Took my 2014 gmc Acadia to get a simple oil change last week. I know my car is in great condition and was well maintained. Went in with no issues what so ever, got my oil changed and not even a week later my power steering fluid is leaking everywhere. I do not like untrustworthy people. It s unfortunate how an establishment can take advantage of people. I know for a fact my power steering lines were good.

Really appreciated the experience provided by Stephen Hogan! He was very knowledgeable with regards to the truck I purchased. If he didn't know something, he didn't want to mislead me, so he would double check he was providing a valid response to my questions. I would recommend anybody in the market for a new GMC to shop at Kaiser and request Stephen Hogan as their salesperson. Thank you!

Collision Repair CenterHORRIBLE SERVICESUB-PAR REPAIR WORKMy wife s Chevy Traverse was rear-ended, and we took it to Kaiser s Collision Center for repair.First, the collision center manager, Mike Rinehart, did not acknowledge my wife s presence at the counter. It took her multiple attempts to get his attention. Even after he acknowledged her presence, he was very short and unfriendly. Every interaction with him after that was much the same. In fact, he was somewhat argumentative and very dismissive. Using phrases such as I need to know what you THINK you saw. I m no mechanic, but I know what a cracked exhaust manifold looks and sounds like. It was completely cracked all the way around. There was no I think I saw , I know what I saw and brought photo proof that they apparently dismissed.Eventually, when Kaiser did the inspection, they could not locate the damaged components (a completely cracked exhaust manifold), even though it was explained in detail where the damage was, and we showed them the pictures. Mike did call and ask me to explain again, and they found the damage after that.In addition to the cracked exhaust manifold, the drive s side exhaust pipe was bent down from the collision.Once my wife brought the car home after they informed us the repairs were complete , I noticed the driver s side exhaust pipe was still bent downwards, and the exhaust pipe tip was still scuffed from the other car s bumper. Instead of just replacing the exhaust pipe, they just bent it back up; however, they did not bend it back evenly with the passenger side exhaust pipe. There is a visible difference (approximately 1/2 inch).The poor customer service, overall dealings with Mike, and sub-par repair work will make sure I never give them any business in the future under any circumstances.

Decided to stop by and look at some of the SUV vehicles. Did not plan on making a purchase, but ended up leaving with a 2023 Yukon XL SLT and I absolutely love it! Thank you Mark for the help. It was a pleasure doing business

The dealership the parking lot everything in general is clean and organized and the staff is super helpful.. Prices are what you would expect for a dealership servicing your automobile your automobile but it does come with a 2 year warnis the year warranty on service and 2 years unlimited miles on the vehicle and parts.. I have A06 GMC Sahara 3500 diesel duly and I was given an estimated price of $1200 to change all of is to change all of the universal joints..

I have serviced my truck here since almost new and now have 200,000 miles on it and in the past couple months the service department has completely made a turn for the worst. I find it incredibly difficult to do basic maintenance.. you would think I d own an exotic car because of the lack of availability to do an oil change. Coworkers have had the same experience as me.

Was in a bit of a hurry to get my new truck for work purposes. Ended up flying down to Florida from Colorado to buy and drive my truck back. Stayed in a hotel the night before, the salesman Mark, picked me up and brought me to the dealer. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everybody was very relaxed, no high pressure sales tactics, just genuinely seemed like they wanted the best for their customers. Will probably go back for my next truck! Thanks again Mark! And everybody who made this such a painless process!

I had waited a little longer than normal to get a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. Once I inquired, the owner personally saw that I was provided with an immediate ride. I have taken my Chevrolet vehicles to this dealership for many years. They are priced a bit higher than Chevy, but worth every penny.

Service dept was a lot better than I've felt with at other gmc dealers up north in Idaho/Washington. That's all I've done there, but it was a pretty great experience.

We purchased our Acadia new in 2020 and have returned to Kaiser for service ever since. The service department always makes me feel like I am their only customer. No matter what I need or when I need it, they always make me the priority. It feels like they are a trusted friend and I can rely on them to listen, answer my questions, and do what I ask them to do.Original Post:It was a pleasure doing business with Kaiser. The sales process was like meeting with a friend to pick out a car. There was no sales pressure he was just there to help us find what we were looking for. The finance process did a great job of taking care of the rest.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness Israel and I were treated by Glen and the young lady that was at the front desk at the parts department. She was just the sweetest. I am so sorry I didn't grab her name. She was amazing.!!We went in to see if our car's battery warranty could be honored there, even though we had bought it in Puerto Rico, and to my surprise they said they would. They were really amazing and I give them A+. I am truly grateful!

