When the window was replaced. After the installation, there was no clean-up. Broken glass inside vehicle, glass was dirty, and fingerprints and tape marks on outside of vehicle. Also, where outside of the vehicle was marked for previous imperfections, it was cleaned off, leaving scratch in the paint. Took the vehicle back in and was told that it would buff out. Scratches are still there. It didn't buff out. I'm not happy with the service. I will not return for any service or will be referring this place to anyone.

I highly recommend this shop. I crashed and destroyed my 2022 Miata s front bumper, they were able to repair and paint match the bumper perfectly. My paint color is notorious for being hard to paint match and they did a perfect job. The service and communication was excellent too.

i had my car here for a rear end repair a few months ago that required frame repair. while minor the unibody of the car still needed to be pulled back from the accident which given the extent of the damage to the car i would have expected the alignment to atleast have been checked and it is partially my fault for not verifying however here i am now 3 months later replacing a set of tires due to the alignment being so far out that it caused uneven wear to the tire. to say im disapointed is an understatment and when i called essentially blame was shifted to me for not noticing sooner and claimed because it had no damage to the suspention they wouldnt even check the alignment.

These people are angels! I can't express how grateful I am for them and their knowledge. I have a Ford Explorer that was having serious problems with the ABS module and the sunroof not opening. I took it to Coggin Deland Ford because my warranty told me to take it there. All of a sudden it is diagnosed with thousands and stuff I didn't need at all. Then my warranty denied to pay them anything. Worse of all they tested the sunroof and it opened and wouldn't close. I went to pick up my vehicle and they left it opened in the rain outside and water getting, and it had been pouring all morning. They said basically in other words sorry about your luck and threw tape over it. My car went 5 days like that and no one would help me. Then the tape came off and I couldn't find more. I went to quite a few auto parts stores and no tape to put on top my car. So I seen Caliber Collision on the road and thought they might sell the tape. That is when the manager Fernandez came out and seen what he thought was wrong. He asked me if I would let him take a look at it, no cost. I said thank you. He brought my car back out with all the ABS module lights off and the sunroof closed! I was so thankful to them! They truly saved me so much. The knowledge base these people have is untouched. Thank you, thank you so much for being my angel from God that day. I will never forget it...

As a young woman and first time car owner, getting in a wreck and needing repairs for the first time was a somewhat daunting experience. The staff at Caliber made the repair process a virtually stress free one. Communicative, timely, and friendly. Highly recommend!

If I could give Caliber Collision in Deland 10 stars I would! After an accident I brought my vehicle in for repair and from the first phone call until I received my vehicle back was nothing but a truly professional experience. From the front desk to the techs and estimator everyone involved was amazing! I was kept informed the entire time of what was involved with my repairs and their text messaging system was not only accurate but interactive allowing me to text back. When I thought that the experience couldn t get any better, I received my vehicle and it was detailed so nicely I didn t even recognize it. My vehicle was returned 100 times better than I left it with them. I have experienced the worse customer service from your Deland location over the last 3 months. I brought a truck in for damage repair covered under insurance. They did the repairs which included them having to remove and re install my passenger head light fixture. I dropped the truck off on 11/13/23 and picked it up on 11/30/23. The same day of pick up I noticed the turn signal and headlight on the right side wasn t working. I called and spoke to dalton and explained the issue. I then followed up to have the truck looked at on 12/6/23. The looked it over and said an electronic specialist would have to take a look at it as it was something they weren t able to diagnose. I followed up with dalton on 12/14,12/15, and 12/20/23 to see if he was able to get ahold of this specialist as I cannot drive my truck in the dark due to no light. Having no truck meant I would not be able to work all of my hours accordingly. I tried to schedule to bring it in on 12/27/23 with no response. By 1/6/24 I was irate that I was not getting a response. Dalton then turned me over to Fernando the manager. I was scheduled to bring the truck in on 1/10/23 at 2pm with the understanding that it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. After a bunch of back and fourth with Fernando basically telling me it s electric and could fail at anytime and insurance wouldn t cover it. I explained to him we looked at the fixture and it seemed to be put in incorrectly as the wires were pinched. He would not take responsibility for his staff and then told me it was a $300 module that has failed. After looking over the fixture today before purchasing said module, we have realized the technician plugged the headlight wire connector to the turn signal connector and the turn signal connector to the headlight connector. Once we did the work to switch them ourselves the problem was fixed. The technicians took the fixture out at least 3 times and connected it incorrectly each time. The manager also supposedly over saw the last time it was taken out. If in fact this electric specialist looked at my truck he would have caught this irresponsible mistake that cost me time and money being without a functional truck for 3 months. We called Fernando to explain their mistake and he once again seemed like he didn t care at all. Terrible management and attention to detail. We will never use this company again.

