I sputtered into this great find from the I-10 on Friday morning. I explained to Davy what was going on with my vehicle and I was 8 hrs. away from home. He immediately put it on the scope machine and gave me the bad news that my vehicle needed to be towed to the Hyundai Dealer in Fort Walton Beach, over an hour away. He was truthful, open, honest and very friendly. He asked if I needed anything and invited to wait in the waiting room for my tow which was 1 1/2 hrs away. He said I could use the restroom, drink their coffee and just relax. What a Great man and thank you very much Davy. You definitely deserve 5 plus starts for your hospitality.

Brought my vehicle in for spark plugs and oil change, got it back 2 days later. That was not a problem. Vehicle is running rough was told to bring it in the next morning explained that i lived 45 minutes away nope bring it on and we will take care of it. I get there and was told we only have 1 guy on Saturdays u will need to leave it. I will pay someone else to look at it and if its a mistake from your end i will definitely let u know and leave another review.

They recently worked on my vehicle. I had several issues or questions. They resolved all of them politely and professionally. My car is driving smoothly again. Would go back again.

These guys are amazing &so very helpful. I had a flat on my run-flat, called in & spoke with Chase, he was able to order me one in there & then for it to arrive the next day. It arrived at lunchtime, shortly afterwards I took my car up there (I did pump up my tire first so as not to damage the rim unnecessarily). They had my new tire on in no time, turns out I had acquired 2 nails in it!

I went there possibly needing a battery. Explained that my vehicle was outside still running as I was afraid it wouldn't start again if I turned it off. They took care of me in a reasonable time, turned out I did need a new battery which they sold me at a reasonable price with decent warranty.

They can get you in for repair in a reasonable amount of time. Good customer service by Chase.

These folks helped me on the spot to fix my mishap and allow me to roll back to Qu�bec. They didn't try to shove me a new tire, they figured out with me how to drive back home safely at a cheap cost. Thanks folks, I'm getting my new winter tire today!PS they don't have winter tires in Florida

Used to be the best place in town. Now the front counter has rude women, the service is slow, and the PSI on every single tire is different after service. It feels like they stopped caring

I love this Firestone so much! I have been using them for 2+ years. They always get me taken care of. I usually come for an oil change, but they have helped me with tires too. Just recently, my car started to shake a bit, and I knew it had to be something with my tires. I expressed to them that I think I needed them rotated/balanced or needed an alignment. Come to find out, my front right tire needed replacing. It was on the verge of a blow out, and to be honest, I m surprised it didn t. The center of the tire tread was raised in the middle. I m simply so thankful for these guys and for them always taking such great of me. Highly recommend!

After purchasing and installing 4 new tires, the front right tire began to make noise while driving. Firestone crew said that they had no clue what it was, but did rebalance all 4 tires. The problem did not go away. Took it to a mechanic, and he found the problem in 3 minutes, a busted pressure band sensor (probably happened when Firestone swapped tires), the mechanoc fixed the problem in another 3 minutes. My problem with Firestone is that they allowed me to leave with such a hazard, for I could have had a blowout. Never again will go to Firestone.Service: Tires

Called at 8:20 AM and asked if there were any openings for an oil change. Was told 45 minute wait, but did not allow taking of appointments. Arrived at 8:40 after driving from Freeport and the lady told me it would be many many hours.I have a hard time believing this many spots filled up in 20 minutes to make the wait from 45 minutes to many many hours.Guy at the desk got very defensive when I questioned the other employee. Just generally a poor experience but I still left 3 stars because I didn t actually use the service here.

Everyone was so nice. Comfortable inside to sit and wait . I got an alignment. Didn't take long. They didn't over charge me, which I appreciate. I'll be going back! Thanks Firestone!!

coming from Nashville, TN heading to PCB & had a tire blow out they were the closets to me and offered great assistance on the tires and tow trucks! These guys totally rescued my car's tires. I visited this location in my hometown because all the tire shops near my current area were either too busy or completely booked. All I needed was for the mechanics to examine one of the tires that was losing air too quickly. Thankfully all it needed was a patch job, on not one but two of my tires. I wasn't aware of the second tire because it wasn't losing air as quickly, but it needed to be done. These mechanics did an amazing job and got me in and out in much less than 30 minutes. They got me back on the road safely. After a couple of weeks my tires are still holding up. Thanks a million!

I cannot say enough about this place. The manager has been here for years and he is truly one in a million. They run this shop with dignity, empathy and proficiency!! They are always packed but they remain kind and thoroughly do the work. When I come here, I feel like family is helping me with my car. I can't say enough about these guys. I was very impressed with this Firestone. We stopped here on our way to a Florida Cruise Port on 6/26 because the car was shaking at high speeds and when braking. My dad thought it could be the alignment he had just changed all tires and brakes. He was wrong and the service man that helped us was right! My dad, evidently, just got a bad rotor on his new brakes. The nice man working the counter was super professional and very knowledgeable. I immediately trusted him. Firestone was booked up for the day, so they did not replace the rotor here. But if I was in the area, this would be my first service place I stop!

Hat's off to a very professional, helpful and friendly staff. I was actually en route to a dealership client of mine where I was having new tires installed, when the trip was interrupted by a problem with one of my tires. I explained all of this, and the staff at the Firestone store in Defuniak helped me out, even though I was buying tires from someone else later that day. I did not feel like they were charging me enough for the time they were giving me, but they would not hear of accepting any additional money. I overheard a conversation that let me know that the owner was on site, and I think the fact that she is closely involved must have a lot to do with how well I was treated. When I went in to post this review, I noticed that literally hundreds of other people feel the same way I do. I would highly recommend anyone doing business with this place.Service: Tires

Honest, empathetic, fast. Had a broken valve stem on our way home from a beach vacation and these guys were great -- helped get us back on the road quickly. The Walmart down the street wouldn't helps us for 3 hours and these guys had us fixed and on our way in less than 30 minutes. GREAT service, great experience.
