I do not recommend this place to anyone. There mechanics in the back do not know what they are doing went in to get my tires rotated and balanced came out with a damaged rim. They did not want to take the blame for the damage they did but they did end of replacing the rim. So at the time it did make it better but I went back in there after this to get my tires rebalanced but the guy upfront was very unprofessional and told me they would not work on my truck because of it costing them money. Well I m sorry but that is not my fault maybe you should get people who know what they are doing. I will never recommend this place for any one specially with people that have nice lifted vehicles. I wish I could give negative stars to this place.

My daughter and I went in to Boulevard Tire a week ago when she had a flat tire from the night before. We couldn't see what caused the flat tire the night before because it was dark and rainy. Once we got there the nice gentleman, I'm sorry I don't remember his name, who helped us showed us the obvious nail and some wear and tear bubbling that had occurred, not sure that's the correct word! They had her tire fixed and us back on the road in under 45 minutes and were very professional, kind and helpful. Our family has been using them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I ll start by saying that the tire techs here did an awesome job. My alignment was great and so was my mount and balance. Truck rides awesome. What wasn t so great was the way I was treated by Chris. Customer service is awful and even though the guys in the shop did great I won t be back due to Chris s poor attitude.

I won't take my van anywhere else. They do air for free and provide the best service around. A little more pricey than other places but worth it.

Chris is the best. He answers questions and is always helpful. Especially helping me formulate drop off plans for servicing a multi truck fleet for tires, brakes, maintenance, etc.

Great service. They got me in for a last minute appointment so I could go to a car show. Their tech seemed very knowledgeable about about old cars.

They have always done me right appointment or no appointment never had to sit there more than 2 hours at the most it depends what your having done to her vehicle I recommend them to everyone they've been in business for a very very long time that should tell you something if you want the truth about what's wrong with it this is the place to go

After having a tire issue on my RV I called and spoke with Jeff. What a great no-nonsense kind of guy! Stayed in touch with me throughout my towing experience and even waited after hours for me to arrive to repair my tires. Having issues when out of town is stressful, but Jeff and the guys here are truly professional and caring. This world could use a lot more of that these days. Thanks Jeff!

I recently when in to tire center and received the BEST service!!! Ran over a metal clamp and thought it went through my back tire,,which lucky for me it didn't. No charge,,I was shocked . Thank you SO much Joe and Chris Lake and the awesome girl who fixed my tire ! Would j highly recommend Boulevard tire !!!

Amazing customer service. I had a rough experience at my dealership and was so frustrated when I first got to Boulevard Tire Center. As soon as I started to get help from the employees I knew that I was in good hands. They treated me like family. I did not feel like I was being upsold and they went above and beyond by educating me about my car and the tires.

Went in for alignment watched my truck the whole time they never moved it from the parking spot. I waited in the waiting room for 1hr. They wrote me up saying it was done when it wasn't. This place suuuuuucks scammers. I also towed for a local tow company for years I would drop cars their and they would tell customers repairs they didn't even need.

I tell you what! Chris Lake is a keeper!He made a difficult situation easier for me. I purchased 4 tires a week earlier from the competition. It was my only choice. There were no Boulevard Tire Centers near the family I was visiting. A week into owning the tires, I had a bolt puncture one of them. Without knowing whether there was going to be a sale for him, he contacted the competition to help me get the right tire at the right price. Boulevard Tire Center had the tire I needed, and Chris made the sale with a smile! Thank you, Chris Lake. You changed what could have been a disappointment into a win for you, me, and Boulevard Tire Center.

I highly recommend Boulevard Deland. I have been taking my car here for years and now my son s. The staff is very helpful and takes the time to explain things in detail to us. Today, Chris helped us and went above and beyond in explaining what repairs were needed at a different shop. Thank you!

Many thanks to Jeff on the commercial side. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Even with an office full of customers and the phones ringing off the hook, he spoke to us as if were the only ones in the room. We had tires rotated on a dually. Two hours after drop off the job was done. I ll definitely be back to purchase my next six tires from him.

I'm not impressed. I told the guy on the phone what I needed, and I was quoted a price. Went in, found out the quote was for 2 tires, not 4 which I said I needed in the call After paying for the tires I was then told I needed additional work, and that it was probably too much to fix. Why not tell that beforehand, before I spend $400 on tires that will probably not even be used now. Seemed like profit was more important than customer service. I won't be going back.

Chris is exceptional!! Very nice, helpful and informative! He runs circles around these other guys!! Reasonable prices and comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend you talk to Chris at Boulevard Tire in Deland before you buy anywhere else! Wanted to give a shout out for Caleb the service manager, you can tell he cares about his job and his customers!

Nobody ever wants to get a flat, but you'll glad you did if you come here! What could have been a very challenging situation was made effortless by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I interacted with.Jason and Ty helped me with pricing my new set of tires over the phone, making sure to get me the best deal in town! Chris and JB were the techs that serviced my vehicle, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road.I will be sure to come back for all my future tire needs, and I'll definitely be singing the praises of the amazing staff to anybody that'll listen.

They only use high quality parts. The best mechanics around. You may pay a few bucks more but the job is done right with a warranty on parts and labor. Hats off to this location in Deland. I rely on my truck for work and they have always had the job done right within the day. Great job guys.

Blvd Tire used to be such a great, honest place to go but now, they seem to be just an assembly line, make that money, the hell with the customer kind of place. None of them seem to care about the customer at all. It seems like the customer somehow is a pain to them and they don't want to be bothered at all. I find the staff overall rude and again, it feels like I am bothering them!! As a customer, I don't feel like they want to help in any way. And they are very expensive as well. They charged me $200 between labor and the part for a sensor...that I now know from experience cost $55 for the part and 30 minutes, if that, to install.Sadly, they are no different from any other place here. But their attitude is just shameful

It has been a long time since I have been treated as badly as I was today. I have purchased tires here before and always had good service but not today. I came here on Thursday for an alignment and new tires in preparation for a trip to Maryland on Sunday. My left front was badly scrubbed and would not make the trip. The new tires had to be ordered and I had to work on Friday so they told me to come in on Saturday. I set an alarm, drove the 30 minutes and pulled in at 8:02 am. When I got to the desk, I was told that they were too busy to help me. No offer to call another location, hold someone over, nothing. When I reminded him of my trip, he just shrugged and said he couldn't help me. I had to go somewhere else, didn't get the tires I wanted, wasted the entire day when I had other things to do. What a disaster.
