What a Nice dealership!! We had a Great experience from the moment we stepped in the door. Salesmen Aaron jumped up as soon as he saw us and has been very attentive the entire time. Sales Manger Mike helped seal the deal tremendously. We had very little knowledge on EV. We purchased an IX. Absolutely love itIva in finance was extremely sweet and patient. First time using this dealership for service on my M850ix. They were very professional and organized. I m extremely satisfied with the entire experience from the drop off to the pickup. Very efficient and communication is impeccable. I love how they send me a video of my vehicle. Nelson is an amazing advisor and is the only one that takes care of my car. He has my vehicle picked up down the street and delivered back to my work in a matter of hours so there is no sitting around and waiting for my car to be done.

Setting up a service appointment was easy. Dropping off the vehicle was quick. The service advisor was efficient, answered my questions, and was up front about the costs (expensive, but this is BMW). Communication was good through the day with updates on status and completion. Pick-up was seamless. Good job.

It was not my first visit. I communicated my needs with adviser Thomas. It was addressed perfectly and in timely manner.The waiting area is specious, it offers free premium coffee and water.Most definitely will recommend the BMW dealer service.

Had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change. Told them I would be waiting at the dealership. Was then told the car needed a brake flush. I asked how long would it take - I was told an hour and a half. I approved the service and then had to wait 2 hours and 50 minutes. Wasn t offered an apology or even an acknowledgment that they took double the amount of time just to change the oil and brake fluid. As if this is just common practice and I should have expected this. I even had an early morning appointment so they couldn t say they were backed up .The service was good. The service manager needs to learn customer service and manners.

Efficient and timely scheduling. Easy check in and drop off. Loaner car provided. Service completed same day. All part of my final 3 year included maintenance. Service rep Tomasz is always helpful. Out of pocket...zero. I like doing business with Delray BMW.

I am very happy with the service. Michael Rardin, the service advisor was great to work with, was very professional, friendly and responsive. He communicated with me constantly as my car was being worked on. Furthermore, I received a video with technician s comments, showing me what was completed, and the car condition. Great service in an beautiful facilities.

Overall service was very good. Car was dropped on Sunday by AAA for a flat run flat tire. They replaced the tire and did an oil change while the car was there. When to pick up the car in the afternoon. Although overall satistfied, asked and never receive a picture of the damage tire that was apparently not fixable.. At 600$ a piece, that procedure should be mandatory

I normally go To Braman in WPB, I purchased my car there and I love their personalized service but I had to go to the BMW in delray due to time constraints. I met with Thomas , my adviser who I really liked. He also gave me a discount on my very expensive oil change which I thought was nice. I also had the pleasure of getting assisted by the service manager who personally handled my issue himself- 10 minutes before they were closing on a Saturday. So all in all I would recommend their service department based on who I interacted with. Plus their waiting area is super clean which I really appreciated.

This is the first time spending the winter in Florida. I noticed an issue while driving my car, and found BMW of Delray on line. Scheduling a service call was easy with a lot of available times for that day! Once I arrived, the process of dropping off my car, speaking to my assigned service provider, Andrew, and being kept updated with regard to the problem and estimated time to repair and cost, was excellent.

Recently brought my car in for service at BMW of Delray. My service Advisor, Keith Hauser, was AMAZING. He went above and beyond for me...... keeping me posted on everything; answering all my silly questions and treating me like I was family. It is so heartwarming to know that he is an honest guy and an honest dealership; not telling you that other repairs/services are needed when they are NOT. This is an experience I had with a different BMW dealership. Thank you Keith and BMW of Delray Beach! I will be back!

Another great experience at Delray BMW during our visit last week. Definitely the Best BMW dealership in the area. Friendly staff and clean environment. Loaner cars available with advanced notice ( usually 5-7 days) Only gripe is that when You pick your car up after its service. It isn't always washed and a few times I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to run it thru car wash.

Very patient parts associates waited while I made accessory choices and explained each item in detail. Great service! Service advisor also had great communication and recommended what I really needed only. Didn't oversell, which I appreciated.

Communication isn t their strong suite. The good, they don t haggle. The bad: I went in on Tuesday and put a deposit down on my cpo. The car needed a few cosmetic repairs. The salesman (Derick) told me to comeback on Thursday and all the repairs would be done and the car would be ready. I arrived on Thursday and didn t do a thorough look over on the car because I expected he did what he said he would do. I get home and realize the repairs had not been made and he never mentioned that. I have had to take my car back for these repairs which was inconvenient because I live 45 mins away. Finally took my car back and when my car was ready, the service personnel said . Nothing. Didn t say what was done, what couldn t be done. Not even a hello. I don t really care for this particular bmw dealership.

BMW wants to present itself as a luxury brand that goes the extra mile for their customers. My experience is this is wishful thinking. They don't put in the work necessary to earn this respect. Their Delray service department charged me an outrageous amount of money to replace a module and claimed it was that expensive because they needed to take the engine apart to do the repair. Half way through they broke the screen and blamed me saying there was a fault in the system. I argued and they finally agreed to replace the screen n/c which took 2 weeks (which was in stock) and they didn't know how to program their own product. Most of the time they ghosted me including the service manager. They wanted to charge me $10,000 to replace two computers. On a 1-5 star rating a 1 would be generous.

Attel was my service advisor. What a genuine person. Kept me in the loop through the whole process, and very professional. Researched all my prepaid coverages prior to me sitting down with him, had me on my way in less tan 10 min.
