I called this location for a replacement tire. One tire. The person on the phone told me if I made an appointment it would take 20 to 30 minutes to swap the tire. I made the appointment and arrived at the designated time. After waiting one hour I asked if the vehicle was done. I was told It probably was going to take yet another 45 minutes to get the vehicle in and then the time to do the swap. Meanwhile I saw people in the shop sitting around. I had to request my keys and headed to a more responsible competitor. I do not recommend this location at all.

I had the front tires replaced there and 1 week after one of the tires got flat. It took the the car there and at first they said they were busy and I should bring it back the day after. I had to ask them to leave it there anyway because I didn't want drive the car with the complete flat tire. The problem with the tire was from manufacturing. They replaced it and I still had to pay the labor. I don't understand why I have to pay it. Most of the workers there are nice but it feels that practice is not really fair to the customers. First I had to beg to leave my car there to solve a problem they had created and second I have to pay for fixing it. I am not sure if that would be a good way to appreciate my business.

Don t come here. I came in for an oil change and two new tires. The estimated time that I was give was 1 1/2 hours. I took an Uber home and received a call from the person in charge to tell me that they couldn t get my oil screw off because it was stripped. They were able to get the screw out and damaged the oil pan. I was told that I had to pay parts and labor to replace it. I informed the manager??? That they were the last people who changed the oil, as shown by their sticker on the window. I was challenged to prove this and needed proof that someone else didn t do it. I provided proof and the begrudgingly agreed to pay for it. Seven hours later they finally gave my car back. The next day my low tire pressure lit up. I thought it was an error. 4 days later, my tire went flat while I was driving. I took it back and received a song and dance about how busy they we re eventually the determined that there was a mail in the sidewall of my tire and I had to pay the labor to replace it.I m contacting corporate, for all the good it will do.Do not use these people

Prompt service after moving vehicle inside for service. Online appointment setting could use an upgrade. 3rd year since I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment. Store does a great job of updating me on condition and sends an annual email as a reminder for checking.

Great service from minute I walked in the door. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test and Phil was extremely helpful with explaining everything. He went above and beyond to help me and I am truly grateful for the service received at this location.

On January 30, the store manager Phil Wilson scheduled a wheel alignment and full synthetic oil exchange for next day at 1:00 pm. TAT about 1 hour. I arrived early at 12:40 for the appointment. I asked the service specialist (short/slim dark hair youngster) about the TAT because I needed to pick up my child from school. He answered about an hour.At 2:15 pm, I walked by the bay area, because there was nobody in the front desk, and inquiry about my van. After he spoke to someone, he came back to me and said that my van was next. I reminded him about the 1 hour TAT and that I had to pick up my child.I asked to speak to the manager and he got me "Rick" (not sure if that is his real name). From the get go, he was extremely unprofessional, unsensitive,arrogant, and unapologetic. Totally entitled and tone deaf to my comment that "it is totally unacceptable." His response, "appointments are like doctor offices, approximate time." His behavior hurt the "bottom line," profits and the brand.

Did a realignment check on my truck after Orange City location lied and said they had done it previous day. Great experience with Phil will definitely be coming to this a location from now on

The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They took care of patching my tire up quickly considering I didn't have an appointment. I will go back.

I had an appointment for an oil change. When they gave my car back it would start but would not idle long enough to get it in gear. They sent a tech out that could not get the car to continue to run either. Then they told me the could not diagnose problem til Wednesday which is 5 days away., after the Christmas holiday. When I asked what they expected me to do now they told me take it to another Tire Plus or Firestone tomorrow. I told them I was not even sure it would get me home. Let the buyer beware! You do not need to trust these kind of people with your vehicle. I will be attempting to contact the BBB in my area to get this store investigated.

Worst experience i ve ever had. Trying to get one of the lifetime alignments they offer about 2 weeks ago , first off i made an appointment at 12pm noticed some workers went to lunch including the one that was suppose to be doing my alignment so after waiting and hour and a half he finally calls me back and says they cannot do the alignment due to numerous of problems , gave me a 2200$ bill and says this is what needs to get done to get alignment. so i thanked him let him know that was too expensive for my budget and took the list to my mechanic , 500$ fixed EVERYTHING. Upper and lower ball joints, new steering knuckles , sway bar links , and then got new tires. So my husband made another appointment for 3pm and before we made the appointment we asked them if we were gonna have to wait another hour and half before they even take it back they said no and reassured me it should never be that long. Showed up for our appointment and first off the front desk guy didn t even let us talk. he walked away after getting our keys and didn t say not even one word to us. very rude. then STILL took an hour and half to even take it back.. after 10 minutes the front desk guy comes back and tells us they can t do it because of the upper and lower ball joints are bad, we told him no they are not we literally fixed them and drove 12 minutes to the shop. He took us back and pointed how a BOLT is loose. then they show us how my upper ball joint boot is slightly torn and this once miserable front desk guy is now smiling and giggling like it s funny. he said that because the bolt is loose and boot is slightly torn they cannot do it. and with not one word from the mechanic and just the very rude front desk guy we asked them to take it down and we left with no help from anybody. Worst customer experience ever!!

