I recently moved to South Florida and had an accident from debris on I95 Interstate. From the time I called the receptionist was extremely nice. The ENTIRE team was amazing throughout the process.They treated me so respectful and made sure that I was taken care of.......WOW!

State Farm suggested Caliber Collision for repairs & worked directly with them for estimate approval and payment. Richard was so helpful and his team got the work done in a fraction of the time that we anticipated. I loved that they cleaned & washed my car before I picked it up. My Jetta looks as good as new! I would recommend the Delray Caliber team to anyone who needs a bodyshop!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to go with. My insurance company recommended them, so I did my homework and checked out all the google reviews here. I'm so glad I did. They were super great to work with, paint match is perfect and the car was ready earlier than expected. They did a thorough cleaning inside and out, my car looks brand new. Highly recommend!!

Caliber Collision of Delray Beach Florida repaired my 2015 BMW following an auto accident. There was significant front end damage and a sputtering of my engine when backing up.My car now looks showroom ready, the engine is purring like when it was new and my car is riding beautifully.The front end has been smashed in.

Caliber collision is awesome! I recommend this repair shop for your vehicle needs! Inside warm and friendly! Staff professional and informative! Service fast and completed with precision! I am very satisfied with my car repair! The shop made the repair process easy and convenient! They even returned my rental so I did not have to! Nicole and Richard, y all are awesome! Nicole is very informative and Richard was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process! My car was finished when promised and when I arrived it was ready and waiting! Shining! I did not even recognize it! I give caliber a 10!

Had my car repaired here after a collision. This is the best experience I've had with any repair shop. Rich took the time to address all the questions I had, and even the concerns I had that another shop would have definitely brushed off or given me a non-answer. When I got my car back, the work done was of quality, and they made it look better than it was before the accident!

Absolutely love caliber. Very prompt to see up appointment. You speak with people not automated telephone line. Keep you informed on the work being done. Finished car two days earlier. Great job. Even asked if I had transportation to car rental. Highly recommend.

Recently rented a vehicle on my trip to Florida. On my way to a wedding, I made a stop and I accidentally locked the keys in the car. As you can imagine, stressed was an understatement. Made a call to a local repair shop and they had someone onsite within a matter of minutes!!! I believe the gentleman s name was Rich. He went above and beyond to get the door open and get me on my way. I truly cannot say enough of their service and understanding my situation. Made it to the wedding on time!! thank you thank you thank you.

I had major collision damage repaired at Caliber. This shop is absolutely awesome! They repaired my car ahead of schedule and it looked better than new. I received daily updates from my case manager Keith. Nicole in the front office also gave me outstanding customer service. Keith delivered my car when it was completed as I was out of town on a business trip on the day of completion. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough, they are 10 stars for sure!! Mrs. Rosa was absolutely AMAZING! She explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She kept me up to date with the status of my car throughout the repair process. My car was even returned to me before the estimated completion date. The whole office was so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I called. You can tell the technicians take pride in their work here. They produced a very high quality repair and facilitated the complex problems associated with dealing with insurance companies. 10/10 experience all around and I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends!

Richard & his team were incredible! Came highly recommended by USAA and I agree! Kept in constant contact by phone & emails during the busy holidays, found hard to get parts after much research, detailed car before returning plus so sweet, kind & courteous. Picked up a flat in the parking lot next door. Roadside was going to be over an hour so I walked over to caliber and they came and got my tire and swapped it out in about 30 minutes.
