Second visit here. First visit was for 4 new tires. This was my first time getting my oil changed here. Both times staff were pleasant to work with and communicated well about how long the appointment would take. Will definitely continue to use them for my tire and auto needs.

These people did a good job, they were very polite, they didn't overcharge me, and they even had the correct tool to remove my lock nut that I had forgotten I had (I just bought this car and had made a mental note to either remove it or replace it with one I had the key to). They were pretty quick and 100% above board. I would definitely come back here for a similar issue if I were in the area.And the tires make the car handle way better. Go Cooper

We have been there about 6 times. Just went by today 1/18/2024 dropped off a tire before church. Two young gentlemen took care of us. Quick, great service, so nice and polite and get stuff done. We always have great experience every time. Thank you! Appreciate you guys!

I went in for an oil change on my wife's car and they pointed out that I should replace the 2 front tires. I agreed and asked for estimates. They identified tires they assured me would be delivered the next day. I convinced my wife to work from home the next day so the tires could be installed. The next day, I waited for their call that the tires had arrived and to come in with the car. They never called. I waited until 3 pm and called them to find out what was going on. The tires were never ordered and the man answering the phone had no clue what was done. He said I could come in and begin the process all over again. I chose to go elsewhere instead.

Very prompt and helpful! They were able to do a full tire change very quickly, and took time out of their busy schedule to help me when I was having an issue with my spare tire. If ever I have another tire issue while I'm in DeLand, they'll be my service center of choice!

Worst service ever. My husband took his company vehicle for an alignment and to get the breaks checked. He was told to drop off the vehicle on Saturday and that they will work on it Sunday and give him a call well well well. Here is Sunday 2:30 and no phone call that the vehicle was ready or any status on it, so my husband decides to call and the person that my husband spoke to sounded completely lost when my husband asked for confirmation that the breaks were checked. When my husband inquired about the breaks getting checked the guy stood completely quiet (not very convincing) but let s back track to when we dropped off the vehicle ( that Saturday) my husband experienced poor customer service as the gentleman didn t even welcome my husband, didn t even make eye contact with him. (Hmmmm) that wasn t a very good impression. Now back to Sunday, so after my husband called at 2:39 to check the status and the gentleman stood quiet about the brakes when asked we definitely knew they didn t do the work and he says to my husband we ll call you back when it s ready. lol ok fast forward time is now 4:00 no call yet so we decide to just drive there and upon arriving we see the van up on the lift and their not doing anything. My husband goes inside and they have no receipt to give him of anything that was done hmmmmm, so the guy goes to my husband it s gonna take 30 min, my husband calls his fleet manager spoke to one of the guys there and he wasn t even convinced they completed the work. How you complete a work but no work order stating it was completed, so they brought his van back in and put it on a scanner. wow!!!!!! Ok.. Lord protect my husband because if something happens to him i know who I m going after for failing to perform their job properly. All they did was add weights to help with the shaking. We use to use Tire choice in Oviedo and they are the best! THEY TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME and actually do the job and you can TRUST them. Ooooo wait and it gets better. The one guy even said we work 6 days , we are tired hahaha.. yes my husband works 6Days also, 40+ hrs overtime and STILL PROVIDES TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE to his customers.

I had tires installed. The alignment was not checked as indicated online being performed as a part of the $30.99 tire installation package as advertised during online scheduling. When the vehicle was picked up, I asked if the alignment was OK and I was told that service had to be requested. I was also charged $5.50 tire disposal fee and the online quote showed a $5.oo disposal fee. I requested outside white letters but they were not available at the time of service but the price did not change as indicated by online pricing. In short my frustration begins and ends with the discrepancies between online scheduling/pricing and what is performed/charged during service. Please coordinate between the two. I was a long time loyal McGee customer prior to Tire Choice takeover but began to have issues with customer service and took my business elsewhere. I tried Tire Choice to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is not starting out very well!

I have fantastic service every time I come here. The gentleman that works at the desk upfront is always such a sweetheart and makes it a pleasure to come here. I always leave happy and feeling confident that I am safe in their hands. Thank you!

It was a last minute tire change, the manager Earl was great assistance. John (mechanic) was very pleasant and did it very quickly! I really appreciated their service. They have gained a long term customer.Bonus:They are open on Sundays!!!

My battery had died and I went in to have it checked/get a new one. The associate was very helpful. He checked my battery, looked for my best option and replaced my battery. He was very professional and personable.

Quick (I'd made an appointment), modest cost ($25) for extraction of a small nail and application of a patch! The waiting area was also "modest"! It was easy to observe the crowded work area.

I had a flat tire from a nail on a Sunday, and I called asking if I could bring it in last minute to get it patched. Cody said I could, so I brought it in and dropped it off and within an hour and a half it was ready. Cody worked fast and was super friendly the whole time giving me great service with this last minute job. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to others!

Just visited this morning wanted to get my battery checked and replaced. The mechanic who checked it was really nice however the assistant manager at the counter ( bald and with a beard) was less than accomodating. He just stood there with arms crossed on his chest not giving me any options or choices he just gave me the most expensive option. Also cutting me off when I spoke. Called another branch and they had more options for me and were far more accomodating

We came here 45 minutes prior to closing needing two tires. With 2 hours for us from home. They graciously took us on like it was no big deal. Friendly the entire time and smiled like it was no big deal. We are so grateful for there service. Cody and John made sure to take care of us and never hassled us about it. This was N excellent experience beyond what we expected.

