Year the tire replaced during an emergency and also one tire plug. They took care of everything. The price was very reasonable. Was glad I found them and we use them again. Easy location easy parking.

"Unfortunately, my experience at this auto repair shop was disappointing. The mechanic misdiagnosed the source of the leak and failed to differentiate between used oil and clean power steering fluid. As a result, I ended up paying for unnecessary parts that didn't solve the issue. Instead, the leak only worsened after their service. I'm deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and would not recommend this place to others."

Whatever you do don t buy a car from them. I paid 7,700 cash for a car that ended up having all sorts of problems. I brought it in a couple months later and they refused to fix any of it and basically just said too bad. Huge regret, STAY AWAY if they re selling a car.

These guys are very nice and warm and I always appreciate their service. I ve gone 6 times over the last year for everything from little dents on my car to oil changes. I moved to Miami a month ago but I will continue to use them when I m in the area. I d def recommend them.

Awesome people!And Super nice!! they found out what was wrong with my car why my check engine light was on, and they checked all my fluids and made sure my car was ready to roll GOOD AND HONEST PRICES I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for your help!

I am the fleet manager at a company in Delray Beach and we have about 20 vehicles in our office. Over the past five years, we have been very fortunate to have Best Auto near our location. Gideon, the owner, and Yakir, the manager, are outstanding. They get our vehicles in and out of the shop quickly, provide exceptional service and treat their customers like gold. I am so appreciative of what they do that I get my own vehicle serviced there.

I am one happy teacher!!! I had an awful blow out on my way to work and Best Auto took care of me quickly with the best quality care I ve ever had servicing a vehicle. The price for my quality (used) tire blew my mind AND it was a match to the other tires on my car. I must add that the customer service was simply AMAZING!!!! I m just so thankful to have found them. Yakir and the team are amazing!!I don't know much about cars and recently had a couple situations where the shops I went to treated me like absolute garbage. I left both places feeling super defeated and decided to give Yakir a call. He said just come on by and we will take a look. He immediately appeased me by listening to the recording I took of the whining noise stating..."The more information we have the better". He made me feel at ease and listened. All of the anxiety and anger I felt prior to walking in the door melted away. I left my car for a diagnostic and was able to get power steering pump and the rear brake pads changed. The noise was fixed, and my car is driving like a dream. I will be taking the car back in a few days to have them look at couple other things. Yakir's kindness and attentive attitude truly turned my day around. They have a made a loyal customer out of me and I look forward to referring as many folks here as possible. This is the best tire shop in the area! The customer service is like no other. No matter how busy they are they will always make sure to get you in and fix your problem. Not only were prices reasonable, but staff was honest, helpful and professional. I called inquiring about tires that the dealership recommended. After asking me a few questions about my driving habits and needs, they told me that those tires I was asking about were great, however they were expensive and not necessarily what I needed based on my lifestyle. They offered me great durable tires that were going to fit in better with my needs and they were cheaper too. I appreciate their honesty, the way the accommodated me in short notice and the great service they provided. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

First off I just want to say that this business knows customer service 100% I was extremely impressed. I've been to a lot of places to have things done on my cars and this place is by far the best I mean it's in the name! Second, the owner and his partner were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I might of only got tires installed, but they places the order for them and installed them quickly. I've been to other places and had to wait hours on end for these said other places to do the work. I was literally only waiting maybe 45mins which is just amazing since I'm busy and have very limited time to do things sometimes. They even put tire dressing on them which I've never seen in all my years that is what you call service and attention to detail is great! Looks like I found my new car place to handle to basics until the warranties expire on my cars. If you are looking for a new place and tired of all the smoke and mirrors look no further go to this small business you won't be disappointed. Sold me tires with more lumps then my old set. Tires were completely flat the next morning. Save your money and shop ONCE else where. There used tires are 85$ a piece and trash, no garentee and new tires online 95$. Stay away you've been warnedService: TiresService: Tires

I came in for tires and they did a great job at a great price. I came in another time to get my battery tested after needing a jump and he told me honestly that my battery was good. It's nice to find a shop I can trust. Definitely will come back and recommend.

Brought in a tire that needed to be patched wanted to charge me $60 to patch a tire and wait an hour meanwhile shop was empty did not see one person working on any vehicle. Needless to say I went to another tire shop they charged me only $25 (average price for a patch service) and got it done right away.