I replaced the front end of my truck and had needed an alignment. Three days before taking my truck here for it's alignment the truck was alright besides a slight pull. Day after the alignment from here the truck pulled worse then before and bolts started coming loose

Tire Plus Deland isSuch a worst service and dishonest!I just regret trusting themI went to get wheel alignment as I told the manager my car vibrates when accelerating to 60Then he sales talk me with lifetime free alignment with the price of $189 and then I didn t get a paper receipt but instead was emailed to me when I printed it out I was charged with supplies of more than $15 ? What a cheater! He said my car is good to go.Then I go back to cancel the lifetime thing as it doesn t help my car still vibratesThe guy says it might be the motor mount or suspension that they want me to comeback for check at the very first place I have my car with them why not check and tell me their diagnosis instead offering me such ridiculous like coolant flushing air filter replacement which is too far from my problem about the car.Don t ever trust this branch in Deland. The store manager Phil just try to steal money from customer with BAD SERVICE and DISHONESTY!Btw Phil the store manager refuses to refund the lifetime subscription charge which I ask for refund since i don t think i need it.I went to other mechanic and charged me for $100 parts and labor and fix the problem which is the axle joint.So basically I was cheated by TirePlus for $218 for nothing.

Update: Because of our honest review we were told we are not allowed to take our vehicles to any other location for services. So you know we were never even called back. We were not refunded our entire payment either. Manager acts like he wants to fight, possibly on drugs who knows. Definitely on something. This is how they treat loyal customers. If they dont do the job right and you complain expect to be treated horribly. On a positive note, there are tons of other reputable companies who want my business. I'll gladly give it to them. Atleast it will be done right the 1st time. I foresee this company closing in the near future because of untrained workers, and poor management. Also price check tires because they are about 30-40% higher than Walmart tire center for the same exact tire.I wouldn't take your car there if you are expecting honesty. 1st of all I take our truck there for an alignment pay $227 for a lifetime alignment service. They show me a picture on the guys phone that shows the truck is aligned. When I leave its pulling hard to the right. I'm like what the heck? I get home and read the email they sent me. ( no one in the store at anytime told me there was anything wrong with the tie rods) the email has a page with reccomended repairs $1500+. So I paid for an alignment they oblivious didn't do. Now I take my truck to my guy and fix the tie rods as well as some other things. My mechanics bill? $300 plus $100 for parts. We call tire plus and ask the manager can you do an alignment on a truck with loose tie rods, he says absolutely not. We ask why we're We charged and not told this in the begining? He tells us you cam come get your money back or come back and get another alignment. We opt for another alignment. Truck is there for another 4 hours. Guy shows my husband a picture on his phone and tells him the truck is aligned, He tells my husband that it's not a perfect alignment but it's totally fine. My husband asks what's wrong with it that it couldn't be 100% aligned? The guys says "I don't know" I didn't have time to figure that out however if my husband wanted to bring it back a 3rd time and pay to find out what is wrong he can do that. Really??? $227, 2 trips totalling about 7 hours of my time and now we have to bring it back again and pay you to tell.me.why it wasn't done correctly then1st 2 times? Truck is still pulling hard to the right.? Needless to say we are taking the truck somewhere else. These people are not only dishonest they obviously don't know what they are doing or care to do a good job. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. just for the record i will be reporting them to the better business bureau. It's not safe to tell someone their vehicle is repaired when it obviously isn't.Service: Wheel alignment

The staff were very rude, not helpful, not even wanting to help. Basically said that it was my problem that they didn't have the tires I needed, will not bother to do business with them again, Plus I have family and friends there, really you need to be humbled by who you work for.

This place was amazing. Ray was especially great. I came in an hour and half before closing because I had only just noticed my rear tires were in like holy hell I m not driving this home state. Tires Plus worked so well with me even coming in so late and were so nice the entire time. I was in an out in an hour, I appreciate them working with me and getting me safely home with new tires. Don't waste time making an appointment, the time will come and when you get to the place they will tell you that they don't have time available, you will waste your day, you could go somewhere else, every day they are making it worse, last time I come to this place

Made an appointment with the call service because nobody from the store answered. I drove 45 mins to get there and they told me the appointment was no good because it wasn t confirmed. The service manager on duty said it wasn t his fault that it wasn t confirmed or the companies fault even though the company is the one that has hired the call service. This was huge waste of two hours of precious time that I missed spending with my daughters. I highly suggest going somewhere else and not using these jokers.

I've been using this location for all.my car needs for about 5 years now. Even when I moved 55 minutes away 3 years ago. They have taken care of me and done well. These past 18 months I've seen them just make a turn for the worst. I always schedule my appointments early in the morning. I'm not going to make a drive and not have an appointment. For the 3rd time in a row now it seems as if the appointment doesn't mean anything. Even scheduling me for times the mechanic needed won't even be in for another 2 hours.Most recently I've scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. Almost 3 hours later and they say I'm the next car in. You quoted me an hour and didn't follow up. Over going to this place. I recommend you only use them if you are fine with no communication and can leave your car all day.
