They take care of you like you are family. I have dropped by multiple times and each time they immediately help me giving pricing and work was done same day and stayed late to ensure the job was completed. The owner oversees and does the work. I stumbled upon them looking for lights to be installed for my truck, and grateful I did. DeLand truck owners if you are looking to be taken care and not get ripped off. Regency Auto Care Unlimited is where to go! Good people doing good work! Great family!

I can honestly say my experience with Regency Auto Care has been as perfect as one could expect from auto repair shop. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Their level of automotive knowledge is unmatched. During the vehicle inspection, they literally go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and show you photo/video of the issue. Not to mention the prices are definitely fair. Regency Auto Care has helped me so much, I took my car to get a new battery and brakes and they fit me in day of! They were efficient with making sure i got the best care possible, No complaints there. The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and answered all questions I had about the service I was receiving! Regency Auto Care replaced the engine in my Jeep SRT. Paola and Gamy were amazing to deal with. They never gave me the run around and they always had an answer when I called. You can tell these people truly care about their customers. Their professionalism and repair knowledge exceed all else in Deland! My SRT now runs better than it ever did thanks to Regency Auto Care!

Deceptive Practices and Incompetence at Regency Auto Care UnlimitedI recently had a highly disappointing experience at Regency Auto Care Unlimited that I feel compelled to share. Firstly, their website boldly advertised free bumper-to-bumper inspections, which caught my attention. However, upon arriving at the shop, I was shocked to find out that they charged me $50 for the inspection. This blatant disregard for their advertised claims left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.To make matters worse, the staff at Regency Auto Care Unlimited displayed a concerning lack of competence and professionalism. I brought my car to them as it was experiencing a minor issue with a jerking motion. However, I had no prior knowledge that my car wouldn't shift into reverse. It was in perfectly fine condition before I took it to their shop.I expected the technicians at Regency Auto Care Unlimited to accurately diagnose the issue and provide a solution. However, all I received was a vague response stating the obvious - that my car wouldn't shift into reverse. This lack of insight and failure to identify the underlying cause of the problem was incredibly frustrating.What's even more perplexing is that, despite not being aware of any issues with the reverse gear, my car suddenly developed additional problems after their inspection. It is astonishing that their technicians managed to put my vehicle into limp mode instead of resolving the initial issue. This further demonstrates their incompetence and lack of expertise.Additionally, during their care, my car sustained scratches on the front, which I discovered upon picking it up from the shop. It is concerning that my vehicle was damaged while it was supposedly being serviced by their team. This negligence and lack of accountability for damages is simply unacceptable.In light of these experiences, I must express my dissatisfaction with Regency Auto Care Unlimited. Their deceptive practices, lack of expertise in diagnosing car issues, and the damage caused to my vehicle have left me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly urge the owner of the shop to address these issues promptly, rectify the situation, and improve the overall professionalism and competence of their staff. As a customer, I expected better service and transparency, and unfortunately, Regency Auto Care Unlimited failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. We got a flat tire and found our way here. The young may who helped us could not have been more helpful. He put our spare tire on and, because they did not have a replacement tire, directed us to a nearby shop that he thought might have a tire. The young man was so friendly and energetic and would not accept a penny! He said all he wanted to do was help us. We told the manager how terrific the fellow was and he reiterated that he was so happy to have been able to help us. If you need their services, please give them a try. You just don't find people like this very often!!!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

They also replaced fuel pumps and upper and lower control arms, rear.They were thorough and quick. Friendly and courteous with that customer is always right mentality. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I cannot emphasize how happy I am to have found Regency Auto Care. I am VERY particular about my machines, and meticulous about maintenance, fluids, etc. They are efficient, very well-priced, and most importantly to me, meticulous and detail-oriented in their work. I really appreciated their communication with the cost estimate and very happy with the price. I am thrilled to have finally found an honest mechanic that I can be confident is doing the job properly.

Regency Auto Care Unlimited is one of the best auto care places in the area. I ve had really bad experiences with other auto shops, from overpriced service to disrespecting customers in general. Regency Auto Care gave the confidence necessary to given them my business. They truly care and respect their customers. I highly recommended them. Mr Gamy was so helpful and kind. I had an issue with my lights and it was fixed the same day and in a timely manner. I now regularly get my oil changed here and they check my car during these visits incase I need anything. I would definitely recommend their services. I took my Toyota Venza, which was notorious for having a knocking noise. Many forums shared the same concerns about this issue. This issue was resolved. Regency Auto Unlimited not only took care of this issue, they replaced timing chain, tensioner and replaced a cv axle as well. Their attention to detail and work is second to none. They conduct thorough inspections. Do not hesitate to take your car issues to them. The Venza is running great.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Regency Auto bar none did a awesome job on my truck by replacing my complete dash board while i was getting interior done while waitng for seats also jumped in and replaced carpet for me too!They went above and beyond to get truck done for me due to a deadline I needed it that weekend . 10/10. They even provide you with pictures and videos of the inspection, so that way you know and can see exactly what is wrong and go from there.
