When is the last time you met an honest, genuine auto mechanic? One that you can trust with your eyes closed?In my opinion, and for me, there is only ONE mechanic in Boca Raton/Delray Beach that I will ever use: Sam from Congress Auto Service. Something in Sam's DNA makes him treat people fair, honest, straightforward and truthful. How important is this in a business like auto repair? It's #1 on my list. Forget the fact that he can find your problem in record time, my impression about him was positive the moment we shook hands. Go to Sam. You will not be disappointed. He is a true, true mensch and will deal with you 100% FAIR.I cannot say enough about him.

I met Sam when I put my car in his shop due to several sensors lighting up on my dashboard. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustments. His expertise and efficiency was so appreciated. I felt very good leaving his shop knowing my car was in good shape to drive. I will routinely visit Sam s shop for future maintenance. I had my car towed to Sam at Congress Auto Friday afternoon because it was making a funny noise and acting like something could go wrong if I drove it. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and called to say he would order the part and repair my car the next day. Well Sam got to the shop early Saturday morning, fixed my car by 9am, and even gave me a ride to the shop. I was told if I hadn t gotten my car towed, I would have damaged the engine. Instead of telling me I needed a new engine like the tow truck driver suggested, Sam was honest. I ve been going to Sam for 2 years and I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Excellent customer service!!! Sam saved the day and took us right in for our tire that had a screw in it. We had a 5 hour drive ahead of us and needed it fixed immediately. It seems hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I have been to Congress Auto twice and have been pleased both times. The first time Sam saved me $500.00 by doing a repair a different way but he gave me the choice. The second repair Sam checked the car before I left to ensure it was right and it was. Just a good trustworthy mechanic. Oh and don't be fooled by the outside, its the knowledge inside that counts and the honesty.

Sam is truly an expert!! Makes time for you and puts his heart and time into fixing any car issue. Never rushed a service and never had to come back to fix something he did. I recommended everyone to come to this shop!!!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Sam at Congress Auto Service for over 7 years and will continue to do so. He is honest , reliable and has a vast knowledge on all different kind of cars , from luxury cars that we have owned( Mercedes, BMW's, Audi) to Honda, Toyota and our family Jeep. He recently fixed a window problem on our Jeep and serviced it as well. He always tops off all fluids and checks the tire pressure and all at a reasonable price.Thank you Sam,Theo Ribatto

Great prices, reliable, top notch mechanical work. Sam replaced a wheel bearing for me on a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse and did a fantastic job. He was significantly less expensive than other repair shops; he replaced this bearing for almost $200.00 less than Family Auto in Boynton Beach.
