Erick did such a great job changing the battery in my sons car. He noticed a loose cable and was able to tighten it for us. He also noticed a piece that needed to be replaced ASAP or else it could ve been very bad for my son while he was driving. Definitely recommend asking for Erick at the military and Atlantic location.

Erick, Martin and Jeremy have always taken care of me and my staff. Even when I'm not at work I would drive 25 mins and pass by two other AutoZones and other car shops to come to this one. Staff is always ready and knowledgeable with great recommendations.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing great service at AutoZone, thanks to Erik. My car got an oil change over a month ago. Yet this past Sunday, my car s low oil light went on and I needed to stop to avoid damaging the vehicle. Erik helped confirm the oil I selected was suitable for my car.What truly set Erik apart was their genuine concern for my car's well-being. Their patience and courtesy throughout the process made me feel valued as a customer, and I left AutoZone with a sense of relief and gratitude.

Martin S was awesome, quick, efficient, and polite. I hate doing anything repair wise with my car because I feel like I m getting ripped off somehow. I came in due to needing a new battery, he took the time to explain acid vs gel battery to me. I went with a great warranty option for my 2018 Mazda 3 push start. And then replaced in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

Erick did a wonderful job, first testing my car s battery then finding it needed to be replaced. He was thorough in explaining the replacement battery to me and its warranty. After I purchased the replacement he swapped out the new battery for the old one and did a great job!!. I was very impressed for sure!!

The best shop ever! Jeremie is unbelievably caring and a helpful person. He did not give up until he solved the issue with my car. It was not an easy fix but, Jeremie stuck with it and figurged it out. I was really impressed. You have a great employee.

I needed help with Replacing my tail light, and Eric, one of the workers there assisted me and gave me some good advice to change to an LED because my tail light always burns out.Super helpful, very friendly and professional.Thanks Eric!

Erick the manager of this location was so helpful when I came in looking for wiper blades for my tiguan. He was very kind while helping me find what I needed and explaining why I needed one over another type. He then topped it off by helping me install them. Truly a nice man who runs a great shop. Highly recommend this location for anything you need!

My review is based on the horrible customer service or lack of in this location and also disrespect. I was in there yesterday, Tuesday, 1/30 around 5:00 because I needed new windshield wiper blades. The young guy at the first register, tall with a little facial hair was the one that helped me. He tried to put on the least expensive ones because that's what I requested, however, they didn't lay flat against the windshield so the next ones up were $50! I asked him if there was a coupon and he said not in store go on the app. When I did that it showed that only 1 was in stock even though he had both. Therefore, it would not take the coupon plus it was charging me for shipping. When I told the young man, he totally ignored me because he was working on another car. I said "just put the old ones back on" again, he just ignored me!! I went into the store and asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager there. The other young man said he did not know how to put them on. He said there were only 2 people working. I asked him to please come out and try because I wasn't going to wait there forever just to have them put back on. He noticed the young guy who took them off just tossed the clip somewhere and couldn't find it, so he went back inside. So now I am waiting at least 15 minutes or more for the ONLY person who knows how to put on windshield wipers. That is unacceptable and I will never go to an Autozone again. After the guy who originally took them off was done with the other customers car, he found the tossed clip, put the old ones back on which by the way didn't even take a minute! He didn't even say a word to me.

Eric the manager was honestly one of the BEST !!! He s extremely knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and patient!! He s timely and was a huge help. Went above and beyond to assist. Thank you Eric, you re the best.

I had a return of a product I bought way too much of and the receipt didn't print out clear enough to read it properly. Initially I was working with Chris but he and I had to call on Eric to save the day. I appreciate both gentlemen going above and beyond. Thanks guys.

I had a lovely time over at the military auto-zone, in Delray Beach. The gentleman that assisted me (Mike) made my day. Not only was he funny and welcoming but he made sure I got exactly what I came for, while doing so with a smile on his face. All of the employees there are welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. I stopped by the AutoZone on Military just north of Atlantic Ave. To have my battery tested, Niline who grabbed the tester and went to my car, asked me if I was having a Good Day so far, we began to talk, and was told that she just started working there, and was excited to begin learning about cars, etc. I was so inspired by this young lady's willingness to Work Hard, and learn from all her experiences. If my business was still open, I'd try real hard to have Niline work for me.

I went to a different AutoZone the night before and they handed me windshield wipers and told me they couldn t help me put them on. I struggled that night trying to figure out how to install them.Next morning I went to the AutoZone on 14672 S Military trail Delray Beach and the store manager Erick took my wipers and installed them in a minute. Erick said his store would never just hand me the wipers and tell me he s too busy.Great service!!!

Thanks to Mike at AutoZone on Military Trail! I arrived with a jump- started battery that couldn't restart the car. Mike jumped it again and suggested driving the car for 20 minutes, returning to the store, shutting it off and trying to restart it - rather than immediately selling me a new battery. While the suggestion didn't work and I had to purchase a new battery, I appreciated his attempt to save me the expense. I am also grateful that he quickly installed a new battery so I was able to get on my way.

I would like to commend Paul at the AutoZone Auto Parts on Military Rd., Delray Beach for the wonderful service he provided when I purchased new wheel covers. Not only did he provide great advice, he also went way above and beyond by putting them on my car for me. He is a great asset to AutoZone and a very nice and helpful gentleman! Do yourself a favor and never shop here, certainly never let them touch your car. I came in here and bought $80 windshield wipers that they installed. The next day I was driving down the highway in a horrible storm when the wiper flew off and almost hit the windshield of the car behind me. I went in today and to talk to a manager so I could explain what happened and literally the only thing he had to say was so are you going to buy another one? I was furious so I just decided to leave and as I was leaving the manager had the audacity to tell me to take it easy on his door (which I opened too forcefully I guess?). He then followed me out of the store asking why I am so rude and acting like he wanted to fight me. At that point I probably was being rude because his employees negligence could have killed me. Literally the worst experience I have had in my life, especially since their negligence could have seriously injured other people on the highway or myself and they have no care to make it right. AVOID!!!

The battery light was on. I went to auto zone to check what could it be. It could be battery, alternator, bad connections. This guy told me I had to buy a new battery. It resulted was the alternator that wasn t charging the battery. He could advise me to charge the battery and replace the alternator but he took advantage and made me buy a new one while the old one (just one year) was ok just discharge. Today you won some bucks and for sure not for you but you lost a client and bad advertising

I was looking for an ignition coil. To solve a cylinder miss fire.With one in stock.- called linton and they told me Atlantic & military had 1 in stock.I called and by the time I arrived. Mike had it waiting for me before I even got to the register.We had a good convo and some great laughs!@mike and my other brother! Thank you for making my night and my car ride a bit smoother :)
