Wonell made the car buying process smooth and relatively quick. He was able to help me out a lot and get me a great rate. Keith, as always, is an INCREDIBLE service advisor. He s super helpful, responsive, and makes sure to take the time to address all concerns. I had a few small things on the 2018 M5 I just purchased, and Keith addressed all of my nitpicks with professionalism and precision. I love this dealer, and aside from it being a beautiful and clean building (inside and out), they employ some amazing people. If you re in the market for a BMW, or high-end used car, this is the place to be, you won t be disappointed.

We got amazing service once again! This is the second time we re dealing with Delray BMW. Our sales rep if Fernando and he did an excellent job every step of the way. From the day that we came in for a test drive to day day we picked up our new IX he was exceptionally good. What a great experience on the day we came to pick up our car and afterwards as well. My experience buying a new Z4 M40i at BMW of Delray was nothing short of 5 stars! Robert Choate went above and beyond what I ever expected. He was able to find me a car that has few in production and very hard to come by. The service and courtesy he gave me was as professional as you can get. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership and Robert if you are looking to buy a new BMW.

Amazing experience! I got to test drive a couple of different cars which made all the difference in making the final decision. Worked with Alvaro and it was a surprisingly seamless experience. Gorgeous showroom. Even chatted with the general manager Mike who was very warm. I got the car of my dreams!!!

The knowledge he shared about the BMW I bought I would recommend any and everyone to go see Mr. Barros. He stayed late after 10pm to answer all of our questions, he deserves 10 stars.

Excellent experience with BMW Delray Beach. James Thomas Jr. was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This was a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly| recommend to friends and family. I am happy to have made a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future. It was the easiest auto purchase I've ever made at a dealership. BMW Delray Beach takes great care of its customers from sales to service on your vehicle.

Absolutely top notch dealership experience ! I ended up purchasing a 2020 BMW M2 and my salesperson Felipe was awesome ! Ryan the finance representative was professional and took great care of me as well. Finally there was Atte in service who went above and beyond to establish a relationship for future maintenance of my dream car. All star cast of team members whom worked together to get me a great deal and assure I'd be back to care for my new car ! Great job guys !

Traded in my AMG Mercedes and decided to give BMW a try. Our salesman Murad was awesome. He is cool and super knowledgeable. I ve bought many cars and he has been the best I ve dealt with. He actually took the time to show us all the car s features and followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was going well. Love my new X5M!

Brought my 2022 X5 in for a noise in the tailgate and a harness error message. They accommodated me with a loaner which is always appreciated. On the video of the tech that they email, he states that the noise is normal (never was there before) and will not go away, but he will do his best to make it as quiet as possible. Mentioned that to my service advisor and he said the techs response is weird and they'll fix it. Also the harness error I was getting, they said it's because I had papers in between my seat and console? The papers cut the wires on my seat belt and caused the error? Would not be covered under warranty because I created problem for placing papers neatly between my seat and console...almost $700.00. I told them not to fix as this was an obvious cash grab and made me lose all respect I had for this dealership. Mind you, I bought my wife's X3 and my X5 at the same time and had a very great experience. Service advisor then let me know they will now fix under warranty, if I give a good review on this survey. I will always be honest with service and experience, good or bad. Noise is still there in my tailgate and I'm getting rid of the car. If I do end up keeping it, I will get it serviced at a different dealership. Once I lose trust in you, it's almost impossible to get it back.

All the personnel we dealt with at BMW of Delray were professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Williams, was excellent. Unlike other dealerships we shopped at, the estimated charges were very close to the actual closing costs -- no hidden charges or surprises. Very little haggling on price. We closed on the car in 2-3 hours, mainly due to financing and out-of-state registration taking longer. We bought a very clean 2021 Honda Pilot at a very fair price. Highly recommend BMW of Delray.

I have been a BMW customer since 2007 and I must say my experience at Delray Beach BMW was by far the best that I have ever had. My sales associate was honest, straightforward and efficient. The whole process was seamless and I was very happy with the service I was provided at every level of service from the sales associate, to Finance and even the Manager! This location will be my favorite BMW location for years to come and I will highly recommit to my friends, colleagues and family.

I walked in to the BMW in Delray and a gentleman with a nice smile his name was Jesus , approached me made me very comfortable was not pushy told me what I could afford. Then he sent me to Hyundai in Delray for another car and there I did not get the same service they tried to put me in a different car more expensive And I left home.And a couple of minutes hisses calls you back to ask me how it went. I told him he was not happy and we said goodbye and I said thank you for all your help.The next day I came in. I told him that Mercedes was giving me a great offer, but if you can help me get a car at BMW, I will stay and be loyal to him just because of the service he provided..he found a car I purchased the car. The whole process was smooth and the finance manager was amazing. I felt like I was at home..I strongly recommend anyone that wants to buy a car and wants to feel that they are being helped and not being pushed to buy any car.

