Had some minor damage to the tailgate of an X5. Had to have the dent taken out and the panel repainted. Talked to Tom Gamlin. Took the car in and it was done 2 days later. Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me my options. In the end they did an excellent job and the car looks like new! If you need some work done on your car call Tom! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center Delray. This is a very professional company and very easy to work with. A lot of open communication and keeping me up-to-date on everything that was going on. Tom went above and beyond with the care he took with my vehicle.

The Service and Quality was absolutely HORRIBLE. First of all after speaking with my insurance agent we both fill like they overcharged for the repair. A 2-week repair of undercarriage damage took them 4months!! When I went to pickup the car it had missing pieces!!! On top of the that the shop broke several pieces and when the Advisor tried to fix one he broke another piece right in front of me then tried to deny it like I was blind!! I left the car for another 2weeks for a repairs that should have taken a day. I left with the car and before I got to 95 the dash became a Christmas tree of lights. I was told to bring it back after the holidays so I did and the car sat for 2 weeks because of a Management change then another 4 weeks to get the car back only to have the same issues and missing parts. I took it to another shop for the check engines lights and they said looks like all they did was reset them instead of repairing the issues. The shop removed items such as, valve stem covers, took the brand new windshield wipers and replaced them with old ones, removed door panels screws from a door that didn't need a repair. One part underneath the car was left completely off and the Advisor told me they didn't know what the hanging plug was connected too so they left it!! Soooo BMW comes with hanging plugs underneath the car? I had to pull the car specs and show him what was missing!! They blamed the Autonation BMW dealership for some of the issues but at the end of the day the car was brought to them and I got more excuses than someone going to jail!! I could have gotten a custom car for SEMA built faster than this. If I wasn't a car guy this car would be a total mess and the damage would be coming out of my pocket because they denied everything. The problem with the denial the car was just serviced 2 weeks before the accident and EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED and one of the parts the Advisor denied breaking was brand new!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!! I wouldn't trust them with an oil change on an 88 Yugo!!

Repair of my Mercedes was done to perfection. The custon pinstripping on my door side were also redone. Work was performed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of my cars status throughout the repair process. Highly recommend AutoNation Collision for accident damage.

Make sure you keep your records from this collision center. 6 weeks after picking up and fully paying for our repaired Mercedes from them, we received a call from Carl regarding us not paying for the for the vehicle repairs in full. Carl was very aggressive and rude. When informing him, that this must be a mistake on their end, he proceeds to states , they are a billon company and dont make the mistakes, like this. Clearly an error happen on their end, which records were provided to the insurance company, to which that they to also inform we had not paid, just embarrassing to have go through this and put up with the rudeness.

This place is great! I recommend them 100% I wish I had a picture of the door of my car before to show how the job was perfectly done, you cannot even tell my door had a about a round inch smashed outside, the paint came off and it was rusty already too because I took too long to fix it. On top of doing a great job, their prices are very reasonable! I quoted the same job with other 4 places and they were the cheapest. They fixed my car about 6 months ago, I meant to post this review a while ago, but I wanted to see how the job would look after a while and it is still perfect. They also did the job in a very reasonable time and delivered my car at the time they promised.

I got into an accident for the first time in 10+ years and I was not sure of what to do/where to go but once I was pointed to AutoNation Collision I could not have been happier with the level of service. Richard Mazzola who took care of me was so wonderful. Gave me his cell number and kept me updated by calling almost daily to let me know the progress and what to expect. I had written a review before, but had taken it down after an intimidating email from the staff. I'm putting a review back because I'm still frustrated with my experience. A job I was told should be done in 5 days took weeks, and they lied to my insurance company and wouldn't return the car to me, so I ended up paying weeks for rentals. Terrible experience that I still regret today.

My car was in an accident so I brought it to Auto Nation. It was there for over a month. Their representative Cheryl was on top of everything and when I got my car back it looked like new. I didn't have an auto body place since moving to Florida but now i do, but hope I won't need them often. Seriously the best and fastest collision repair place I ve ever been to. Not only did my car come back clean & waxed, but as good as new as well. I ve come here previously with my old car, and when I got hit again, I knew the place to go. Dropped it off on Wednesday and was finished by Friday. My service provider Carl went over and beyond to help me with my busy schedule to come drop off my car to me and bring my rental back. I 110% recommend this collision center and if I ever need to, I ll definitely be back!Thank you!