Somebody hit my car and I was sent by Progressive insurance company to Caliber Collision. Their communication was lacking. I went there driving my car and they said my car was a total loss. Ok. But they didn't allow me to pick up my car, only if I could tow the car, a drivable car. My car was towed to my house disassembled, with all the markers and making noises that wasn't before. A drivable car came back like a the Flintstones car, and not fixed.

I would first off like to say that if I was to give this place a review based on Chris customer service alone, it would be a 1 star. However Fernando and the parts manager which unfortunately I don t remember her name are the redeeming factors here.I dropped my car off after an incident that was not our fault for an insurance repair. Chris approached my vehicle and kept walking the vehicle making remarks like this car has been worked on before the paint is a mess to which we responded well it s a 10 year old vehicle so yeah it s had work done. We left feeling as if we should note have left the vehicle there based on the judgement coming from him. A few weeks later, we got a message that the car would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I called immediately to let them know that I would be there Friday morning to pick up and pay my deductible due to work restraints. He said that s fine. Called Thursday morning just to ensure that the car would be ready for pick up at opening on Friday to which Chris told us that he never committed to that time, it wouldn t be ready until later that afternoon. Luckily we had a rental vehicle. Fast forward to almost 4PM while waiting on a call from Chris, I had to call to check status where he told me the tech had broken the interior door handle on the drivers side. At first I was like ok things happen, but then realized I would now be paying until Monday for a rental extension. When I called back to ask if they would at the minimum cover the additional rental coverage. Chris started to get an attitude saying it was our fault the door broke because the handle was glued on . I have had the car for 10 years and bought it brand new, to my knowledge It has never had work on the driver side door. I had my boyfriend call who worked as a mechanic previously and he talked with the manager Fernando. Fernando agreed to pay only Monday and onward because the part most likely would not be there until Wednesday at the earliest which differed tremendously from what Chris had mentioned.Fast forward to pick up date. The parts manager (I wish I remembered her name) was wonderful. After picking up my vehicle, not even a mile down the road I noticed that my front bumper was now loose and flapping in the wind. When I came back frustrated she personally took my car back to a bay and riveted it down. The tech never riveted it and had broken some of the clips.We only just completed everything with this company refund and all nearly two months later. The saying grace was Fernando and their parts manager. If you get Chris, ask for someone else or run. He can t commit to deadlines, has no sense of urgency and really no bed side manner .Thank you to Fernando for actually helping us out and thank you to the lovely parts manager!

Overall they did an excellent repair job on my vehicle after it was in a collision. Unfortunately not all repairs were completed as first promised. Friendly and polite staff.

I was sent by my insurance company to Caliber Collision. Their communication was lacking, the tech was not happy that I asked to read documents before initialing/signing them and although the work was adequate, I was asked to pick up my vehicle at 4:30 pm on a Friday and it wasn t until closing time that they began the review. They rushed me through the process and kept asking for a good review. I discovered a half-mile away that my radio/backup camera/ satellite/ Bluetooth unit was not working. Called them but got the answering service. Monday they did a diagnostic which did not show anything - and their research showed an old (8+ year) recall, since closed that they blamed for the issue. Now fighting with my insurance company. Ladies, don t go to this business, rent a husband if you need to! They see you coming!!!!!

They did a fantastic job much faster than I thought they could. I had a pretty good amount of damage to the front of my car and they got it back to me fully repaired in a week and a half the people they have there are extremely friendly and insanely knowledgeable, they knew more about my Nissan Ultima than I did, I will be recommending this company to everyone I know and I will never go to a different one Great job Caliber!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car for repairs and my car wasn't repaired properly. They stated that they would call me when the additional ordered parts came in for repair. I noticed when I picked up my car that my personal items from my trunk were on my back seat. I really wasn't concerned about that but when I opened my trunk a week later. My trunk was a mess. They didn't even place the protective lining back in place and some of the lining is missing. The service man was extremely nice but I would not recommend this company for a repair company.Service: Body & Trim

This company has had my car for over a month. I was told my car would be ready on the 21st of July. My husband spoke with Chris and the new date to finish my car was July 31. Now it is supposed to be ready August 2nd. We just received a text stating it would be ready August 5. My husband uses our car for his work. He has lost customers. Our insurance only paid 30 days for a car rental. This is absolutely rediculous. Do not take your car there. They painted the car and the paint didn't match. We don't know what to do at this point.

I'm giving Caliber collision 5 stars for our 2016 Nissan maxima. Because of the awesome, outstandingservice that they performed for us!!! Not only did they complete our vehicle's restoration in the the time they said it would be done. They went above and beyond!!! The car looks amazing inside and out!!