I worked with James Thomas at BMW Delray Beach Florida. This is the 3rd BMW I've worked with him on, and I have refereed him and BMW Delray Beach to friends. He is professional, accommodating, and not pushy. He makes a high quality buying experience a priority for the customer. If you want a luxury BMW and an improved buying experience, James Thomas at BMW Delray is the best I have come across.

I want to start out by saying that my advisor was wonderful. This review is no reflection on him.I purchased my car from BMW of Delray Beach. When I purchased the car, I purchased all sorts of extended warranties on it. This sn t my first BMW and I m used to the fact that the tires and the brakes wear very easily. I was actually delighted to know That in addition to the tire extended warranty, I could buy an extended warranty on the brakes.It should also be noted that I bring my car in regularly for servicing. I never miss a servicing. Sometimes I even bring it in before it needs servicing.This time I brought my car in because I noticed the brakes were starting to squeak. It was less than a week from when I noticed them starting to squeak, to when I actually brought it in for service. Imagine my surprise, when not only did the brakes need to be replaced (which I expected), but that the rotors needed to be replaced. There had to have been excessive wear on the brakes the previous time I brought the car in for servicing, but nobody mentioned it. I think the car had 32 or 33,000 miles on it at the time. So they were very clear that the extended warranty was about to expire.Needless to say, I am really upset at what I feel was intentional decision to not tell me my brakes needed replacement sooner, while they were still under the extended warranty.

I had a terrific experience working with Murad at this location to custom order and purchase my new BMW X5. We actually live 30 minutes away from this dealership but we prefer driving down to enjoy the simple and caring crew at this dealership. Compassionate, professional, knowledgeable , and trustworthy.Technicians are always professional and take time in recording findings with videos.Facility is clean and good spacious waiting area.Online appointment needs improvement to include the service advisor names.

Being from Chicago, I am very familiar with the service at the BMW dealership near me, as I ve purchased many vehicles from them. While visiting, my car required an oil change and service, so I called the Del Ray BMW. They were so nice, friendly, professional and efficient. If we move to Florida, the Del Ray BMW will be my go to.Thank you for your great service.

My 2018 5 series BMW suddenly started pluming out white smoke from the exhaust while we were parked. I m talking concert level smoke machine amounts of white steamy smoke!!!I turned off the car and called Delray BMW. They immediately made a same day appointment for me and assisted me with a tow service.Michael, the BMW customer service agent, helped me when I arrived including getting me a ride home.My car was fixed the next morning for free, $0. Issue was covered by BMW, vehicle is out of warranty. And did I mention that BMW washed my car!This dealer provides great service. Don t want my car to break down but I am glad that I have a BMW and that I brought it Delray BMW for service!

Was in the market for a new car and had visited several dealerships. I drove all the way from Miami to BMW of Delray Beach to continue my search.My sales associate, Luis Allen, and finance manager, Alex Cantor, were absolutely outstanding. I would have continued my search if it was not for them. They made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process and I cannot sing their praises high enough.I highly recommend working with both of them if you are in the market for a BMW. They are truly the best!

The valet staff were cool but the service overall was poor. My inspection was blank. Recieved no text or any updates in general about the vehicle and didn't recieve the complimentary wash. This location was closer to me but coconut creek has better customer service.

I wish there was a separate review for the sales and service departments. When I bought my seven series, the sales team was fantastic in 10 or 12 cars I ve purchased in my life it was by far the most pleasant, helpful and friendly experience yet. I bought a car with 10,000 miles on it and when I had a problem with, a vibration and tire balancing, the sales manager Bruce went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed, even though it was months afterwards when it was finally corrected. Truly awesome, Bruce and Matt are great. However, then having the car serviced there, I had the same issue again with the balancing of the tires. Having brought it in 5 times initially before it was fixed when Bruce got involved and fixed it, it was like deja Vu only this time no Bruce to make sure it was done right. Only an annoyed and rude service advisor who would not answer my messages for days and I had to continuously follow up. It was just such a task to get them to fix it and finally someone called me back and told me I had to replace all tires and rims. I didn t understand if you just checked the car and gave it back to me and said it was fixed how all of a sudden do I have to replace all wheels and tires without even looking at it again. And if that is true then you did something wrong when you said it was fixed and gave me the car back. I would think especially since they said it was fixed and it was not they would make an effort to correct it. Not at all. Going to Habberstad now and sadly probably buying my new X5M there also now because service is such a crucial part after buying the car. 0 stars for service on the 8 occasions I had to deal with them. 5 full stars for the sales team.
