I am a customer of Deland Auto repair for decades now. They had been in Deltona years ago, then in deland on the east side and now in the new location on west New york ave. Very honest and knowledgable. Nick and his crew are awesome. They keept my old cars running and in great workung order at reasonable cost. No snake oil, no needless stuff and no excuses. Good, honest work professionally done. And you are not taken advantage of. Very rare. I recommended him to friends and they drive all the way from Orlando to get their cars done.

Avoid this auto shop , paid Nick $3000 for a transmission repair , after 3 months of lies and excuses I had the car collected from him , he has ignored my refund requests

Came here on July 5, because when I shut off the car the fan continued running until it drained the battery. The problem was a relay. The total cost was just $35, they could easily taken advantage of me.I recommend this shop, Nick is the only honest mechanic I have ever known.Thank you Nick.

I've brought my car here twice and both times I have been lied to and told my car was fixed and would work perfectly fine. Both times I had waited extended periods of time from when they said it would be done and nothing had changed after weeks of supposed service for a tire change and an alternator replacement

BEWARE!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I was told my car was fixed multiple times, only to find the check engine light come back on before I even got to the end of the road. Excuse after excuse. The mechanic even once yelled at me and told me to come pick up my car because he was "tired of working on it" This being after they had been paid to fix the issue, which is the only reason I kept returning. I requested a refund so I could go somewhere that would fix my car but that was not an option. After a month long headache and over $1000, they once again told me I could come get my car, as it was running great. However, this time they broke my grill and attempted to claim it "brittled off" It did not brittle off, there was a clear crack on both sides of the top of the grill where someone was obviously leaning too much on the grill and broke it. I again drove off praying the issue was fixed, NOPE!!! My car is still doing exactly what it was the day I took it in, a month ago! I will now have to go pay someone else to fix the same issue. And when I sent a video of the car doing the same thing to the owner stating it was not fixed, no response. Don't waste you time or money! As I was there this last day, another woman was there who had taken her car in and it wouldn't even stat after they had worked on it. She stated this was not even the issue when she took it in. The owner stated to her he didn't know what to do with it because it wasn't giving him any codes. Good luck lady!

I have left my cars with these guys for years, from simple oil change to drive shaft repair to computer panel rebuild. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or the price I've paid for repairs. Just small town guys, down to earth, who know what they are doing.

I was referred to Deland Auto Repair by a locksmith when our truck was locked with the keys inside and engine running. Nick came out and opened the door, but in doing it, he damaged the B pillar paint twice, where he inserted something to try to unlock the door but didn't say anything to us.We didn't notice it and paid him his $45 bill. When we got home, we noticed the damage. I definitely would not recommend him for anything.

It s not a mystery why they are ranked #1 on google search for auto repair in Deland. Today at 8:00am, the water pump in my work truck failed on 44 and I4. I called the shop and 20 minutes later the truck was picked up. Less than 2 hours later, pump installed and my crew is back on the road with the day salvaged. Thank you very much!Btw: $350 for a water pump on 2018 Silverado 1500 is more than $100 less than average cost to replace. That s with the tow.Service: Engine repair

after looking all over this is the place i decided to go too although it was the most packed they still did a good job it took some time yes but in the end they gave me a good price and fixed the car would come back here if my car needs another fix.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignmentServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

May not look like a high end repair shop, but these guys know what they're doing and above all they are HONEST. No RIP off scams here.Nick, the owner, has become a good friend to me and helped with everything I needed. If they cant do it they will actually guide you to someone who can.

I needed my Mercedes headlight replaced, Nick suggested I buy the entire housing through amazon, which cost me a fraction of OEM, he installed for me for another fraction, I was so pleased, I highly recommend the shop.