Been going here for 3 years to get oil changes, alignments and tires changed. They've recently changed management/staff and after i had my tires rotated they lost a custom hubcap on my car. Saying it popped off. One of the staff named Cody offered to replace it and said he'd call back after a few days after he ordered the part. Never called. I came back after a couple months to get new tires and He said 'he forgot to follow up the order' and will order it again. I followed up after two weeks and he said he already ordered the part and would follow me up with the tracking. Never called. A month has already passed since the second 'ordering'. Needless to say i won't be coming back here again. How you can you trust people with your car here when they can't even back up what they say they'll do.

We are relatively new to DeLand... My 18 year old son needed new tires before going off to college so naturally, I shopped around. Cody (the manager) was SLAMMED busy but still took the time to set me up with the most practical tires for my son's first car. He also recommended the additional tire care warranty service which is redeemable at several different dealers. because it was for my teenage son, i paid for it and what a blessing! My son has had a couple of issues (his fault) with his tires since the purchase and had a no questions asked repair done each time. 2 of those repairs were needed riggt here In deland and Cody and his crew got us in and out. I never leave reviews so the fact that I am doing so speaks to the level of hard work these gents put in. We have 7 cars in the family and they will all come here

First time getting into a European car that's not 30 years old with my 2004 Volvo S60R. It was a little intimidating having my first couple of problems and realizing how complicated the mechanical and electrical systems are on these cars. Not something you want to leave up to a shadetree mechanic to put back together.I consider myself an automotive enthusiast and certainly can turn a wrench but in this case I turned to The Tire Choice for a diagnosis and service. Valera was able to fit me into their queue as a walk-in and made me feel at home in their waiting area.After a short while he came back with a report of exactly what was going on with my car and things I didn't even know to check for! He was able to give me a quote on all necessary services with recommendations on service that weren't pushy. It's hard to find an honest shop these days but I feel great about returning to The Tire Choice and Valera. Thanks!

Had a screw in my Nissan kicks tire only waited a short time, staff was friendly, price was reasonable, would recommend them to anyone, this was my first visit but won't be my last I will use them for all my tire needs, thank you for your quick service. Very friendly and helpful.

Came in this Sunday on a rainy wet day after searching for tire shops to help with my tire witch kept going flat on me, gave them a call told me to come in and the customer service was beyond amazing. Kameron from store 1270 was helping out for the day and he greeted us in with great customer service and positive energy Kyle and Jorge also had great customer service and did a fantastic job on my tire. Thank you Tire Choice For making sure me and the kids were safe on the road.

This establishment is a scam. They took in total 24 hours to do a ty bar change on my buddy's car and they still aren't finished. They've been finding random things to work on too and charging us for it when all we came here for was a ty bar change. We were told it would be done at 10 pm last night and then they said by 7 am. It's currently 9 am. Never come to this fraud of an establishment.

I came in early in the morning needing a replacement tire, and they were able to not only order the same exact tire that would match my other three, but they were also able to have it sent to them same day. They got the tire in and had my spare replaced with the new one before closing time, which I think is incredible considering they didn t have the tire at the start of the day! The service was absolutely wonderful, everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend coming here. (:

I have been a customer at The Tire Choice from when it was still McGee. Over time, this place has seen its ups and downs, but I felt it was always a cut above their local competition. I was very happy when Val started working there, and somewhat sad when he left. Well, he is back as Manager, and has brought a great crew of guys back with him!This past weekend I brought my truck there for service and tires. Keith Brown is the man that runs the desk, so he is the Service Writer. Keith got me an appointment at my convenience. When he found out that my wife was ill and home-bound, he actually arranged to bring me back home, and had me picked up when my truck was finished. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion! You are not only an excellent employee, but also a great human being, and that is so appreciated!My truck was done exactly how and when it was promised. I ended up with 4 new tires, a full chassis alignment, a full oil/lube service, and new front brakes. I brought in a 61,000 mile vehicle, and drove home in what seems like a new truck! The quality of work was excellent, and the price was more than competitive!Thank you Val and crew! Your efforts are very much appreciated!

Tire Choice is the place to be. After being lied to and given the run around at Izzy s tire shop in deland I came here and they took care of my every need with one swift conversation. Customer service is TOP NOTCH and they actually TEACH you about what your car s needs even if u won t b getting service here. Definitely unmatched in deland! THANK YOU TIRE CHOICE.

I had a flat tire on my car and the donut that was put on went flat. I was able to pull in lucky I could. Went in and was taken right away. Keith went out to access my car. He then went over my options w me. I am very satisfied with the work I had done. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to them. The company is very lucky to have Keith as a employee. Can't say enough about the place my daughter Lori is very happy with the overall experience.

The staff are incredibly nice and understanding of the issues. They are honest and will give you the best deal in town. The manager and 2 staff members stayed late to finish working on my car and made sure everything was good. I recommend them to all other women as you won t be screwed over.. if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Tire Choice for another job well done.

Went here less than a year ago to have all my spark plugs and coils replaced. Quoted me $600+. Few months later had another mechanic look over my car as I m having issues with them again to find out they never replaced the back 3 plugs on my V6. To me that s laziness and theft. Making sure I never go here again, along with everyone else I know.

My wife brought our 2020 Tahoe to get our alignment done here and they told her we are not gonna do a alignment because it will be just taking your money because your upper and lower a arms and ball joints are all bad we can fix it for 500 dollars, I brung it to another tire shop to confirm they were bad and they said no there s nothing wrong with anything just need a alignment so I wouldn t recommend sending your wife here by herself because they will try to rip you off we are never coming here again.
