Brought my 2023 C8 to JR and David at auto palace because somebody knocked my mirror off while at a standstill on the highway and took off. He fixed it and got it back to me same day. Much appreciate the help and professionalism

I had 3 accidents and taken my car to them each time. The car was totalled twice and they brought it back each time. Excellent work!!! Paint well blended also. I highly recommend this shop

Accidentally called the wrong auto shop and really glad I am not their customer. The gentleman that answered the phone was immediately shouting. Said "what insurance " I did not know what he was referring to, so I asked what he was talking about, and he started yelling, "You called me!". It was one of the rudest phone calls I have had with any auto repair location. I would not want to ever even call this business back.

I ve used Auto Palace for body work ( sad to have to admit) on more than one occasion. Each time I ve had to bring a car to them they have done excellent work. They are friendly and reasonably priced. They stand behind their work and treat customers like family.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

I highly suggested no one to go here to get paint work done they did a horrible job for the second time coming back. They forgot to bolt my fender in place there's overspray on my door and headlight. They are untrustworthy and would never recommend them to anybody lost my business. They lucky they got a 1 star rating. Absolutely horrible so unhappy with them.Service: Painting

The arm that holds the power liftgate of my SUV was broken, so I needed a part ordered, then welded. Based on a high recommendation, I went to Auto Palace Collision. Roy told me it's $9 for the part, plus labor for the work to weld it, which was very reasonable. Roy was upfront with me with no nonsense, but was very pleasant and so was the foreman who did the actual work. Roy gave me an appointment and within the hour my car was done. The power liftgate is now working like a charm without spending hundreds of dollars on it, which is what the dealership wanted. Based on my experience, if you need any type of body work, you can expect good quality work from decent folks at a very reasonable and honest price. I will without hesitation, not only go back there for any body work I need, but will recommend Auto Palace to all my friends. Honest people that do good quality work at a fair price are hard to find, and when you do, you ought to hold on to them.Service: Welding

Had a hit and run and strap for cash. Roy gave me a great deal that wouldn't break the bank. I must say for as little as I paid the work was remarkable. It fixed my car brand new and did a little more for no extra money. Honest honest honest and hard working. This is by far the BEST Auto Body Shop... Family owned and operated for 39 years. Roy the owner and his staff are friendly and amazing and I was very pleased with the work done on my car! Very easy in and out and Christine the office worker was awesome as well! I would definitely recommend this business for all your Auto Body needs. It s even worth a trip to get to from wherever you are! Thank you all very much!

I was in an accident and the entire front end of the care was damaged. Roy was awesome. he was understanding of my stress. He went above and beyond to repair the car. My car was fixed perfectly and it was the exact price he quoted me. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend Roy

Amazing work from amazing people! I highly recommend Auto Palace for any auto repair. I have used them 3 times now. Never disappointed. And Roy is great. Easy to communicate with and gets the job done with precision! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Spread the word!

The best place to get your car fixed at the best price.No one can match their price and quality.And sometimes if you ar fortunate enough, they also fix things for Free like in my case. They fixed my cars trunk for free.Thanks to Roy and his fantastic team.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Steer clear. Roy is a liar and scammer. Tried to not give me total price for my work and then when pushed agreed on a price. Then went to pick it up and it was more than double his quote with no additional work than initially agreed and no explanation. Run away as fast as you can or get ripped off. Roy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Don t say I didn t warn you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My rear view mirror fell off and I couldn t fix it. The guys at Auto Palace Collision were so helpful and replaced the mirror quickly and at a very FAIR PRICE - which isn t that common in this area . Everyone was so pleasant and helpful ! So glad I discovered this gem fir auto body repairs if all kinds THEY DID A GREAT AND WERE SUPER NICE TOO!!highly recommended

CONS:I had to go back and get the job done again 4 times (had to pay for a taxi each time when I returned) and it was never truly done perfectly (left me with a crooked bumper and claimed I was seeing things.) The whole process took 3 MONTHS to finally get him to do it halfway right.Left my window lining damaged.Did additional work I had asked for without quoting me the price first.PROS:Owner threw in a small freebie service to compensate for all the hassle he caused me.Overall, best to stay away.

Worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. I called Roy about having my car towed over and he said sure bring it over so the car was towed there. I called two days later to check and see where things stood and Roy said oh call back tom we are checking on it now. I had the exact same conversation with him four more times over 7 days until I finally told him he had told me the same thing 5 times which he got upset that I called him out on his lie and he then told me we are 2 weeks backed up but I'll be sure to look at it today. I called again the next afternoon to find out that they had taken my car to another mechanic to work on it without even bothering to call me and ask or let me know. I then called the new mechanic only to be told that the car was dropped off but no information was given to them about the car and they too are two weeks backed up. In the world of dishonest mechanics Roy's name should be at the top of the list.

Highly recommend Roy and Auto Palace. When I had an issue and needed body repair, his price was the very best. He does excellent work and is super helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely terrible job and communication. Postponed repairs 3 times without any notifications only to get my vehicle back with a mismatched bumper color and untouched work inside. They even mentioned "thought it was a bit off myself" upon pickup. Completely loss of words for this place. Nice people though.

Best auto body shop I know, never fails to surprise me on how great their work is. Their employees are easy to talk to and reliable. I recommend to ask for the worker named Ricky to help you.. 5 stars

I recently had Auto Palace repair my vintage 1988 BMW 635 that had been rear ended. I was afraid it could not be repaired but Roy Burchell owner and lead man Xavier reassured me they could in fact make it look new. WELL......... they did. unfortunately Geico are scumbags and we had a bit of fighting to do with them. Roy and his crew are true professionals always pleasant to talk to an informative. I am after all very satisfied with the car and with Palace Auto Body. Roy thanks again.

Saved me from the dealer ship. Auto palace had to go pick up my car after they ripped my car apart they left in pieces. Auto palace managed to fix the car for 2 grand less then what the dealer ship was charging and allowed me to see the car mid way through repairs. God forbid I get in a crash again I will be contacting Roy with auto palace. Posted 2 photos of the before and after.white subaru 2017