Jeff is always amazing, patient, and understanding. He listens to any issues or concerns, and gets the job done that needs to get done without falsely adding any unnecessary work. He gives great suggestions for things that should be taken care of, but I never feel pressured, and he always does his best to get my car in and out in a timely manner. I love my services here!

I had my truck set up for some body work for two months so as the date approaches I called the body shop and left a message for any last minute changes. My call was returned the next day and I was told they had ordered the parts and the parts were in but I would need to reschedule another appointment for over a month away. Is this poor customer service or what ? I called the general manager and he has yet had the common decency to return my call. Poor excuse for a business in my opinion.

When I went to pick up my car from the Collision Center there was a small spot that had been missed. It was in a different area than the majority of the damage was. I'm sure it's from when it had been towed buy another company. It was the fault of the insurance appraiser and not the service center. They quickly promised they would fix the issue and I'm so glad that good service was first and foremost on their list.

Had my quarter panel replaced from an accident. They did good on blending the paint. But could use work on cleaning up welds. But overall good work.

Everyone here is very nice. Only been to the body shop, not sure about anything else. Guy at the desk is cordial and knowledgeable. Treats all the other workers with respect as far as I witnessed and that says a lot. I understand why they are talked the best in the area

I have to admit that buying a vehicle isn't the most pleasant experience...until I worked with Rocky, Michael and Jimmy at Kaiser Buick GMC in Deland, FL. At all times I was treated with the greatest respect and professionalism. Not once was I given the smoke and mirror approach that I have experienced elsewhere on many occasions. Not once was I made to feel embarrassed or low. All of my questions were answered promptly and honestly. The process was less than an hour and I was on my way. I would purchase from Kaiser Buick GMC again.

After I got home I noticed that my truck had a couple of small chips and abrasions on the door post behind the drivers door. It appears as though someone entered the vehicle with something attached to their right side which came in contact with the vehicle, thereby chipping and scratching the paint. I live more than an hour away, therefore did not return and complain. I just will not return to this dealership for service.

Navigation screen damaged during the detailing while purchasing. It was not damaged prior. Agreed to repair then suggested to file a fraudulant claim. On June 3rd I test drove a 2017 Chrysler 300 from Keiser Buick GMC Dealership. The navigation screen was perfect. I took photos of it to show my friends including the screen. On June 4th I took the vehicle to an appointment with LP and Sons Auto Care, Deland, Florida, at 9:30 am and paid $95 to have it thoroughly inspected and evaluated for any issues. There were no issues with the car except a list of codes that were mostly related to the battery being changed or taken out during the vehicle being added to inventory. On June 5th, we arrived at 9:30 am, test drove the vehicle again, the navigation screen was perfect. Navigation screens are very noticeable and I was changing the music, adjusting settings and using the apps. I returned to do the paperwork for the sale and Richie Clarke, my salesperson, had the car taken for detailing. When I got in the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the screen was damaged. I told Richie Clarke and he said he would repair it. He texted that it was from the cleaning. He said to take it home as he suspected it was condensation from the detailing and it would evaporate. I did not leave. I went to the service department. They sent me to the Chrysler Dealership down the street and made an appointment with the service rep. The rep looked at the screen. He said it was delaminated. We went back to service and they said to go home and they would order the part and replace it next week when I returned to pick up a key FOB (encouraging me to do so strongly, reassuring us that they would make it right as a way to get me to leave the premises. I wanted to leave the vehicle and drive home with my brother who was going to follow me home.) Later that afternoon, Richie texted and said that they would not fix it as it was too expensive ($810) and suggested that they would overturn the waiver of the extended warranty, wait 30 days and then file the claim. This is an illegal and fraudulent claim as the damage occurred during the detailing when the warranty was not purchased and waiting is unethical and illegal to file the claim. I state that this was unethical. Furthermore, he was suggesting we purchase their warranty for profit and it was unlikely the repair would be covered in addition to being an illegal and fraudulent claim. I was coerced to leave the dealership. The service manager and the salesperson collaborated with the Chrysler service department to repair the screen then he reneged. I should have refused to take the vehicle with damage but he said he would order the part and do the service when he had already ordered a second key and was waiting for it to come in. The dealership damaged the vehicle during detailing, admitted it was damaged (although blamed it on condensation not delamination, which was a lie), agreed to repair it, made arrangements to order the part, insisted I leave, did not honor their commitment to repair it then suggested I submit an illegal and fraudulent claim! These are unethical and illegal business practices.Update: the screen and radio malfunctioned 2 months later. The delaminated screen was not cosmetic as they stated. The screen turned on by itself, called people and would turn on loud without touching it. It cost $1000 to repair.

Scheduled an appointment, dropped off vehicle a week later at the scheduled time, then waited two days without a vehicle before they even looked at it. Found out on the third day they need to order part for the scheduled repair.
