I had my car repaired at Classic Collsion, and they restored the vehicle to original form, which I say was a good job. However, they couldn't quite paint match with the remaining body, which is an eye sore when the right angle is under the sun. Is that common with professional body painters?? They have stated they will work on improving but still waiting after 3 months. Tell what me what you see.

Eric and the wonderful team at Classic Collision of Delray, looked after my Porsche 911 for several months while restoring her to former glory. On the day do the pick up, the vehicle was beyond my expectations and I was very happy with the end result. The extra time and care really paid off and the patient wait was worth it!

Terrible experience here.My car insurance told me to make an appoint (DelRay Branch) for my car's cosmetic issue. I went there on January 2, 2024 following my appointment. They had checked the cosmetic problem and even took some photos of it. They called my car insurance company and told them they will email the quote. Almost after 2 months, NO WORDS from this company. I tried to call them almost every week to get updates but to no avail either I was left hanging or no answer at all. I was only able to talk to them when I called the main office and beg, yes beg to connect my call to Delray branch. And what I got? My issue became a pingpong ball. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

This shop was recommended to us by our insurance company as a 'network' shop for repairs to my daughters vehicle. We were told since they were part of the 'network' they would be able to get it done faster than other places. Unfortunately, what should have taken no more that 2 weeks based on what our insurance company told us, took almost a month. The original estimate was around $1800 and then it changed to over $3500. No one communicated that to us until we called them. It was supposed to be painted by a certain day. It was not painted until 4-5 days later. No one communicated with us until we called them. They 'thought' they could fix the fender but could not so they had to order one. The one they ordered came in damaged so they had to order another one which was back ordered. No communication. At no time did anyone from the shop reach out to us about any of this. The only way we knew about anything was by calling them. We had to rent a car because no, I could not afford rental car coverage on top of the insurance. $500 deductible and almost $900 in rental car fees. They offered us $100 for our trouble. I asked to speak to a manager because I did not this was adequate compensation. I was told I will hear from him but day 2 and I have not. I would do your research before using this collision place. We will never use them again.

I came Monday to see if my warranty was still good from when I had my accident back in 16 . The paint on my hood was chipping off so badly. (Pictured left) I brought the car in and spoke with Kevin the Manager. Classic Collision bought Collision Concepts and I had no idea it was under a new company or company name. They decided to honor the warranty and gave me my car with a paint job and even vacuumed the car for me. I am so pleased with the work and it looks brand new. They are so pleasant and professional. WARNING: Do not use this auto body shopMy recent encounter with Classic Collision was nothing short of a disaster. Despite multiple assurances from all three employees Adam, the Geico representative, the purported front desk "manager," and Dominic, the self-proclaimed boss not a single one of them followed through on their promises to call me back.The lack of communication was staggering, leaving me in a perpetual state of uncertainty. Despite numerous pledges to return my calls, not even one call was reciprocated. The trio's repeated assurances turned out to be empty words, leaving me frustrated and bewildered.This complete absence of follow-through on their part compounded the already exasperating experience. It's disheartening when a basic commitment, such as returning a phone call, proves to be an insurmountable challenge for the team at Classic Collision.In addition the car took DOUBLE the original estimated amount of time, I was lied to on multiple occasions and the entire team is simply incompetent. I was given excuse after excuse, followed by unkept promise after unkept promise.In light of this, I feel compelled to caution others against entrusting their vehicles to Classic Collision. The sheer lack of responsiveness from all three employees underscores a fundamental flaw in their customer service. I will be informing my insurance company of this dismal experience, and I strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative options to avoid the communication void that defines Classic Collision.Check my other reviews, I only write positive things about the places I visit. This experience was so terrible that it s literally my only negative review I ve ever written.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, if not; you ll certainly regret it

From start to finish the customer service was above the rest. The repairs were seamless and was always willing to go above and beyond the customer needs. Will recommend this location to others who need this type of service.

Finding a good Body Shop in South Florida can be difficult, I've had some bad experiences in the past. Collision Concepts is top notch, Harry was very helpful and honest about all repairs to be done on our Audi A3. Couldn't be happier with the way the car turned out. I will recommend them to family & friends.

Went into the shop 3 days ago because I was having an issue with an auto history check showing up as accident on my report when I had warranty work done. Owner/ manager said he would be glad to help me by drafting an email stating the vehicle was not involved in an accident and said he would have it to me within 30 minutes. 3 days and 2 emails later I have not gotten a single response from them.Bad business etiquete to say the least.Edit- They contacted up contacting me with the letter I needed. Already sold the car but thanks anyway.

Poor management, poor workmanship, 3 visits to still have the vehicle not repaired correctly and falling apart. If you care about your vehicle's appearance " Go to a reputable " repair facility. My mom brought her Prius in to repair her bumper. They told her 2 weeks 3 weeks later they did a rush job and did not properly due to the job. She was dismissed and staff did not care about her concerns. If I was down there I would go down in person to talk to them. It s upsetting that someone would treat my mother poorly and I can t do anything but I just hope others read this.

I would highly recommend this car repair shop. They are the absolute top-of-the-line when you need any work done on your vehicle. I recently needed car repairs due to a collision. This was around Christmas time and they got my car repaired in a reasonable time keeping me updated throughout the process. My car looks like it did before the accident and they were totally helpful, honest and courteous. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my car and for your exemplary service.

