I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to Crazy Carl's Mechanic Shop, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I could sense that something was off. The place had a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere, which made me question their professionalism right away.Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping me. When I tried to explain the issues I was experiencing with my car, they barely paid attention and dismissed my concerns. It was clear that they were more interested in rushing through the process than actually providing quality service.To make matters worse, the repair work performed on my car was subpar at best. I had initially brought it in for a simple brake pad replacement, but when I picked it up, I noticed that the brakes were still making strange noises. It was evident that the technicians didn't properly diagnose or address the problem. I had to take my car to another reputable mechanic to get the job done correctly, which ended up costing me additional time and money.Additionally, the pricing at Crazy Carl's was completely unreasonable. They quoted me an exorbitant amount for the repairs, which was significantly higher than what other reputable shops were charging for the same service. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about car repairs.Overall, my experience at Crazy Carl's Mechanic Shop was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, subpar repairs, and inflated prices left a sour taste in my mouth. I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and competent service for their vehicle to look elsewhere. This shop is definitely not worth your time or hard-earned money.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! SABOTAGED MY BIKE AFTER REFUSING OVER-PRICED REPAIR ESTIMATE.After a first repair where Carl charged me $750 to fix an electrical short, even though I thought it was a little high I was happy to pay to get my bike on the road. Two months later brought it back because it wouldn't start.After 2 months of diagnostics for $250 he wanted to charge an additional $1000 to replace the ECU unit. I showed up without calling to pick up my bike. My bike NEVER leaked a drop. After paying $250 for the diagnostic in the office I walked back to load up my bike there was NO PUDDLE under the bike. When I got home I went to unload the bike that had now emptied the front brake Reservoir all over my trailer, the front brake line had been loosened even though they had not been working on that. He also replaced low amp fuses with 30 amp fuses to blow out my electronics.I consider myself lucky imagine what he would have done had I called ahead of time and told him I was picking up my bike. DONT LET THIS, OR SOMETHING WORSE HAPPEN TO YOU!I would just like to add, it's a shame that Carl operates under "shady" business practice. Pulling JUNKY STUNTS. Lawsuit to follow.

We had a derby cover get loose and lost the gasket. I called Carl to see if they could help. The bike went on the lift immediately, primary lube filled, new bolts for the derby cover and off we went. Thanks, Carl. Crazy?? Oh yeah. Carl is a genuinely nice guy.

Beware, beware!!! took almost new ATV in for running rough, was told fuel system contaminated, ok it happens. Two trips and over $750 later problem still exists. Charges money to clean parts instead of just replacing, tells you " Man I saved you so much money". Brought back second time get told " it's your fault for putting dirty gas in" nope just gunk left in from first time and didn't clean the cheap to replace fuel strainer. Got told "fuel system is CLEAN". Searched online found fuel tank, petcock and new Honda OEM fuel pump Assembly for about $250 total, so either didn't find the problem in the first place or didn't fix the problem but charged me a bunch of money. Either way never again

I Know Carl personally and I'm not giving five stars because I know him but because they have good service as I've taken my bike to them and will use them all for my service needs. I recommend them to everyone who has a bike

Yes he is crazy. But if you are looking for someone that cares about what you need for your off road equipment or motorcycle he is the one to talk too.
