Not very happy with the service team at the Deerfield Beach service center.I used Toyota of Hollywood since 2013 and had no issues. I brought my car in for service and was told that I needed front pads/resurface rotors and rear brakes needed replace the pads and rotors. I refused the service at the time because price was too high. I brought it somewhere else and they told me that the back brakes still had at least half the pads and the rotors were fine. The front brakes had at least 1/4-1/2 life in them. Probably will never go back there again. Be careful!!!!!!

I brought my car in for service and had to wait a couple days for ABS brake parts and repair. No problem. I come back to get my car and drive home. It starts raining and I come to find out my windshield wipers don't work. I had to wait two more days since on Sunday the service area is closed.I call Monday first thing and they tell me to come in. They inform me that the tech didn't reconnect my windshield wipers when I initially picked up my car. I ask if it possible to get some kind of compensation such as an oil change as I wasted 2 hours of my work days driving there and waiting. The service advisor shut me down quickly and sternly.If you are going to screw up, at least help the customer out after you admitted to your mistake.

Long time customer here. Kudos to Mike in the Service Dept who is always friendly and helpful. I d also like to thank Mario in service who helped this girl in distress by checking all 4 tires and filling them with air and wishing me safe travels prior to going out of town. You guys are appreciated and thank you to the guys at the car wash.

Was told first thing in thE am appt. Would get me in and out. Arrived at 730 and was given "attitude" by Ryan Clark. Said he wasn't the one who called me so he didn't tell me that. Fresh mouth, yawned in my face. I asked for the Service Mgr who came out and said he would push me through. I made him aware of Ryan's disrespect at that time. It's unfortunate that in this day and age, where service keeps the business coming back, that they cannot count on this young man to do his part.Service: Oil change

They still have yet to replace the cap for my terminal and they can be pretty expensive.Pros:Toyota dealership with genuine parts.Basic Car wash after serviceDealership amenities such as bathroom, mini food area, vending machines.Across the street from Dandeee Doughnuts.Cons:As of 9-6-22 you can't schedule weekend service through their website.Expensive af.They leave parts off your car.

Do yourself a favor don t go to this Toyota place I walk in to the service area to get my oil change this guy was on his cellphone the whole time I ask for help he point me to somebody else I was confused because he wasn t busy at all. So I walk to the other guy I told him I need a oil change he said okay it will be a 3 hour wait so I was like it okay with me then I ask him can I get a ride to my mom house it only 6 min way he looked at me like I was being annoying that got me more confused cuz I remember the Toyota in coral spring always ask me if I need a ride home .. I will NEVER GO BACK to this Toyota pleaseService: Oil change

So went in because I was having Bluetooth issues and come to find out it was a simple fix. Two and a half hours later I finally get my vehicle back to find personal items missing and gone through, Sad. Good places for buying Toyota ,the prices not increasing , market adjustment prices ect ,,,,,,, better going to where the prices is right not like another Toyota dealership in the country right now take the advantage of shortage supply of Toyota then put it on the customer,if you see the prices inflates and adjustment walk away ,so this dealership definitely comes back to buy another Toyota again

do not buy from this store my friend bought 2 cars and referal 5 other client so when his car got total lost and he went there to get help with the gap insurance they did not help beacause he wasnt buying a car at that moment with them and had him waiting and lied saying that renata was not going to be available and Felipe also lied they have no respect with their customer
