Terrible service. My cousin van has been there for over 4 months. And is still not done. We never seen him working on it until I told him we were going to sue him. My cousin paid him upfront so the work would be done quick. Slowest man and work on earth.

Advanced Automotive Repair really helped us out in a Jam. Our car broke down 30 minutes into a 9 hour drive late on a Friday afternoon. They were awesome. We called them and they had us come in. They went over the repair bill and did everything in their power to get us back on the road. We were pleased with their work and happy we found a great repair facility.

I think they charged me a little bit too much but I was able to bother them in the middle of all of their work and they were very busy. It was very hard to communicate with them but I just love to see happy people and was more than willing to make the adjustment. These guys were great

This is a 20 year old auto repair shop which only has one mechanic - the owner. Though the car lot is almost always filled with cars to repair, the owner refuses to hire a helper. I had two experiences with this business. The first was kind of OK. The second was not OK at all. I made an appointment more than a week ahead to have my car thoroughly checked, bumper to bumper and under the chassis for an upcoming trip. I dropped it off at 8:30am. It was 4:00pm and I hadn't heard anything from them. I went to the shop and found out that my car had not even been looked at yet! After which, the owner-mechanic took less than 5 min. to look at it and make a couple of recommendations.This business does not really communicate. The woman in the office works on her PC from the wall opposite the counter and her back is almost always turned toward you. It should be the other way around! This shop may do good work. But customer service is virtually non-existent, there is little to no communication with the customer and the owner is a poor business man who really doesn't understand how to effectively run a business with customer service being a high priority.I am a retired business and computer professional and have owned two successful businesses in my lifetime. I have been driving for almost 55 years, lived in several states and have owned many different vehicles. This repair shop ranks as one of the poorest in terms of communication and customer service! I have taken my auto repair business to another shop that has 4 mechanics and where customer service is a high priority.

I was very impressed. My budget wasn't ready for unexpected repair costs on my 2000 Buick lesabre car. His diagnosis was free and it clearly laid out what my problems were, the cost for parts through his suppliers, and the labor for doing the work.His estimate separated the work into independent categories so I could choose what to have done now and what to have done at a later date. Most shops give you a one lump sum, take it or leave it. But Advanced Automotive Repair labeled each piece of necessary work independently so I could choose and pick what I could afford and what was most important.Since the estimate was broken down into parts costs and labor costs, I asked him if I could supply my own parts and would his labor charge stay the same. He said sure but if I supplied a faulty part that needed replacing, his install labor charge would not cover removing the faulty part and replacing it again. Sounded fair to me. If he supplied the part and it turned out to be faulty, he would remove it and replace it again at no charge. So the very minimal risk was on me and not on him. I agreed to his terms as it seemed honest and fair.I bought my parts off eBay cutting out the middleman and saving me over 50% on their costs compared to his local suppliers that had much overhead. I brought him the parts I had purchased and he installed them for me. It saved me 100's of dollars I didn't have to spend.The labor charges did NOT exceed his estimate and the quality of his work was as good as I had hoped for. I was very impressed and believe him to be an honest man which I fear is a rare quality in auto repair shops these days.Another thing I noticed, some repair shops only want the easy gravy work as brakes and shocks. Not this guy, he can do anything on any vehicle. When the other shops look hesitant to do your complex work, then this is the place to come to. Especially if you don't have money to throw away. He works on cars, big trucks with diesel engines, and heavy equipment.He has earned me as a repeat customer. I went to him initially because some one else had recommended him to me because they were happy with his work and prices.Now I recommend Judd the owner of Advanced Automotive Repair to you with my best wishes.Chris

I'd give 5 starts but the car smelt like smoke after picking up. Service also took some time but liked the work and the price , so only complaint is the smoke smell. Which I am trying to rid (wife's car!)

The most honest and helpful and professional knowledgeable auto repair! No one could figure out what was wrong w my Camaro, and he figured it out quickly and did not break the bank, even going way above and beyond, way more than I could have asked. You guys were life savers to me during a difficult situation and you know it, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Dropped my car off Saturday for repairs. Didn't expect to get it back till Monday. Got a call on SUNDAY, work was done and they waited for me to come pick it up!!!
