If Jordan (20 year old male) is your clerk, just walk away. Don t even bother with the frustration or the attitude from him, especially if you have to go back to return what he looked up and sold you because it was completely wrong and way overpriced for what you need. Just ask for someone else to help you or leave if you have no other options. Not worth it.

I came in for windshield wipers for my car. Not sure what brand I needed Dandre was so extremely helpful and even showed me how to install them to make sure they snapped on correctly. I would highly recommend going there if you need any auto parts.

My wife s car battery was 8 years old, and wouldn t start the car . Called advance , they said that they had a replacement. Met Ron at the store he came out checked the battery and said we needed to replace it. He installed a new die hard . Great customer service, very pleasant experience. I will definitely use Advance Auto in the future.

Come here quite often and the staff here are phenomenal. They are always welcoming and go out of their way to help. They make sure I check my email for coupons too. Every little thing means something to me. It's all about customer service.

We wound up here with a dying motorcycle battery. As luck would have it Tony at the store knew just what we needed! Beyond outstanding customer service! Tony even showed us how to do it. Where would we be without him? Nowhere! Thank you Tony for getting us back on the road.

Rude and unhelpful employees. Sam at the front desk is the worst employee I've met at any establishment I ever entered. Disrespectful and needs to be let go. I can not believe nobody has left a comment about her.

The young guy with dreads was so great. Sorry I didn't catch his name. He helped me find the correct windshield wipers for my car and even installed them for me, I wasn't expecting that. I am glad I stopped by to help with my windshield wiper needs, thanks advance!

I had an issue with the way my car was running rough and they guy suggest the engine fuel cleaning system and to put a better grade of gas. He put in the cleaner in my car for me and I did get different gas. I appreciate he was helpful and able to let me know what to do for future with my car.

These people are crooks. They have stolen from me now two times. First it was $40 which I didn't make a big deal about. But now, they took $250!!! Do not trust them! This time I got my financial company involved hopefully I will get my money back.

Horrible customer service. I came in minutes prior to closing and I understand an employee your mindset is to just get out of your job and be home. Mind you I really needed a battery because all day I had to get a jump. Out of all the car parts stores, I drove past I chose your location. My child is sick and we had an after hours appointment and I had to wait for someone to give me a jump just so I can make it to buy a new battery. The gentleman was rude, on his phone and short with me. His priority was not to provide the best customer service he could. I work in a hospital. Just because its 3 minutes before I am off does not mean I do not do my job accordingly or completely ignore the needs of our guests. Customer Service is everything. I will never be a customer again at this location.

Just another great review of this place....my 2015 mazda 3 , now with 84,000 miles... original battery lasted 3 years, this Advanced Auto replaced the original battery for me... then 3 years later same Advanced Auto replaced THAT battery for me ... no hassle, quick and painless... car was starting to turn over slowly, I knew it was the battery from experience.... AA Parts did the swap and car fires up instantly. .. BTW these Mazda's go thru batteries quickly. See you in 3 years.....

Everyone here was so helpful. My car battery died. I got jumped and then went here. They checked the battery, charged it, and installed the new one for me, when my old one wouldn't hold the charge.

I went there with battery problem. He immediately checked the problem. Then he immediately changed the battery and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Excellent service

RENTED A BALL-JOINT TOOL FROM THERE WITH A DEPOSIT OF $249.99. WENT TO RETURN THE VERY NEXT MORNING TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO MONEY IN THE STORE THIS EARLY. UMM DUDE, MY DEPOSIT SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THE STORE(CASH)! ABOUT MY MONEY LET ME GET THE CORPORATE NUMBER! DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK TILL AFTER 5PM THAT DAY. WHAT A RIP-OFF!
