I recently had an accident and really didn't know how to get my truck fixed. This family owned shop was recommended to me by a friend. These people are excellent they helped me with the insurance company. They showed me things I would have missed that need to be fixed. I got my truck back and you could never have guessed I had an accident. Nice honest professional people they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was as good as new. Thanks again.

I had gotten into a front end accident with a deer in Deltona and I brought my car in after searching endlessly for a body shop that would take parts that I had purchased on my own. Horacio gladly gave me an estimate quickly and a wait time for my car to be done, I was nearly brought to tears after seeing my car look brand new like straight off the lot, they took care of me and my car. I have been getting auto body repairs, painting or adding stuff to the vehicles here, over 20 yrs and have always had great service. They strive to make it like show room new and I have not been disappointed. I've had many friends bring their vehicles here and everyone has been happy with the work. My car looks fantastic, like it was never in an accident! Donna is an absolute jewel, explained everything to me and assigned a technician that did a fabulous job in a short amount of time. They coordinated smoothly with my insurance adjuster and were true to their word! They can be trusted to tell you the truth and not give you the run around, I highly recommend Expert Body Repair!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with the shop, from communication to price to the work that was done. I am very grateful to have found this shop, they did lots of welding work and everything came out great! Definitely recommend!

Wow what a great body shop they fixed my 2020 Toyota 4 runner after hitting a deer and it was perfect and Donna kept me in the loop thru the whole process 2 weeks later it was done and again it was perfect. I would 100% recommend getting your vehicle maintenance work done here. They were very thorough with the repair and worked with my insurance directly when they found more that needed to be done on my car. When I picked him up he looked brand new again. Horatio gave us an estimate. Donna followed up and put us on the schedule for repair. Donna worked with the Insured's insurance company and got all the work covered. My car looked awesome when we picked it up. Expert Body is a professional, company that works very hard to give you the results you desire. Someone rear ended me, I took my car to Expert Auto and I m so glad that I did! They dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated via text which was really nice for me They did an awesome job matching paint on my bumper and everything is back to new! They guarantee all of their work but I would go back for the customer service alone. A great small business to support

I would give more stars if I could! My front bumper needed to be repaired and Expert Body Shop completed the job with quality work. I was able to get my car repaired within the same day and every person I came in contact with had phenomenal customer service and were honest and fair. I am glad to have found a local place that I can trust with my car and will definitely bring my car back for future work without any hesitation!

Horacio and his people are not only the *best* at what they do, they are also genuinely good people. We have now had 3 separate significant body repairs done on a Mustang (2x) and an Enclave. In a stressful time, this shop was awesome. I d never been involved in an accident like this and everyone at the shop was super helpful. I called crying one day and Donna helped me know what I was doing and to not get pushed around by insurance companies. I recommend this shop to anyone I can. They re the best and they ll be doing any body shop work I need in the future.

Everyone at expert is so friendly and they really try and make the prices work for you. I'm so glad I decided to have them fix my car. I will definitely refer people here and will be coming back in the future for car repairs.

Took my 2018 Chevy Cruise here to repair a dent in the driver door and could not be more please with how it looks! Can t even tell it was fixed! Looks brand new and the service was quick and very affordable. 10/10 recommend!!

TL;DR I asked them if they could fix my car, they said yes, then gave me the runaround for a week.I wish I had had the experience some of these other reviewers had. Sadly, I did not. I didn't get to have my car looked at by them. I came to the shop in person to check them out and see if they would work on my car. I was told they would, but the guy that does that kind of work I needed was out on vacation and would be back the following weekend. I took a bsuniess card and left. I called the Monday after the dude's return and asked if they could come pick my car up. They took down my information (phone number, address, make model and color of my car) and what time I'd be home (I told them all day) and then told me someone would be by the next day to get my car and that I would be called when they were on the way. The next day, I sat around waiting and never got a call and no one ever came by. I waited a couple days; maybe they got busy or something. By Friday, I still hadn't heard anything. I called the shop again. I told them I had called earlier that week for someone to come get my car and never heard from anyone. The guy asked my name and the kind of car. I told him, and he said "And you haven't heard from anyone?" And I said no. So he said he would get ahold of whoever, and call me back. I never heard back from him either. So I went with another shop. If this is how they treat potential customers, I'm surprised they have any business at all.

Needed some body repair after several small mishaps. I got estimates from several shops with estimates from $800-$1200. Every shop had 2-3 week lead times.Having weekly dinner with a friend I mentioned my search for a body shop and she advised me that she had her vehicle done at Expert Body and that she was overwhelmingly happy with the results. I looked at her vehicle and could not tell where the damage was, so I visited Expert Body for an estimate.Expert Body is what I would classify as an "old school" looking shop. Not alot of the classy doings of some of the new style shops. I met Donna inside and Horatio came out and looked at my damage. The estimate he gave me was half the cost of my next lowest price shop. I joked and asked if he had made a mistake, he joked and said he could charge me more if it would make me feel better. LOLNow just being honest, if it were not for the glowing recommendation of my friend, I may have dismissed this shop believing that they were not going to do the job that the fancier more expensive shops would. But I accepted the offer and brought my vehicle in 1 week later as scheduled.2 days later I picked my vehicle up and it was perfect! The paint match was dead on and the body work was impossible to be seen. I was ecstatic and promised that I would write a glowing review. So, good to me wordI'm telling folks...go to Expert Body! I'll never go anywhere else!

These guys did an amazing job repairing my entire front end after an accident. They not only finish by the time they said they would , the vehicle drives better than it did before the accident. Amazing people!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I kindly called to ask for a body paint job on my car. The person on the other end was very rude. Their prices are also very expensive and you can find cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone considering the fact that the customer service wasn't very polite and the prices can be found cheaper anywhere else.
