The best body shop around! Laura was very nice and did everything in her power to go above and beyond what was expected. She really went to battle for me to get the right parts and meet my expectations not the insurances! She helped walk me through how to get reimbursed as well for the rental car!Brandy was very nice as well, she was always staying in communication with me and answering all my questions also going above and beyond!They did things the right way and I recommend everyone take their vehicles here.Also the detailer made the car look like it just came off the lot!I appreciate you Laura! Thank you again!

Most TERRIBLE Experience In My 42 Years!!!They Have Had My Vehicle For Over (4) Months And Continue To Tell Me: 1) That I Can ONLY Speak To One Person RE My Vehicle ( Orlando ). The Company As A Whole Knows Nothing; I m Told. Oh . And Orlando Is NEVER There!I ve Been Told For Several Months To Come Get My Vehicle On A Certain Date . Only To Take Off From Work And Be Told By Deland Collision Center That They Need (1) More Month!!!They Lie . Lie Lie! Told Me Just Today Via Phone That They We re Simply Waiting On (1) Back Quarter Piece And I Do A Suprise-Show-Up Only To My Vehicle In This Condition and Being Kept In Such A FILTHY Broke Down Shack!15K I m Paying .*I DO NOT Recommend Deland Collision To ANYBODY On EARTH!*Run PLEASE!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Laura (the owner) was so helpful and courteous. I would never let anyone touch my vehicle other than her shop. She always goes out of her way to help others. Deland Collision Center is one of the best around! They get the job done in a timely manner. The staff is friendly & professional. They re very accommodating when it comes to pickup/dropoff of the vehicle. They re there for rental & insurance needs. Will have vehicle detailed inside & out at point of pick up. I highly recommend this shop!!!

This is a professionally run business. The staff always answered my questions and calls. The pricing was very competitive. They made my car look brand new and in a timely manner. I refer all my friends to Deland collision center, they are the best body shop in town!

This is where I took my car to be repaired. Awesome place, small but what a great job they did for me. Unforseen circumstances (they lost power) so they had my car longer than I expected. They arranged a loaner for me. It was really a nice car but I was a bit nervous about using it because I know what I'm doing on the road, it's the rest of the drivers I tend to think about. Therefore I simply could not wait to get my car back. They were out of power for 4 days. BUT, after all, #4$$3&)):!! HAPPENS. PLEASE drive defensively. To all the drivers out on our busy roads. Have a blessed day.

This place is a joke !!!!My back door and corner panel on my truck was painted the wrong color by them, and hardened epoxy was on my radio screen when I received my truck back! The epoxy was never on my radio screen when I dropped the truck off to be fixed, So now a second time I have to go back and have my truck painted, When they corrected the color on my truck and I got it back, there was tiny missing paint rust dots all over my hood that were never there when I dropped it off a second time.After showing Deland collision center the issues ( rust dots/paint chipped, epoxy on radio screen) they did to my tuck! They will Not fix it now, and Want me to Pay More money to fix what they messed up!!! I m so fed up with this place, this is horrible how you got away with this and most likely many other people ! I recommend that no one uses this place ! It s worth going some where else/Trust meServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose Deland Collision because my insurance company had vetted them already. My Ram 1500 had been hit from the rear (in a parking lot) and pushed into a low hedge. We had both rear bumper and lower front spoiler damage. Our truck looked like new again after the repair! They even did a detail on it! I had repairs needed from my car being hit. Everyone was friendly and informative. I also could not go long with out my car, it was completed in a timely manner and very happy with the work! My truck looks good as new and the best part of the process was that it was stress free!

When my car was in an accident I had it towed to DeLand Collision in good hopes they would do business as normal. Not the case! I found the estimate to be overpriced and after research I asked to get my car to bring elsewhere the owner stated the details were included and I signed for a 55/day storageThis was during the holidays and I followed up with the front desk receptionist to only have my estimate delayed each dayThe document was not even signed by myself! I never agreed to the grand total for the estimate to just give me the price of what it would cost to fix was $4300.00 she states she would speak to her accounting department and take the total down but if I did not pay $2000.00 she would put a lien on my vehicle. Shady place ! I paid the 2000 but you can guarantee the BBB have been informed today about the document fraud they have pulled on this customer with industry experience.Please do not trust this place if you are a cash customer

I looked around Deland for body work to my car. The office was open, questions answered. The owner and business manager both looked at my car. The office was clean and neat. They treated me like a person, answered my questions. They called me at least twice a week with a progress report. I found parts that needed to be replaced after I pick up the car. They ordered the part no problem. They had the part the next day, installed on my car next day, no charge. They painted the whole the whole car panel and didn't just blend the paint in with old paint. I have a paint job that is 100% guaranteed for the life of the car. This is so much better than the corporate place at the other end of town.

Had us drive a car to them after we said the airbag was deployed, just to turn around and say we had to leave the vehicle with them because we couldn t drive it away I d rather tow it away then use your company again.. I should have learned the first time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The poor reviewer did not leave a name. I have been referred to this company by many people who all had a satisfying experience. I agree with Mr. Penansky regarding the meticulous attention to detail. The help with the insurance was appreciated too.We noticed a very slight variation and they corrected it at no charge. The office showed courtesy and concern. They expressed their intention to do a professional job and leave only satisfied customers. I had no problems during my multiple uses of this company. In fact, this is the only auto repair shop I would recommend.

We had our Lincoln Navigator repaired and painted at Deland Collison Center. It's challenging to find great customer service these days. I was very impressed and appreciative of how the repairs were handled. This Accident was a stressful event for our family. The staff at Deland Collision Center arranged for our rental car, kept us informed of the repairs process and handled everything with our insurance company.Our vehicle looks new again.Service: Painting

Deland Collision was a great place, exceeded my expectations. Patty was very helpful always explained and always kept me updated and always answered my questions. Tom was very nice explained what was done to my vehicle at pick up. The receptionist was Great always a good attitude and great customer service. I do highly reccomend Deland collision.

This place is completely unprofessional and has horrible customer service. They had the car for 5 weeks to fix a windshield and minor cosmetic damage from a tree falling on the car. We were told the car was ready after 4 wks and went to pick it up to find that they missed fixing have the damage from the branches hitting the paint and the entire car was covered in a rust colored spray which the owner said was there when the car came in. It definitely was not and I had the pictures to prove it. It happened while at this shop. It was over spray of some kind. After arguing with the owner for quite some time they finally agreed to fix it. My insurance company had to get involved and agreed to cover some of the fix which is unethical in my opinion since this was the shops mistake and had nothing to do with the tree incident. I will never take a car here again and I ve advised my insurance company to stop using them as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner herself came out to look at my car. She was very caring & finding ways to help me with the repairs. I do recommend them. Also I didn't have to have an appt like another local collision place, for them to look & give me an est. You can also get a rental car there also.

Wasn't expecting much positive to come out of this experience since it was related to an accident. From the account manager and owner to the repair work itself the team at Deland Collision was awesome. They kept my daughter and me up to date and went advice and beyond answering our deluge of questions twisted to the insurance side of things when our agent failed. 5 stars every day of the week, thank you.
