Melissa was wonderful. I needed windshield wipers. She put the info in her computer. Walked me over to pick Some out and even offered to put them on my car for me. What an overall pleasant experience.

Needed help but the staff was not willing to walk outside store. I know they are not mechanics but previous experience they use to give that expertise previously. Maybe it was just great customer service prior visits.

I was on vacation and arrived here to check my battery health. When I first arrived there were 4 people in need of service but only two at the register. Quickly others came from the back to provide service. We tested my battery and starter, found out it was a battery issue and it was installed for me! Thank you Carol for making the experience at the store so seamless. The service made me feel like I was from the area!

Store manager and the entire staff here were very helpful. My alternator went out on the way to Panama City I called ahead and told them the problem and not only did they have it waiting on me but had the tools waiting as well. Mr Dave the store manager was especially helpful by removing the battery and charging it while swapping the alternator. He also placed the battery back in. The rain. This will be my automotive stop in defuniak springs. Thank you for you help and hospitality!

I needed help getting the right windshield wiper blade for my vehicle's back window. I needed help since I didn't know what it was like and couldn't do the right one. He even noticed it was loose and got a tool and tightened it for me. I've only used him one other time and they were pretty friendly then.

Carol is by far the best at her job! She has helped me on more than one occasion with multiple odd special order items, as well as the simple stuff. She s always pleasant and professional!! If she s not the manager she needs a promotion and a raise!!She will go above and beyond- she has even called the competition to meet my needs. Would give more stars if I could!! Thank you Carol!!

George is my favorite! Always has the best customer service and he's always eager to help me out. Courtney is great too! Great customer service over the phone and navigates thru the system with ease. Quick great service over the phone is hard to find just as much as in store. This crew is my absolute favorite whole store. Most Auto Parts sales reps look like they hate their job. But when you walk in the door at this location, it's always smiles and greetings.

Great store has everything you need for your auto. Service Definitely stinks after waiting 12 minutes in line then two more joined me in waiting... magically came out two employees to help check out...so much for just running in and out.

Very disappointed with customer service. I went there to get a battery with my 5 month old son in his carrier and wasn't helped with changing my battery. I literally had to change it outside with my son in 90�+ weather. The only reason they get 1 star is because they let me use their tools to do it. Would not recommend.

Just called too get a price on a part and spoke with carol who was nice at first but then got very inpatient on the phone call when I was just trying too ask questions about my vehicle and all my options for my vehicle!!! People should not have too be talked too in a rude manner when all they are doing is asking questions!!!!

Went in for new battery terminals and to have my check engine light read to fix it. I was told by Jennifer that she would come out after she rang up the next customer. Well He exited with his purchase and 10 minutes later I was still waiting in the parking lot. So I left and went to Auto Zone.
