I want too say thank you to Mr.Joel because I went o 3 different places to get my battery installed and they claimed they couldn t do it. But Mr.Joel get right under the hood and fixed it for me. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you so much

Came in with a dead battery on a new car. They were very nice and explained that I should save my money and go through warranty but because the service center was backed up, we decided to go ahead and pay for a battery. I don't remember the name of the nice gentlemen who helped me but everyone in this shop are nice and very knowledgeable and definitely didn't just try to sell me something. They made sure the battery they had would work (I have a very new car) before they charged me anything. Overall wonderful experience for me. Way easier than dealing with the car service center

With receipt in hand and proof of purchase extra warranties part was unable to be returned do to unknowledgeable and misinformed employees. My husband goes to advance Auto frequently and is a VIP elite customer however none of that was considered when we as a family including our ten-year-old daughter very big need of the correct parts the first time after purchasing the extra warranty and denied the refund we are very close to banning shopping here all together. :-(

I was having problems with my transmission. I was treated very kindly. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Great prices cheaper than O'Reilly's. Way better customer service, which is priceless. Way to go Advance Auto. I've always liked you guys better. You definitely have a customer for life, especially after the absolutely horrible experience I had at O'Reilly's on the same day.

Ok I walked in and got to the counter 2 employees were behind the register looking at there phones one of them barely looked up and looked back down real quick and acted like he didn't see me the other absolutely paid no mind acting like he was at home looking at his phone. There was a 3rd employee (RANDY) there he was busy putting stuff back on display he noticed I was standing up there and came to help me. SO THANK YOU Randy,the other 2 need to realize there at work.Yes definitely BIG SHOUT OUT TO RANDY

As An Elite Member I was not very happy with this location.The staff seemed helpful at first but then As my wife was treated poorly,,,,well it went downhill from there

Want to thank the deland store employee who gave me the number for customer service ....the manager at the Orange City store is one of the rudest people I've ever met! It's everytime you go here..you deal with the public I get it...times are rough but good lord...give me a break!!! What happened to service with a smile? I kept thinking she had a bad day....well too many visits with the same hateful attitude....poor team leadership at its worst....heading somewhere else with my business!

Service was fast and great! I loved Bob he was very friendly, social and provided informative information, especially for someone like me that knows nothing about replacing light bulbs for my car. I will definitely be going back and hopefully Bob is still there!

Horrible place the blond lady with glasses has a horrible attitude and a smart mouth she dont know a thing about cars or what they carry in the store ...I'll go out of my way to a parts store before I go back here

This store was very small in terms of the selection of things I can purchase. They didn't have different shift knobs no neon lights for vehicles and the car seat covers were outrageously priced.

Excellent customer service! The very nice gentleman who was there a little before closing, was super helpful and got me out of a pickle with my headlights not working. I am very grateful to him.

The older man at the counter refused to help me with tag light. I asked 3 times and he made excuses each time obviously not wanting to help. I also asked if someone in the back could help instead and he brushed me off a fourth time. Two of the other customers in the store saw the exchange and came out to offer to help instead. The man behind the counter is in the wrong employment position as he has very little customer service skill set. I'll take my money elsewhere in the future.

Great friendly staff. They might not always have what you need, but they'll have it in the morning! Customer service is wonderful and it is what keeps bringing me back.

The place was a hot mess this morning. Looked like three people working, possibly one on a break. Employees were not wearing masks, although all patrons were. Both guys at the counter we re having issues, did not mind waiting, did mind their lack of health and safety protocol.Found what I needed at Walmart. Bonus, it was almost half the price.

Fantastic service by this well stocked store. Salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get the correct part or accessory, quickly.

Employee's are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are as good or better than any other chain auto part stores. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of automotive parts!

Im in this store weekly always great prices cheaper then n e one else when u call to get a price for a part.The staff is great especially Tom @ the deland store .....always cool and pleasant he helps my wife when she gets my parts!# the discounts are badass too!!!!!
