I had a fantastic experience at The Tire Place USA in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The staff was incredibly welcoming, easy to communicate with, and provided seamless, reliable service. They took the time to explain my bills in detail, which was a first for me at an auto shop and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend The Tire Place USA for all your auto needs.

Jose was very helpful and positive. As soon as I came in he was delightful, positive and honest. He showed me everything wrong with my car and gave me one of the best services I ever had on my vehicle. His hospitality was impeccable. I really appreciate his customer service and I will be back and will recommend my peers and family. 5 stars rate service and positive vibes throughthe staff!

This is a great alternative to the quick drive thru places that pop up everywhere.They're very thorough , it might take a bit longer but i feel like im getting better service and more attention to really checking my car. Additionally they less expensive for sure.Im really glad i found them.

I found these guys via Groupon - Wheel Alignment a couple years ago, and have been using them for all my wheel and alignment needs ever since.In fact, when my Chevy warranty expired earlier this year, I used them for a full brake job and fuel injection service. While it's not really easy to determine the efficiency of the fuel injection service, cuz I wasn't feeling symptoms, I did it due to mileage.I can without a doubt say that the brakes on the truck have never felt better. No b.s. they felt better than when I bought the truck with 7 miles on the clock.Good customer service, very competitive pricing and a nice loyalty program. I actually earned for a free alignment through their system on my last visit. Good group of folks over there at The Tire Place. Highly recommended.

HONESTY!!! Honesty is the first thought that comes to mind. Had a screw in my tire. Called them up . Choice was plug ($15 and 20 mins or patch $40 and 1 hour). They looked at the tire and told me all I needed was a plug. Had me in and out in 20 minutes. Place was clean and they were polite and again HONEST!!!!

Highly recommend The Tire Place USA! They were professional when I rang and patiently answered my questions. I was thrilled they could squeeze me in, and the waiting time for my alignment was minimal. All the staff is super friendly and, wow, the restroom was impeccably clean, quite impressive for an automotive company, lol. Best prices in town. Absolutely will return with my next blowout, lol. THEY HAVE THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN ! I was a walk in and did not have to wait long ! tire rotation , tire replacement , oil change all of this in less than 40 minutes without an appointment. Thank you Lorena and Tire place USA team !!

Poor service after 2 visits, did not fix my small issue of 2 plugs, one of them continued to leak so had to go somewhere else to get it done right and spend more money 1 star or less

Came in for a tire change without an appointment and they were super fast and professional. They did an amazing job and they weren t expensive like other Mechanics/Tire shops. Definitely recommend!

I recently brought my wife's car here after being drawn in by the numerous positive reviews. We needed an oil change, four new tires, and an alignment. What stands out is their familial touch - they've been a small, family-operated business for two decades. The team is not only friendly but exceptionally knowledgeable. They care for each vehicle as if it's their own, which is truly commendable. It's refreshing to see such dedication in today's business world, and I'm proud to support their family-run establishment. Great business overall. The employees are very professional, nice, they treat customers with respect, and always get the job done. Overall great place to get your car done than other business. This is the place I would recommend my friends and family to go get their done. The owners care about their customers like they are family. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. There is no negative things but all positive.

I loved this place first time around, however the second time was my last. Jose and the owner have no problem lieing to you just to fill up thier day. I went in the morning and the wait was an hour and a half so Jose suggested I call later in the day and he would let me know if I should come back with less wait time. I called he said come back knowing the wait Time was still an hour an half or two. Don't appreciate my time being wasted or worse or worse being lied too.

I was about to embark on a road trip up north when I discovered that I had low tire pressure and this bolt in my tire. I headed over to The Tire Place USA as they were only about a mile away. They had a great attitude and took care of my tire right away. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! The price was fantastic as well. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience! Lack of customer service, professionalism, and qualification. I purchased a full set of tires from them for my vehicle 1-1/2 years ago, in addition to a full alignment. The alignment was not done to the correct specifications which caused excessive outside wear. I had to bring my vehicle back several times throughout the last year for rotations/realignment. My suspension had all brand new parts that I personally replaced. I spoke to the owner, Lorena Fernandes, who readjusted the camber to compensate for the outside wear so that I could get some more use out of the tires that were already bad. Now at 30k miles on the 65k mile warranted tires and the tires are all warn out on the inside edges. The owner does not return my phone calls after numerous attempts at leaving messages with the receptionist and in-person visits. They want to charge me for a new set of tires and do not take any responsibility. Take your business elsewhere!

Fantastic alignment service at a great price. I used Groupon to get a 4-wheel alignment. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Get there early because it's first-come first-served and from what I can tell they seem to be busy all the time.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

This place is a JOKE!! DO NOT waste your time!! Showed up and was told it was too late and to come back Monday. Asked what time and to make an appointment, they said they don't do appointments. Showed up Monday at 2 pm, they told me they can't take my car again. Drove two times over 40 min for nothing. They need to learn how to run a business.

Today it's hard to find a honest mechanic. From the 1st phone call with Lorena for an alignment to the finished job with Kelvin it was a pleasure. They assessed our car, then showed us the problem. Our car is riding like a dream again! I highly recommend this family owned business with nice people and fair prices. Blessings!Revisited 8/7//23 still a wonderful place!