I originally went to Tire Kingdom, as I was right near there and because my tire was leaking air. Last year I needed to have a plug in that tire. They checked it out very quickly and not very thoroughly and told me the plug was fine.However today I checked the air pressure and it was way down. So I went to Economy Tire - now known as Best Auto, and they put the car on the lift and thoroughly checked out the plug and told me it was leaking. I thought I'd need a new tire for over $250, but they honestly told me that they could easily put a patch on it and that my tire was in fine condition - no new tire needed. How honest is that? The customer service is terrific, their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was wearing a mask and I felt very safe.This is the 2nd wonderful experience we've had there and we'll be back, for sure!!!Service: Tires

I had a repair done on my Mini Cooper which was diagnosed as a thermostat leak in addition to the rear water pipe which had to be replaced. Understandably this is labor intensive due to the engine design and compact space. Nevertheless, I approved the repair which was done in timely fashion and I was informed of all work. Unfortunately as another reviewer alluded to they charge extensively more for parts. This indicates they are indeed making profit for the parts in addition the the labor for the repair. A quick check online for non-OEM or dealer parts will yield the reduced price which you can easily obtain at any local Auto parts store. What cost me over $600 for parts and labor could have been completed for around half at other locations and shops.In addition after returning to NY in Nov 2022 I experienced the same leak from the coolant system which would appear to be originating from the same source - the thermostat area or any of the connections associated with this repair. Sure enough I took it to another mechanic here in NY and he diagnosed the issue and found the leak was due to a MISSING U-Clip from the rear water pipe that Best Auto & Economy Tire had replaced. Since I was already in NY having relocated back I could not take up this issue with them and get them to repair it for free as per warranty on the work. I found this inexcusable since I paid an absorbent sum for the initial repair. How much did the second repair cost me here in NY? Less then half which included all parts and labor. $290 total and that included another new thermostat. Shop around and check part prices. During these inflationary periods, everyone is looking to confiscate wealth from all possible sources. Be vigilant!Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

Gideon and his team at Best Auto, went above and beyond for me when brining in my 93 Supra for adjustments to my power steering, Tien Coilovers, and alignment. I trusted him because of Gideon s previous experience with 90s JDM cars and his upfront honesty.Their pricing was extremely fair and their communication was top notch. Most importantly they took great care of the car... I had to leave it overnight (which was a big deal to me) and they made sure it was inside the shop at night for me.I ll 100% be bringing my supra back to these guys for my regularly scheduled maintenance, and other bolt on work. They do pretty much everything. I ll also be going here for my new tires too.So glad I found an auto mechanic shop i can trust.Great work fellas!!

This a wonderful place. I'm so happy to find a local place that I TRUST. I replaced 4 tires. The price quoted INCLUDED all those extras that other dealers charge so much more for, thereby allowing them to quote low per tire rates, but which are entirely more expensive when you add in all the fees. I am planning to have oil changes/mechanical work done here. I don't fear being ripped off.They care for and feed (and, they also TNR [Trap-Neuter-Release]) a small, local group of feral cats, even fostering a mom and babies. People who go out of their way to care for animals are to be trusted. Their hearts are in the right place, and such things carry out into all areas of someone's life.I recommend them.UPDATE: I've continued to use the services here. Professional. Honest. I feel secure that the job will be done well.

We purchased tires from Economy Tires about 5 months ago. Although there was no road hazard warranty on them, when our tire was flat from a nail they told us to come by the day of and they would take a look. Not only did they get the tire fixed for an awesome price, they found that despite having a recent oil change (at a different shop) there was no oil in the car! They ran a full diagnostic on the car and refilled the oil. For a last minute appointment they were extremely helpful and understanding. We will be returning for any future car issues!

I love this place! They are very honest and upfront about prices and services they are going to do. I used to go to another place just up the road to get my oil changed and they would always tell me I needed tires or something else. When I came here they explained my tire wear and that I still had about 6k miles on my tires. It was true and I eventually bought tires from them after another 6k miles of wear. I have bought several sets of tires from them and they are always very friendly. A very nice family run business that I am glad to give my business to.

The service is top level. They didn't have my tire in stock but ordered it and received it same day. They had the new tire installed VERY quickly. Price was good as well. Plus, out of 5 other tire stores I called, they're the only ones who actually answered the phone when I called. A+ business.

Brought my BMW in for a noise in the air conditioner. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. Price was more than fair considering the make of the car. Definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who needs work.

My mother and sister advised me when moving down here that this was the company to go to for any automotive needs/upkeep. They were right, I dropped my car off last night and they did an inspection without telling them what I already knew what needed to be done and they were spot on! They gave me a fair estimate earlier this morning and had gotten the job done right away. Not only will I be coming back but I strongly encourage others to go here for their automotive repairs.
