Brought the car in for a rough idle. Mechanic has no talent, he doesn't know what he's doing. Alex kept my car for over a month he replaced almost every part under the hood without fixing the problem. Finally he brought in a real professional from Mercedes Benz who found and solved the problems in one day. His hourly rate is outrageous at 180 dollars per hour he also threw away all the old parts I told him to keep. Someone vandalized my car and broke the window while on his property. He acted like he was doing me a favor after I convinced him to install a new window for free which was his responsibility to begin with. Bill was over 5,000 dollars. He also constantly called me buddy or bro which I thought to be an outrageous thing to say to someone you're ripping off. Stay away from this auto shop.

Came to Alex for an oil change and had a great experience. He made sure to tell me certain things I ll be needing in the upcoming months of owning my vehicle along with checking my brakes and tire pressure. He also did a safety check and engine analysis to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was in and out . Definitely coming back and highly recommend that everyone does as well. Thanks Alex

I am a BMW enthusiast, and I been looking for a reliable BMW mechanic for a while outside of the dealership of course. When I drove past the Alex s shop I just had a good feeling about it. I was first greeted by Cody (his protege ) one weekend when I was just next door fueling up And I needed help immediately bc my car was leaking fuel. Cody took my car in no problem and stored it for me over the weekend. I met Alex the following Monday, and man..you can tell he is an Expert but not only that he has tremendous passion and cares about his customers and is very professional. He s already done a lot of work on my 2002 525i Sport Pkg/5 Spd, from small jobs to slightly bigger jobs. Slowly, we will be restoring this car more and more in the future. I never write reviews, but I think this one is very necessary. Not only did I find my mechanic, I met a reliable and honest friend as well. Thank you Alex & Cody!

Perhaps he's a great mechanic, but I wouldn't know, because he no-showed the morning appointment to bring my vehicle in, and made absolutely no effort to reschedule or accommodate.I realize things happen in life, and because other customers recommended him to me, I waited almost an hour after the scheduled time, but his place was locked up tight and he never showed. Driving by later at the end of the day, I noticed he was indeed open, but he never called or messaged me. I reached out by text, he told me he was very busy, and that was it. Never heard another word from him, even after I responded that it wasn't good business to leave a customer hanging like that.Reading the reviews, looks like he has done this before.

I'm a couple years into living on the east coast & i'm a bmw owner. I've had some repair needs & i had to roll the dice finding & trusting a quality, reputable, & reasonable shop. As fate would have it, i ran into Alex & immediately i knew this is who i wanted to work on my car. Alex is knowledgeable, caring & treated my car like it was his own. As if fixing the car wasn't enough, he even washed my car the day i picked it up. If anyone reading this is looking for a place you can trust to get your car repaired, give Alex a call. You will have an awesome experience no doubt! I don't have to worry anymore where i'll go the next time i need my car serviced!

I have been to this car service few times in the past couple of years and always left happy with the work he did on my car.The owner genuinely cares about customers and gives you all the options before doing the work without pushing you for the most expensive solution and that means a lot in my opinion, is hard to find a shop like this those days.Very experienced, clean shop, more than fair prices, I highly recommend him to anyone!

Want to vomit every time I drive past by. Dishonest man, pushes to sell you quality parts at 3 times their value. Check Amazon or ebay in his face as he quotes you. Dont let this clown fool you with his clean cut. Charges $100/hour but if he likes you he can drop to $80. Works by appointment only so it is not always open and if it is, he will not help you without an appointment. After 3 appointments and more than $1500 dollars Mr.Alex could not fix my Nissan Altima AC. As I came back telling him the AC kept breaking down, he kept charging me. After asking him to stick to his word and warranty, he didnt but instead recommended me to get a new car since mine was too chitty . Took it to a shop in Lakeworth and they did the job in the spot in a little bit more than an hour for less than $100 parts included.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman he diagnosed my Volvo C 70 and suggested I return for a more complete diagnosis next week. Keep in touch and I will post the outcome.Well the answer is in. Alex repaired my faulty ABS module and a complimentary wash and interior cleaning. So nice to no longer see those popup codes on my annunciator panel.The price was below my expectations and he will be my repair shop as long as I live in Delray BeachAs with all order cars, my Volvo needed a service call. Of course I called Alex to diagnose the problem with my convertible top. He spent after hours to get me on the road again.... and thanks to Ilian I had pickup and delivery service and a car wash too.. Thank You Alex European Autoworks.

After I got stocked on the road with my car and towed to 2 different shops and no diagnostic. I searched the web, and found Alex' Shop. He was able to find the problem with in hours and fix it! I call him Dr. Alex. Professional, Experienced diagnosis.Strongly recommended.

My first time visit. Service and prices for european cars are very competitive. But you receive more quality and professional services for your money than other places. Of course I recommend Alex!

My experience with Alex European AutoWork: this guys made me feel confortable from the 1st minute. They fixed the breaks, and suspension.Work done in very reasonable time. Oh, did i mentioned they helped me with a ride at work!

He doesn't know anything about the cars. I brought him a working car, and he gave me a non working car in return.Also, he said he did an oil change but it turned out that he put olive oil to the car. He is like a joke, he damages the cars in purpose. He doesn't know anything about the cars, escape and run away. He is the worst.

NOT the best first impression to be honest. Made an appointment for 9:00 a.m., two weeks ago. I called on the day before and left voice message to say I will be there. Got no response or notification, showed up and waited more than an hour and NO SHOW !!!!!!! Business neighbors tried to contact him and got no response either. Disappointing!!!!!!
