Had this shop replace an a/c compressor on my vehicle. I had a slow leak of freon. He said the compressor had to be replaced. Cost was 1,000,s ! After 6 months about the same time as before all the Freon leaked out again. I will spend my $$$$ other places and stay away from this shop! Sure wished I didn t give him a tip on top of everything.So he is claiming it had something to do with a lightning hit. So why would I have the same leak (6 months) as i did before?? Same your $$$$ people go somewhere else!So he is claiming it s a leak because of a lighting hit. But why would I have the same 6 month leak I had?? This company just makes excuses for there actions. I will take my money to a better shop.So it was been almost 3 years and every 6 months it needs more Freon took it back to him about a year ago. All he did was put more Freon in for another $100.So now I travel with a can or 2 of Freon, basically he never fixed the problem!!!

A very reliable and trustworthy Mechanic! He is upfront about everything from the beginning, He will diagnose vehicles problems and even let you know from the start if it s something He can or can t fix and if He can t fix it gives referrals on who can. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else. I ve had my vehicle worked on several times in the past and service is always amazing. I ve also used the Tow service as well. He is on time with picking up vehicle,security of vehicle and delivery of vehicle. Thank You All Pro

I took my car here to get an oil change and John had me in and out within 30 minutes! Will highly recommend this shop to everyone who are looking for services needed on their vehicles!

All Pro towing is THE BEST place to call when you need a Tow, an oil change, or other work done. I was stranded in the Taco Bell parking lot & was quoted $200.00, then $300.00 by my insurance Co. and then I called All Pro. John was not only fast, courteous , & friendly, he was able to get my car started, placed on his truck ,& taken to my home for less than 1/2 the price of the other tow companies. You won t find better or less expensive service Anywhere else in Defuniak Springs, FL.

The guy runs this place screamed at my parents, screamed at me, then screamed and cussed at us AND the girl working with him, all because we were there cash in hand for an intoxalock to be installed on my truck. An appointment that had been set up 2 weeks before. And on my second visit the next month he proceeded to cuss me out again, and not to mention he had to redo the camera because he didn't install it correctly.Service: Car lockouts

Not very friendly or helpful at all! We paid cash at the time of towing and made the mistake of not asking for a receipt. I called the next day to try and get a receipt emailed to us so we wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. He said he was not set up to send receipts. He said he couldn't text it or email a receipt that I would have to come pick it up. I need a receipt for reimbursement from geico and this guy is making it very difficult. If I am to get this reimbursement it looks like I'm going to have to drive 45 minutes to pick up a receipt. Very unprofessional! Come on, you're telling me he doesn't know how to send an email! And if he isn't set up to send emails that's really not very professional. Work with your customers if you want repeat business.Service: Car towing

They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. He is willing to do anything to help you and make sure everything is right. I highly recommend All Pro Towing for any of your towing or mechanic needs in Northern Walton County! I will definitely call them again when I am needing a tow or mechanic work. The steering wheel on my car was tightening up when I was trying to drive. It was hard to turn. I had my babies in the car. I called John and he told me exactly what was wrong with it and said to pull over. As soon as I pulled over some kind of belt fell off. John was there in 5 minutes. He had the parts ordered, picked up, tools in hand and fixed my car right where it was (Chelco parking lot.) All this within 45 minutes. So greatful for John with his knowledge, kindness, and definitely quickness. It amazes me so much that he can run his entire business by himself! Not only does he run this business by himself which is a nonstop job, he also makes time to give back to the community by volunteering on the fire dept. Fast, friendly and affordable!!! Best experiences ever at a shop! I have used All Pro towing on several occasions and each time was a pleasant experience. Very good mechanic and takes time to explain the details. I really felt like I was aware of what was going on with my vehicles. Some shops don't take the time to do that and I have felt like I was paying for something I didn't need or want. I recommend All Pro for all your towing and mechanical needs.

I work for another tow company and have showed up twice to pick up a car for a major insurance company from there yard during business hours. The guy cussed at me through his ring doorbell told me I had to come tomorrow during business hours when I mentioned that it was before closing time he then said I'm out on a call now mind you every day it sits there he gets paid for storage that the vehicle owner has to pay when he is conveniently closed or on a "call" every time if he keeps it long enough he will own it for free be careful when dealing with this company...

I needed my oil changed and just showed up with no appointment. Everyone there is extremely nice. John Hinson had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes and they have amazing rates! I would highly recommend them to anyone

This place is robbing people. Don't expect anyone to allow you to get your vehicle out of impound until it's convenient for them. More days equals more storage fees. I would be very wary of using this place because of their despicable business practices.

Once again All Pro Towing has provided me with amazing service! My car's entire front braking system down to the rotors had to be replaced last week. John and Melissa Hinson were extremely friendly and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. Their rates are also very competitive for this area.

I had the absolute worst auto experience I've EVER HAD with John and All Pro Towing. I was referred there because Paul has a great reputation. My A/C was leaking- Paul was great- explained everything very well. I paid for him to put dye in the system and freon. When I returned to have it read, Paul was no longer working there and took his equipment with him. John stated that my A/C is not leaking and "he thinks" it's a completely different part which doesn't add up or explain the issues I'm having. Other mechanics have said that what he says does not make sense. He does not have the proper equipment to correctly diagnose the car and refused to give me a refund. He was clueless, unprofessional and argumentative. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Like raindrops from heaven. Five minutes from the time I called until the driver showed up at my mud sunken car. What service! I was back on the road 10 minutes after I made the initial call. It just cannot get any better than this. Great service and a pleasant voice on the telephone. You get my vote for "Best on the Coast".

These guys were great they helped me move my 33 ft camper from where I was to my new location and the rate was reasonable. The driver that came out was super nice and was prompt when arriving on time. Thanks so much for being quick to help me out.

If I could I would give this company a 10 star rating but it only goes to 5 ... John was very respectful and punctual as I was broke down with a broken alternator on the side of 331 ... I called him on a sat and he came out with diligence picked me and my car up towed me to his shop and then changed my alternator for me and truly became a lifesaver ... The pricing was amazing and he truly just had my best interest in heart ... No extra charges or all the riff raff ... My vehichle was towed here after my husband was involved in a bad accident. He had ask the Deputy to tow it to our address and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Well after a long day at the ER it was already late and dark and we had to call Dispatch to find out where our SUV was . Someone finally called us back and said All Pro. We had never heard of All Pro. I called the number and John said he was about 30 minutes away and would come immediately to meet us and he did. It should be noted this was after 8 on a Sunday night. He was very kind and prompt and gave us as much time as we needed to gather a few things from our vehicle. The last time which was in April that our vehicle was towed to another shop in Florala, Alabama, the wrecker driver was rude at the scene and also told me I would have to wait until the shop was open on Monday morning to retrieve anything. Out Suv was totaled we found out yesterday and but, if we need auto mechanical repairs or wrecker service in the future I will call this business first at All Pro. Johns prompt and courtious demeanor was dually noted. He takes pride in his business apparently and is helpful to his customers.

Unbelievable service that is rare these days. Ran my vintage Corvette in a ditch with a culvert in the worst possible position. Was not coming out easy. They were the only one that would even show up and were able to get it out with ease. Highly recommended.

Nice to know there are honest people around still! We have found our mechanic. Hope we do not see John soon, but know we will be mechanically sound if we do. Go to All Pro!! You will not be disappointed.

I would suggest this company to anyone in the dire straights. Ask for John. He is very friendly and will blow out any rates you find in town. I was stuck on the side of the interstate and he came and got me and fixed my problem. The man knows exactly what he's doing as a mechanic. Please call him. Thanks again John
