Had a great experience at JET today. My OBD check told me that my oxygen sensor was bad. Tony cleared the code and drove the car for 1/2 hour without the check engine light going on. He suspects a tank of bad gas fouled things up a bit. He said all was fine and sent me in my way. The whole visit took a little over an hour. This shop is honest, knowledgeable and fair. Please use them. You will not be disappointed!

Good employees, Fast service no matter if it's custom work to common repairs. Jet performance is one of the best auto repair and customization in the tri County area. I've taken my 08 dodge ram and 05 GTO no problems.

I've never been there but my card was charged $15.97 at this business that's. closed and doesn't have an answering machine. I'm struggling to get by in this town without getting scammed. I'm disputing the charges and reporting to the BBB

These guys are the best! Tony is such a helpful , awesome guy! They ve helped me with sooo many different vehicles, solved the problem every time , and FAST. From an engine swap, to transmission swap, battery , tires, you name it, they probably did it at one point for me . If you like having your time wasted and being lied to about the price, by all means take your vehicle here to be worked on. I called to get a price on having them install lowering springs on my car. I told them exactly what car I had, what engine and that it was awd and they gave me a price. So, I stopped by to make an appointment, I gave them the exact information again, I got a more expensive price ( went up over $100), but I was ok with the price because what they were doing was a lot of work. When I dropped my car off to have them do the work the price went up again (up over another $100). At this point I had enough and got in my car and drove off.

Around the first of the year, they installed a new catalytic converter. I was pleased at first, but when a month later it needed replaced, it was not covered by a warranty because "something caused it and that needs fixed...cat converters don't just go out. " I was told I needed to stay away from certain gas stations like Walmart and use gas treatment and I will be good to go. I immediately noticed a loss of power with the second one. Finally, I took it to a shop in Tennessee where I live only to find the weld job was not complete. I was told bring it in and they will weld correctly...8 hours away. The current shop doesn't think there is anything wrong with the current converter itself, just the installation, which again has me believing the first one was indeed defective. Clearly this shop will not stand behind their work. I don't believe I should have had to pay twice within a month anyway. I would have been happy if they made it right by refunding the charge for the second one, as I have to pay someone else to finish the job. A warranty is worthless if a shop says "something must be wrong with your vehicle for it to go out." You live and learn.

Always honest and fair priced. Dealership wanted 870 to fix a water pump, plus 500 for a tire speed sensor. Jets did both jobs for 369. Quality work for a great price! Not the hourly rip off you get else work. And work almost always same day or next day done. Not the typical wait a week at other local shops.

We were stranded in Defunick Springs, our car kept stalling. Called every where but no one had any openings until we called here. Got us in right away diagnosed bad solenoids got them changed. Super nice people, great price and our vacation was back on track. If I lived here this is where I would take my car! They explained everything and saved the day! True super heroes! You can tell they love what they do and do it well..

Guys were amazing! Took the time to fully explain what was going on with my vehicle and even told me what to do myself to save a little money. Did NOT try and take advantage of my wallet just because I am female. Trustworthy. Friendly. Honest. Knowledgeable.

Did a great job repairing the muffler on our RV. Pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. Gave us more good information in 10 minutes than we had from several overpriced dealership shops.

I live 300 miles away but have history in DeFuniak Springs. Tony was great. He repaired my Bronco, on time. HONEST HONEST HONEST. He did what was needed at an outstanding price when he could have taken advantage and done a whole lot more. You don't find that often.

My car has been there since Friday for the second time for the same problem. It has been there this time since last Friday and I know nothing more than what I did last Friday. No updates no nothing at all whatsoever. My car pretty much is my lfe I depend on it to get me to work for taking my wife to doctors appointments to town for groceries.

These guys are top notch you got a problem they work you in and get it fixed . Not only that their labor rates are great beats anyone else in town. And they guarantee their work. You let them get the parts they warente their work!!. Not only that it's the go to place for exhaust !!
