My tire went flat on me by a Gas station close by the service station, and Randall was very kind to come down and change our front flat and carry us to the station, to find out there was another fault on the other front tire, which he then changed and made the car available in no time. Really appreciate the service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for the best service!!

Absolutely had a great experience with this location! I had been vacationing on the coast and just beginning a 720 mile trip back to Ohio when the low pressure sensor on one of my tires went off. I googled "nearest tire store" and just pulled in to their lot when the tire went flat.Dallas came right out, diagnosed the problem, and understood my dilemma. 45 minutes later, I resumed my trip with 2 new tires. Terrific customer service and managed to squeeze me in though they were busy at the time.Highly recommend; if I were local, would definitely go back!!

Outstanding Service at Express Oil Change in DeFuniak Springs!I recently visited Express Oil Change for a routine oil service, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Can t say enough positive things about this place. After having a flat on the interstate I was directed to Walmart for repair or replacement by a gas station attendant. After over two hours waiting at Walmart and still not getting started and to find out they didn t even have my tire in stock nor were they able to fix it, I searched and found this place. I wish I d gone here first. I was in and out with a new tire in less than 20 minutes and such incredible kindness. Please use this location for any of your needs!!!!!

I had a very nice experience here. I came in for an oil change about an hour before closing, hoping there wasn't a cutoff time. Randall was my technician and he was wonderful. We talked the entire time, and he discovered I had a tail light out. He was able to change it out super quick.

Alex assisted us today 2/5/24, did an amazing job and was very kind and respectful. I had some car issues and a few guys assisted and fixed the problem. they are absolutely amazing!! Go get your oil changed and car fixed with them.

Brought my truck in for a service and bought my own oil/filter and spark plugs. Asked them beforehand if they'd use what I supplied. Just recently serviced my truck myself and they did not put my oil or filter that I bought or the spark plugs in the truck. They kept my oil, oil filter and 16 spark plugs. (Hemi) The plugs alone were over $100 then they charged me for plugs I wouldn't put in my lawn mower. Very shady people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place! Right up the road from me and easy to get in and out. They are clear on what they re doing and they do a great job! Plus my dog Buddy aporoves so thats saying something! Dallas made my time fly while having my oil change and a couple of other things switched. He is very helpful and made sure to take care of my questions. Very nice too! I always get taken care right of when coming here.

So i've got a oil change a few weeks ago and the coolant ran out of my vehicle. I called everyone in Defuniak Springs; Autozone o'reilly's and advance and they said they couldnt help due to low staff. So I thought about calling Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. I spoke with Mr. Rodney And he did not hesitate to come out save me just two miles off the interstate. He put coolant in the vehicle, Waited for the thermostat open to make sure that it would get me home and it did. I asked him how much did I owe him?And he said not a thing I tried buying him a cold coca-cola he said no to that too.They more than Won my busniess and i hope that this helps in the future for them!

Dallas did a fantastic job! There was something going on with the oil filter and it wouldn t go in. Come to find out, at the last place I did my oil change, they had shaved off a part of the filter to make it fit. After just over an hour Dallas had finally got it on there the right way. Thank you so much to that gentleman. Definitely deserves a raise after showing that integrity and dedication to doing what s right!Service: Oil change

I brought in my 2018 Honda civic si to get a clutch replacement worried as all get out. The service manager at this location is named Kyle he quickly put my mind at ease and helped in every way he could. Giving me ideas and good ideas for a new clutch which had the best reviews and which would suit my car the best he s very down to earth and easily one of the people that s great for customer service . Randal was very friendly ( store manager) and relayed information to me quickly to keep me in the loop. I ve dealt with a lot of car repairs and haven t had many great experiences. They re friendly easy to work with and eager to answer questions and work diligently. I appreciate everything they did for me up there without question.

These guys SHINE in customer service. Stranded on 331 at night, tech drove to me, right before closing, and brought me coolant to get to their shop. Awesome people. Always helpful. Highly recommend for things auto.Thanks R.

I was very pleased with my first visit here for an oil change, etc. Randall made it a piece of cake with his efficiency and professionalism. He helped make the wait pleasant with our talk of the holidays and it seemed I was in & out in no time . and I left with the job well done!

Was in town visiting and had a nail in my tire. I was in a crunch for time and Randall said he would get it in and out as quick as possible. He was done in 10 minutes and I was on my way. Randall was awesome and would definitely go back in the future. Great service.

These people are very reliable, make your visit a welcoming experience and take care of your vehicle needs. I have had them mount my tires, and their very professional . I highly recommend them for tires and oil changing needs!!

Took a Honda hrv in for an oil change...tech wanted to put in different oil than spec and broke the splash shield screws and clips. Only had a couple on hand to to put the splash shield back on and said I had to go to a Honda dealership to order more...all for 80$, what a deal! I will once again be changing my own oil.

Randall helped me and I am so appreciative of his honesty! That s very hard to find these days! My car was making a strange noise and his team helped me by discovering a small rock lodged in my break pad. They removed it and sent me on my way. I was concerned that it would be expensive to fix and relieved to know it was something simple! Other places might have tried to sell me something that I don t need. As a woman who doesn t know a lot about cars it means a lot to me that I can trust them to watch out for me!Thanks guys!I highly recommend this shop for Tires, Repairs, and oil changes!

Honestly a bit disappointed with them. Dropped off my Saturday at 8:00 for an appointment to get my brakes done.They took all my info and said they would call after looking at it to see what all I need and when they had the quote ready. They called around noon with the quote and I agreed to the price. Their response, okay I ll get the parts ordered and we will give you a call when it s ready. Did not hear from the at all after that. Not until Monday when I had to call them to check in. In the status of my car. And their response was Oh yea it s done. I never got a call saying my car was done, and honestly I m upset I never got a call on Saturday saying it was going to take longer and they were going to have to keep my car till Monday. When I got to the store Monday evening to pick up my car the was no one in the office they were all I. The oil changing side, I stood patiently for about five minutes for someone to come in to check he out so I could get my car but instead I had to go get someone to do it. The lack of communication is the main problem, a phone call to say a car is done takes no time, and if they are going to have an office they may want to put a sensor or something on the door to alert the staff in the bays when someone walks in so the person isn t just standing around waiting for someone to check them out. Honestly not sure if I would ever go back.

Very happy with the service I received. I have an older car and the dealer would not work on it. Took it Express oil change and they fixed it. Friendly and professional. The next time I need work done on my car, I will be going back. Thanks guys!

I came in for my normal oil change and Randall went above and beyond when he seen I had a leak. He found it in 2 seconds, gave me a quote and fit me in same day to get it fixed!!! He is absolutely GREAT and I am so thankful for the help he gave and explaining and showing me exactly what the issue was!!

I stopped by the express oil in Defuniak Springs I needed my oil, oil filter, wipers and cabin air replaced and Dallas was more than willing to help he made the process super easy and quick I would 100% recommend him definitely needs a promotion!!! Thank y all so much!!!

Alex was very helpful and respectful.They didn t have our oil filters in stock. But they had it there within 10-15 min. We also got a $15 discount for the extended wait.

Randall gave me a good price for the Toyo tires I wanted for my Gladiator. Installed the next day at the time set and service was excellent
