The guy at the parts service desk was awesome. Took care of me with the right parts I needed. In and out in under 10 minutes highly recommended. Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood tried to charge me for a complete pedal assembly when all I needed was a grommet $250 part versus $16 part. I even explained to them exactly the part I needed still try to charge me for a complete assembly. Thank you Deland Nissan.

After waiting an hour, I went to see what was taking so long on my scheduled oil change. Tyler V. the service advisor told me I was next up and my vehicle was still parked outside. I usually just stop in and see if they can get me in and out quickly. It has been more than 45 days now so I scheduled an appointment to get the oil changed. They said it should be quick if I had a scheduled appointment. I have been here dozens of time before and always received quick and courteous service. I am a business owner and have my own appointments scheduled all day. When I arrive Tyler could have told me he only had two technicians today and I would have left and not had to reschedule two of my own appointments. The service here over the last three years has been good. I have given this service 5 star review in the past so I will not give them one for today.It is now 10:40 and I have had to reschedule another of my clients because my car is still in the service dept. My office says my customers are calling to complain. If I had known the service would take an hour or more I would have rescheduled my day or arranged another vehicle.

I had an awesome experience at Deland Nissan service center!!! Everyone was so friendly!! The staff was extremely attentive to all of us customers!!! They truly treat everyone as if we all family!!! And after it was all said and done, I got a huge surprise... I was given a huge discount on the oil change. I don't know when or where anyone could get such a blessing in this day and age. The total cost of the oil change was$ 11.40I could hardly believe it!!! I had to ask twice!!! I will definitely be returning to this place for my service needs. And I definitely recommend Deland Nissan service center to everyone!!! Thank you!! Love you all!!! God blessHeather Venuti

Had my car serviced. Comfortable waiting area. The service writer was extremely efficient and helpful. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was given recommendations for the care of my car

They were a little pricey $310.00 for a $10 battery terminal replacement. Almost $100 in just "shop fees". The price was lowered to $240, but still pricey.They did however do a good job and they keep you updated on all the repairs your car needs. I do plan on going for a transmission fluid change for $240.00. the battery terminal was more.

Excellent place to get my vehicle serviced. They do get busy. My service rep keeps me updated as needed, is very familiar with any services I need done.

Great customer service and quick turnaround time. Received email and text message while I waited to inform me of the status and any other recommendations based on the multi-point inspection. Will definitely continue to bring my 2020 Altima here for service!

Very pleased with my service. Associates were friendly and helpful. Easy to make appointment online. Waiting area was comfortable and the service didn't take long (and walked out to a shiny clean car afterwards). Price was great because I bought my car here and they have a great service deal for their customers.

Best ever, we switched from the dealer near the beach. They were disorganized and lacked customer service, waited three months for parts to fix the drivers power seat. The other dealer near the beach left the post repair condition dirty and the front floor mats on the back seats, outside wasn't even washed. NOPE, not going back to the beach, the DeLand Nissan Service Center needed to replace the faulty parts a second time, but, the failed parts replaced within 24 hours. Count on this center for exceptional world class customer service.

Just had my car paid off and I knew there were some issues that needed attention. Akiko communicated with me over the next couple of days that it was there to confirm what was found and what needed to be fixed. Some things I knew I could handle so they were able to order me the parts so I can work on it. There are also some other things that would just make sense for them to work on, but overall the pricing was very reasonable for parts and labor. Akiko has been my service rep for years and she definitely knows what she's doing!

Absolutely amazing service. My first visit was 7/5/21 when I was told by another Nissan dealer that my CV Axel was not leaking. I took it to Deland for a second opinion. I pulled in and was greeted by a smiling Kevin Curry. After explaining the situation at hand he showed me to the waiting room and got right to work. After a little bit he came back and assured me my axel was leaking. He explained it was covered under my Powertrain warranty and that he would order the part and call when it came in to schedule an appointment. Kevin called me the following day!! We had fear of the upcoming storm so I opted to wait until the following Monday 7-12-21 and he set the apt for 9:30 AM. I rolled into the bay where I was again greeted by a smiling Kevin Curry who stated "Hey I know you, lets do this." I handed him my key and went to work in the waiting room until it was complete. Kevin came at 11AM and told me I was good to go just need a few signatures. I have never felt so much like family and cared for (if your a female you know how it is going to get a vehicle serviced). He did not hassle me about other things that needed done he simply cared about my concerns at hand, if I could give him and Deland Nissan 100 stars I would. They now have a customer for life and I will be sending the rest of my family their way!! Thank you Deland Nissan and Kevin Curry for fixing my Mom mobile and making it safe again for my daughter and I.

I've been dealing with nissan service center on Tomoka farms road for 2 years and I always felt like they were all about sticking it to me. So when I needed a weatherstripping put on and they told me I had to prepay first I decided to go to the DeLand nissan. Was happy I did. They actually took less than a week to order and install it

Deland Nissan is the best. I tore a tire while turning into the credit union in Deland. I called for AAA service and after 3 hrs waiting in a parking lot, a credit union customer gave me a ride to Deland Nissan. They agreed to tow my car and took me home. They repaired my car and called me to be picked up to get my car. I'm 80 yrs old don't know what I would have done without the dealer being so caring. Thank you.

Havent had my nissan long but my first time here for service was great. As soon as i pulled in i was greeted then helped to see what i needed to have done. They even saved me some money on there vip program and it wasnt long at all! In no time i was called that my car was ready. I will definitely bring it back for every oil change and other services.

They are awesome there...they take good care of me I get coffee and I just wait in the lobby or if I needed to go somewhere they have a courtesy vehicle that will take you where you need to go... And I always get my car cleaned... I get my tires rotated every time... It feels like a brand new car when it's all said and done... Everybody there is super nice too!!

Took 3 time to find and fix the problem of my brake light not going off. I had replaced the brake light switch myself and told them that. They replaced it again and charged me! Then the next time replaced a relay sensor and was charged and again problem not fixed. 3rd visit they did a minor electrical wire bypass and did not charge me and is working!

I went for an oil change. They broke a piece close to the air filter. When I called they said they would call me the following week because there's a recall on my car and they were waiting for the piece. Here we are two months later and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!!

Nice service staff but the person who takes your vehicle to the service bay needs to leave all things in the car ALONE and not leave greasy finger prints in the car. There is no reason to play with the controls as to radio air etc

The staff is friendly for the most part. The prices ARE TOO high. I have found other places much cheaper by considerably. I go there only if I have to.