Overall the car came out looking ok. However major red flag with this place. There was a piece on my rear bumper what wasn t fitting correct and looked like a little piece was broken behind it. So I took it back to the shop and they happily fixed it in a few minutes. The major issue is Natalie comes out with my car and says it is all fixed but as I looked at the piece. It was obvious they just cut off the little broken piece and put it back on incorrectly. So when I took the piece off and showed her. She said oh it should be fine. I expressed no, the car was supposed to be fixed to BMW standards. She started she would happily order the piece and get back to me . That was almost a month ago and she will not return my calls. So now, if they re willing to do this, how do I know the car is actually fixed correctly in areas I can not see without removing the bumper? All in all that is horrible customer service and does not look good for their reputable reputation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am extremely happy with the repairs to my Jaguar F-Type (Not my first experience with them). The details were executed perfectly, and most importantly the ceramic paint was matched impeccably. Carl, the manager, was outstanding and communicated regularly concerning the status and repair schedule. All the personnel were very, very courteous and pleasant. And the car looks perfect! A very pleasant and successful experience. And I have had multiple experiences that were just as nice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience was not great. The lady that was appointed to my case had zero attention to the details of my car after it arrived back. She told me it was ready after waiting a month. I picked up my car and the wiring was not correct for my headlights. So I brought it back and the car was sent back to BMW. Then the car came back from BMW after 1 week and STILL no work was done. There is no oversight or accountability or care. My sunroof was damaged and everyone said we didn t touch the sunroof. I ve never had a problem with my sunroof and all of a sudden it s completely damaged. The service advisor never checked the car. She could care less. I m so disappointed with the experience.Service: Body & Trim

The group of people I dealt with at AutoNation Collision in Delray are top notch. I was greeted professionally and given Tom as my service contact. He kept me informed of the repair progress and went above and beyond when it was time to pick up my vehicle. He dealt with the insurance company for me and even stayed after hours to allow me to pick up my car on a Friday night. My car looks perfect. Very happy customer. After bringing my car back for some additional damage that happened while my vehicle was in for repairs at the Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach dealership I got to say they fixed and repaired everything and now the car is back to 100%Thank you

I had a great experience at Auto Nation. The work done on my BMW was great. I had the dealership where I purchased car look at the car after it was fixed and they said they did a good job. You couldn't even see that someone backed into me. I had only had my car one month! Overall, great experience. It will be even better once they get their new location.

Terrible customer service. I was rear-ended on January 21. My insurance company paid upfront. They kept my car for four months on the account that they were having problems acquiring parts, etc. My feeling is that they got paid upfront and there was no urgency to get my car done.For the past four months, I have been kept hanging. No updates unless I called, emails go unanswered...and I can go on and on.They offered to help out with loaners - that never happened. They also siad they'd look into waving the deductible - also, never happened...Liars and thieves!Never saw a technician - I dropped off the car with the receptionist and picked it up from the receptionist four months later. No one ever spoke to me about what was done or anything...I am surprised BMW Delray Beach uses them as their collision center. Their customer service is nothing like the service I expect from BMW.If anyone sends you there, run the other way!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the first phone call, I was impressed with the service! Each person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was kept up to speed on the process, so there was no guessing. Carl and Judi are AWESOME. Not only are they incredibly nice, but they will take really good care of you. Carl was always on top of things, calling me every couple of days with updates on my car s status in the repair process. He was clear and confident, and it gave me ease of mind to know my car was in the best of hands. It s really nice when you can call someone s work phone and they always answer - a rare thing these days. They work hard to price match for new parts, so my repairs were done with all new parts! My Jeep looks perfect, thanks to their stellar work and wonderful polish. They re a bit hidden due to some construction in front of their shop, but they are a diamond in the rough and worth sniffing out! This place came highly recommended to me, and I m so glad I took the advice!

Worst repair shop ever! Very unprofessional and spiteful staff. I took my Explorer here for front end damage and was told it would take 6 days. After a week I called to get status and Cheryl was unresponsive and I had to call every couple of days to get updates. All she would say is it's being worked on with no approximate finish time. It took over 2 weeks and when I picked up my vehicle I found they had broken my sunroof! They lied to my insurance company and said I dropped off the vehicle with the shade closed and sunroof open and that it was already broken. I will be pursuing them in small claims court. Don't let these people near your car!

Replaced shattered cargo bay window, wiper, and repaired deck lid on my BMW X3. Worked with my insurance company, I just paid my deductible. Entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. The place is totally Covid compliant and ultra clean. My car was detailed throughout prior to pick up.
