OK first of all clean as heck and the customer service is amazing. Dan is the sweetest guy I have ever met. He is an awesome grandpa. He helped me out finding exactly what I needed. He tested my car for me when I had a check engine light on he help me install my windshield wipers And my gas cap and showed me how to do it for myself so then I don t need to rely on anyone else. He just kept encouraging that I keep doing great what amazing experience thank you guys so much for everything that you have done.

I went there this morning to purchase 2 optima batteries for my 06 ram 2500. Staff was very friendly, professional and installed my batteries with no problems. Highly recommend to go there for all your automotive needs

Been going alot as of lately (JEEP owner) and everytime I've been they have been fast and polite with all their customers. They always have my parts in stock and it's really easy to do returns with no hassle at all. The rewards program also proves to be be very helpful as I always seem to have some credit or discount waiting for me

Great store. Got my headlights replaced correctly. Another shop said they couldnt do it, but DeLand AutoZone got it done.

Auto zone employees are very reliable. Got windshield wipers put on elsewhere and first use started falling off and apart. Went there they put new ones and haven't had an issue.

I had an excellent experience here. The people that work here were super helpful. This time I wasn't buying something. I was coming back with a problem with an item I bought from this company a while back. They honored warranty terms without fuss and even replaced the item in my truck. The process took less than 10 minutes and left me feeling good about choosing AutoZone .

Amazing experience at AutoZone in Deland on Spring Ave. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Vincent G. Went above and beyond to replace my dead battery. He was so helpful! Checked old battery condition, recommended which battery to buy, replaced new battery for free. Checked starter and alternator for free as well. He was polite and professional, answered all my questions and I was out of there in an hour. Highly recommend!! Thank you Vincent!!

We had a pretty big order on our last visit and a very young, and very new, sales associate. 378$ big!! Everything went as smooth as possible and even though he got a few thing confused and had to restart our order 3 times he handled it wonderfully.

They ALWAYS have whatever I need, PLUS if I need a little help installing a minor item, they come out and help or actually do it for me. What a joy this store is. I don't go anywhere else.

Employees were very professional. They scanned the car and found the problem. We bought what was needed to fix it. All done in about 10-15 minutes.

My car had a hard time starting when I had a busy day. I dropped my son to school then pulled over to scan my battery. I was glad to see if was bought at auto zone. I went to the local store and Lisa pleasantly greeted me and asked questions identify my need. She immediately swapped my battery when she looked up my info. I told her I don't have any tools on me because I was on the way to a meeting. Lisa asked Samuel if he could assist and he didn't even think twice and grabbed the cart and rushed knowing my situation. They did this with a smile and excellent customer service. The other associates seemed very engaged as well. Coming from being a "big box" store manager, this interaction was seemelss and absolutely earned my loyalty. Well done and I hope they both get recognized for taking care of the customer. Well done!

Usually always have what you need 99% of the time always somebody there willing to help their prices aren't bad the more you spend the more you save you get points you have build up your points and they take money off your bill I spend quite a bit of money I'll be going there this week to spend more my radiator just went in one of my trucks I'm hoping it's under warranty cuz I just put it in there not even less than a couple years

Loved the friendly atmosphere......great service. The employee named Nikia Nicholson. Knew everything I needed. Had a great attitude. Just a all around great employee. I'm not sure if he was a manager but if he's not he should be. He loves his job.

Not being educated in auto mechanics, going to the parts store is usually a daunting experience. NOT so at this store.When I walked in the associates greeting me in a friendly manner, even though they were all assisting customers."I need someone with muscles." I happily announced. I needed to have a heavy battery brought in from my van. There was no hesitation.."I'll be right with you ma'am" came a cherry voice from the counter. The whole experience was wonderful!I bought a replacement battery and a rear wiper blade....both were carried out to my van,....and the wiper blade installed Thank you so much for excellent service GG

Little disappointed... I ordered on like 2 items and paid for it so on the way home about 6-7pm and when we got there sent my husband in to pick up the order and of course it took 20 mins couldn't find it on top of noone even got the order ready so there was no point of even ordering online pointless...

Normally very good. Shop here regularly. The lady today was not friendly, was going to sell me a new tractor battery that was 15 months old until I requested a fresh one, another employee saw me waiting after I had paid and took the battery out to my car for me, as she left me to go into the back to handle something else. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day. I like Auto Zone and will go back.

I needed a new battery and Salvatore was a great help. He installed the battery and was very pleasant and efficient. Great worker. Its a pleasure to shop at this store.

I give only 2 star because they do have my parts most of the timeProblem is their employees and according to a employee, the store. They are not organized and can't find parts in the back. If you have time and the employees want,,,probably could find.Don't get me wrong, AutoZone is good parts store, just not this branch. Can't tell who is management or employee, they all clam to be, lol. And if the one claims to be and can't help, all of a sudden you need to talk to someone else who is never there.People have left good reviews, but good luck at this location if you really want good customer service.Don't know what happened to service,,but I personally think they need to have meeting about it. Not all of them,,just the ones that are responsible.Go down the street is my recommendation

Mr. Edgar C. Provided top notch customer service! Went into the store and requested fluids for our company car. Mr. Edgar was polite, came out and looked under the hood of our car, he knew exactly what was needed! Then he was quick to locate our items. The service was so good, we asked him about another vehicle issue, then he suggested the part that may resolve the problem. We highly recommend this location. The managers have the right crew in there now! Thanks guys!
