The team at Auto Works is terrific. They are honest and don t try to upsell you. Their work is meticulous and a pleasure to deal with. I wish they were in New Jersey!

Amazing honest service! I gave them every opportunity to upcharge me, Karl refused. He gave me his advice on what needed done (my rear rotors and brakes) and said everything else could wait. The mechanic showed me why I needed rotors and explained everything, to give me assurance and security. I will be exclusively taking my car to this mechanic from now on! Great prices and work from honest people!

I was reading the reviews and seems that AUTOWORKS didn t deny STEALING the sign. Makes you wonder. It was noticed by a certain garbage crew upon unlocking your garbage bin and your bin being dumped. Your company WILL pay for the theft. The installer at the location will assist you. He s from this area, born and raised around the corner from your shop. And yes Google, this is a real review from dealing with this company.

Very pleased with the service I received from Gordon and Andrew. I had drill bit piece stuck in my rental car tire while heading to the airport. The service manager Gordon got me in the shop right away after giving me a fair quote to have it plugged. The technician Andrew, checked it out and realized it didn t puncture the tire so they didn t charge me to remove it. I really appreciate their honesty and time to promptly attend to my needs. This is a class act shop for sure. Highly recommended!

As owner of the business, that s in question my employee has shown me the Video footage of a guy that drives a black truck walking to the sign Picking it up and walking it inside of your building. Mind you the sign was placed on city property with clear distinctions, showing that it is for automotive window tinting with the companies name on the back of the sign stating that it s picked up daily. There is a sticker permit attached to the back of the sign for it to be placed On city easement, on SW 10th/Lowson, which you do not own. You should tell FPL to remove their Poles from City property. Easement law is in effect here. You had absolutely No Rights To Remove That Sign. Nothing was placed in front of your business or even on your property , as evidence on the video. Your company simply stole a sign and not a regular bandit sign. This was a sign that was custom-made from steel. Not only that the lady that s in her SUV. Also took a picture of my employee placing the sign on city easement before she made her right. Turn leaving. Yes he recorded that also from his SUV. You have only one option return the sign or Pay for it. Then we will start working on removing The reviews That shows your customers and DHL you guys are sign thieves. I wonder, would you lose a contract with DHL?

Took car in to have a suspected alternator problem. Gordon called me at 10:15 that same day to notify me that the alternator was working as designed. It was a piece of mind for me because I'm a one car house that has a thirty mile commute each way to my job.

Caught this company on camera STEALING a sign by the side of the road by the guy who drives a black truck that works here. The sign was placed on city property. 10th/LOWSON, South of the 6 foot wide sidewalk, safely away from FPL poles, with a city permitted sticker for its use as a sign. With the company name located on the back, U.S. TINT, sign picked up daily. TINT sign in red and white. And then the very same day, the same guy steals yet another sign in the same exact location indicating to our customers where our 2nd location is, just incase of of a roadside sign. Youve been there for 30 years and of course your customers know that you dont offer automotive window tinting services, at all.You and that lady who was in her suv seen a black man placing both signs on city property, by the road, and you took it upon your judgement to steal the the both.Imagine what they do to their customers if they are out here STEALING SIGNS that has nothing to do with them!

AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR HELP YOU IF THEY MESS UP YOUR CAR. Not only did they almost damage my motor but they were extremely disrespectful. Took my car in for accessories belt change that was chirping. They had to remove my supercharger belt in order to reach it. Once they installed the new belt they put my supercharger belt back on and looped it wrong. It was hitting the water pump which was clearly visible. See pictures attached. The car broke down 20 minutes after picking it up. When I called and told them this they said to bring it back to the shop but I couldn't because I would have stayed without a car for at least a week due to an aftermarket belt. The next day I found the belt in Miami and advised that I would be towing the car there after picking up the part and they said they would not install any parts that are not from them and were extremely rude. I sent in the pictures to show them their mistake and that did nothing. I also explained to them that a quick google search showed the correct way to loop the belt and when you open your eyes while looking at the belt it's clearly visible that its hitting the water pump. There even GREEN belt residue all over the place. They didn't even look at it after installing. Extremely careless and unprofessional. I went back to ask for a refund for the service and they said no because I didn't take the car back. Why would I bring my car back to a shop that can't get a simple belt install correct? Would you go back to a doctor that made a mistake during an operation???? They also damaged the plastic parts under the hood while working on the car. Gordon is so very pleasant! They found the cause of the noise in my Equinox and completely fixed it, no more squeaking to a stop!! I am very happy with the service! I have already recommended them to several other people, who asked me to let them know how my appointment went because they were "looking for a good repair guy" so if that's also you, you found them! I did not need additional parts to fix my issue, and the labor cost was very affordable! Thank you AutoWorks Delray!

