I previously posted a review when I purchased my vehicle six months ago. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Amazing vehicle. I m posting this because I just have to say that the customer service at this dealership is absolutely amazing. My salesman called me a couple days ago to just see how I was doing and see if I m enjoying the car and if I have any questions. I have never had that happen. Usually you buy a vehicle and they don t wanna talk to you again because they sold you something terrible. I personally don t think I ll be shopping anywhere else. I definitely will be telling my friends and clients their best deal and the best customer service will be at Deland Hyundai well worth the drive . I also want to complement the upper management, without good management you don t have good employees. You are doing a fantastic job at managing your team. Thank you thank you thank you,Robin Kann .

Awesome experience and pretty satisfied with the services from all members staff, Mr Nelson Taveras, Victor Pagan and Laurence Fillipo, did a great job, they were friendly and professional, responding to all my matters with high excellence. I definitely recommend them.

Bought my car at headquarters new car, had way to many problems, i was to ready to give up,headquarters said I was crazy , Jim ,the service adviser, at Coggins figured it out , thank you to and your guys will never go back to headquarters

Worst service, I've got a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, top most end, and the digital rear view camera isn't working, my wife went thrice and I went once to this place, they couldn't even figure out the feature and I had to explain them. Promised they would place order for new mirror, new camera, new connector wiring, each time we visited but never got a call back. They couldn't even give replacement car so made my wife & baby wait for 4 hours only in the end to say they couldn't fix it. Issue still not resolved after reaching out 5 times over 7 months. Unbelievable, don't know what to do.

These guys here are top-notch! They take great care of your car and are very professional people! I want to thank Allen who helped me the whole step in the process of my vehicle and kept me updated from start to finish! These guys are awesome here! Bring your vehicle here you won't be sorry!

Went in for a recall. 1st time there. Service rep was awesome, took his time to explain the recall, the solution and the time frame.

Service manager was rude and not did his job. I brought in my car and he said tough luck. corporate has been informed and hopefully he shall lose his position.

I don t always go to dealerships for service but Jim is great. Even though they were $50 more than Walmart I like the personal service I received from Jim. I wouldn t go to another rep.

The Freindliest Place In Florida!!!! My neighborhood Coggin dealer........Thank You Guys for All of your Good Work, the salesmen, the Service Dept.....The guys Who got me home and back.............AllofYall Are the Best....I told my mailman...He bought one as he retired.....? Thank you for helping me fix my issue. Someone else connected to my credit, and the managers helped me with a statement stating this is not my inquiry. I can now ask the credit bureaus to remove this! So appreciated!!!

Always do a wonderful job! I recommend all the service guys. Always upfront on cost and time it will take. I go out of my way to visit Coggin for their exceptional service.

They have a well deserved rating of (F) with the BBB central Florida. If you check there are many honest HYUNDAI dealers in the area with much higher rating.

Recall visit also included, for free, finding rats nest in engine compartment and cleaning it after sending me photos. Also replaced key battery and washed car.
