, and they flat out refused to do the work to repair a fisheye defect. On top of that the seats came back worn like someone had been using it as a napping spot. The dash was damaged like the napping person had put their feet up. This isn't even the worst. It came back with ROACHES crawling out of the dash. I was horrified. Now the car is being repaired AGAIN at a different shop. I bought the car in January. I drove it for 20 days. The rest of this time it has been in body shops. Do not use this shop. Just don't.

Dealer Pro Choice was a sublet vendor selected by Grieco Ford Delray Beach service department to paint a replacement hood for my vehicle. The work is substandard and very poor quality as it looks like it was painted with French fry grease on the side of the highway in a construction zone during a windy day. The clear coat started delaminating and the paint was peeling within one week. The panel edges are not finished and the dirt and defects were polished so much that they burned through the clear coat. I would not recommend this facility to paint my mailbox.

After an unfortunate hit and run I was recommended to DPC. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. The work they did to our Yukon was outstanding. Best body shop around! They have done great work for me on two Foxbody Mustangs, my F150, and now they are fixing the deep scratch my wife put on her beautiful new MDX. The owner Rick is very honest and straight forward. They deliver top quality work and can work on any car from a high end import to a cool project car.