I first took my car to AutoWorks based on the positive Google reviews. I had just moved to the area and was looking to find a good and honest mechanic. I took my Honda Fit for maintenance (at 55k miles). I was very impressed with the service I received. Mr. Engel called me back personally with my estimate, and explained in detail what was needed. I ve since brought my wife s car in for service as well, and referred a few friends. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Battery, Oil change

I went here on a recommendation since my husbands whole company does apparently. Gordon was super helpful and looked at another mechanics recommendations and helped reduce price. He asked if we could drop the car off so he could review it and make his own recommendations. We dropped car off the next day and he saw it immediately. Called by 930 with his concerns. Was super honest and basically said not even worth repairing based on the value of the car. Then didn t charge for the inspection or all his time spent! Amazing . So incredible. So respectful. I d recommend and with any future problems, I will without a doubt go here.

Love this shop! They are so professional. The shop and waiting area is so clean organized and welcoming. Positive experience. They did a pressure test of my coolant and they were honest about it and said that they did not find anything wrong And they chargee me a fair laborThey give me an upfront cost of other repairs that was needed And a receipt of everything done and needed to be done on vehicle.But I did not do the other things because I thought it was a little bit priceyUPDATE: two days later while on the highway my coolant leaks and blew my engine total loss on my 2002 Honda Civic. Call the manager but he said he did the pressure test and did not find anything. I don t think the proper procedure was done in the pressure test no I would give it a zero rating.Service: Auto water leak repair

Pretty surprised... I was looking for a local repair shop for my older 2006 Altima and saw the good reviews. My personal experience from my first call to the completed work was 5-stars all the way!!!! Without getting into too many details, if your looking for a quality auto repair shop...look no further. Very professional and they fixed my problem quickly, with detailed explanation, and at a more than fair price. Check them out for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed. The technician Brandon was excellent, the owners were both exceptional, and the service was superb. I personally talked with clients in there waiting room, and all agree... GREAT local repair shop that's honest and skilled. Great job guys, and again thank you... Steve.

A few months ago I came here and they were unable to do the custom exhaust work I wanted but gladly gave me a place that I could go to. During this conversation, I left feeling like I wanted to come back if I ever needed anything done. I am an ex mechanic, so I rarely let anyone else work on my car unless it's something major.I came back last week and asked if they would install a clutch and engine mount for me. They priced me very well, and I dropped my car off. This was my first time having anyone else work on my vehicle other than myself.The work turned out to be much more difficult than expected. They followed up with me and kept me posted on the status. They also maintained my price point which I was quite happy with. I will be returning here for any work I need done, and will recommend them for any work my colleagues or anyone reading this may need.Very good experience.They are also Audi fans like myself :)John E

My brother took his car in for a water leak. Gordon told him it would be $500 to fix the oil cooler. We looked online to price check the part and it was under $200 in most places and under $100 in some. When my brother went to pick up his car, they charged him $1000 for the repair. They said that the only place to get the part was from the dealer and his cost was $494 with no mark up. I called Hyundai and I was quoted $350 in West Palm. I think it s pretty sad for them to take advantage of my brother. I know that the internet is hurting different industries due to the ability to check prices. But the dealers have always been expensive and I m sure Gordon lost a loyal customer.Service: Engine repair