This place can be trusted I am also a small business owner I am very picky my Navigator has a very unique up charge paint finish and they painted it to match and had to take a digital picture of the paint finish to get it perfect because there are different variations of my paint code and if you need anybody work done you can trust this place just go in and ask for Drew he is the manager he understands customer service he delivers on his promises!Service: Body & Trim

This was not a 'Geico preferred' shop, but I went with my gut after 'interviewing' both and glad I did. My Honda dealership sends their customers here. Harry was my guy, and can't say enough about him, from how he went through every step of the process, dealt with Geico, and his accessibility, knowledge, integrity, professionalism. Rachel is great too. They sent the 1st bumper replacement back (Geico would only pay for aftermarket), cuz there were imperfections. But it only caused a delay of 1 day. Dropped off Mon, got my baby back Fri. Couldn't believe what a perfect job they did. And my Accord is a hard to match color. Top notch honest outfit - no unneccesary add-on charges. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing bodywork. Hopefully it won't be me again. lolServices: Painting, Body & Trim

So far so good! Good reviews and attentive estimator. Parts for my import ordered promptly and secured.Five days later the work is done and the car has been returned to me. Couldn't be happier. Great staff to work with and the work is top shelf. Happy to recommend Classic Collision without any reservations!

the lady in the front is rude and unprofessional. i walked in and the manager was on a call and motioned to me that he would be 2 more minutes. during those few minutes, the lady sitting next to me asked what I wanted. I said I was just looking for a basic estimate to do a small job, where I would pay cash and not go through insurance. right away she told me they were too busy to do that kind of job and they i would have to schedule an estimate the following week. i was like "WHAT"... i'm already here and it will take the manager 2 minutes to look at the car and to snap a few pics. she was adamant that he was too busy for me. obviously they're too busy scamming insurance companies to tend to cash paying customers. total horrible customer service experience. the way she treated protentional customers was a huge RED FLAG to stay away from this place even if it were the best auto body in the market which it's clearly not !!!!

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Collision Concepts for many years. It is the only body shop we would ever consider going to for our auto repairs. Eddie and the team at Collision Concepts consistently go above and beyond to provide superior customer service, quality detailed work and quick turnaround times to its customers. No matter how small or large the repair is needed, they treat their customers like family and top priority. They did a fantastic job of communicating with me and the insurance company, making the entire process so simple for me. Without fail, my cars have come out completely washed and looking better than ever when I pick them up from the shop. Collision Concepts is also extremely reasonable when it comes to cost of repairs and always provides the best service in town at the most affordable price. I would highly recommend Collision Concepts to anyone in need of auto body work. This is the place to get your car repaired!

I can not say enough about how AWESOME this body shop is!!!! Rachel is amazing!!! From the time you walk in the door to the time you pick up your car. She stays up to date with you on what s going on with the parts, time limit and picking up. Also they have excellent people working on your car! My car came back to me fixed and Spotless! Five stars for the work. My vehicles repair is first class. Five stars for Sarah, One star for promptness. Almost ten days later than was told. Two stars for communication.Had to constantly call because of no return calls. If you're not in any hurry I would recommend them because they do great work.

I have a brand new Honda. It was hit by a drunk driver. Went to Honda's website, and found Collision Concepts of Delray. Thank God!! They were great from start to finish. The car came out great!! They helped me deal with the insurance company, and informed me when the insurance company was trying to put all aftermarket parts on a 2017 car!! I want to thank Rachel, who was very patient with me even when I kept asking so many questions, and was driving her crazy. After the repairs I went to have an oil change done, and I told them what had been repaired. They couldn't even tell. Great job guys!!

Top notch service! Working with Eddie was an absolute pleasure! He took the time to explain the insurance collision process in great detail even though the shop was super busy. Everyone was helpful and extremely patient. They are very confident in the quality of work they do, and the results speak for themselves. Eddie showed genuine interest in the benefit of the costumer- even if he didn't capitalize. He gave very objective advice and is extremely knowledgable in his craft. I recommend this collision repair center based on their quality work, honesty and ability to make a bad situation more tolerable. Nobody wants to have to deal with collision repair, but having these guys work for you will make the process that much easier! They have the best paint specialist in the South East Region! Finished product looks BETTER than new! 5 stars! Don't even waste your time with anywhere else!

Fixed my car (which is why I gave two stars), but rude from beginning to end. Upset with us because we called them after waiting 3 days for them to call us. Next time, I'm going with people who care more instead of insurance recommended. Good luck! Our 2005 Honda Accord was repaired at ClassicCollision Delray, by Harry and his professional team. The repair was explained as it moved along and completed on time. Collision Concepts is a great shop! Everyone made me feel warm and welcomed when i first walked in to the time I left, very helpful and honest. I took my car in for some minor body work, which turned out nice, they even went the extra mile to touch up a spot that was there prior to my accident.I was very impressed and very happy because not too many people take the time & effort to go an extra mile. Kevin (a general manager) and his team were SO incredible. Went there today for a leak in my roof and they were able to help me immediately and offer a ton of knowledge and solutions, and even fixed a loose antenna right there free of charge. I m new to the area so very thankful to have them close - highly recommend!
