The sales staff and service advisor I have no issues with. The service technicians are a different story. I Brought my brand new bike in for the first service. Not one scratch on it except on the engine cover from shipping damage.Oil from the oil change all over the bike, controls, grips and engine.Very fine scratches on rear fairing and display gauge from them cleaning the bike with probably some dirty rag they use all the time.No attempt to clean and lube chain.Top it all off the guy takes my camera out of the housing to make sure its turned off before he even gets on the bike. Very distrustful. What's more disheartening is I have a featureless camera on the back that portrays very poor behavior towards someones toy that they worked hard for.On a seperate bike I bought used from them. I expect it used but not in negligent shape that could take my life. The battery was dead which they did replace immediately but they didnt even install it correctly with the strap down. On the rusty nasty chain the tension was out of factory spec so much it was grinding away at the chain gaurd. So choose this shop at your own peril, but my time, money and life isnt worth it.

I reached Jessie on the 2nd ring. I had a laundry list of parts to repair my outdrive. They had it all but my oil. Quick Courteous Phone service. Gave me free shipping.

Pulled down my original review so I decided to repost. Waited over two weeks for them to replace a battery on a ATV I had spent 17K on with them. They where eager to help when I brought it. When I needed to repair it that was a different story. I brought in my second ATV which needed some fuses replaced. This time it took over three weeks and no phone call. I called and was told I would get a quote that same day for an additional repair on the second ATV for the engine. A week later nothing. So I called and ended up having the mechanic slam and hang up the phone on me. Never again will I return to Riva Motorsports.

First time dealing with Riva. They were a little slow getting my bike back to me, but overall, I had a positive experience. The guy JC was pretty cool and helpful in the service department. Would definitely take bike back.

This company is using Cash App to withdraw funds out of people's accounts. Someone in there Accounting department has been clearly provided the conference. Or is the word that is using the company to withdraw funds from people's cash out, there will be charges federal route up on this company.

The staff and team here are all really good people.R.C. is my service advisor and tom is my go to technician, both are very knowledgeable and very helpful.Thanks for all the support and help you guys are the best.

I recently bought a Can Am here from Jacob. My experience was great. They were very helpful, nobody was pushy, the deal went quickly. I bought a new bike at another dealership a few years ago and it started falling apart driving it home from the showroom as it wasn t put together correctly. This one has been perfect so far. Riva has a great selection of new and used as well. Highly recommend.

Brought my Suzuki RV200 in a few months ago and the staff was awesome! They got me back on the road in no time. I didn't end up having any issues with the bike, so they didn't try to charge me for unnecessary work.

Dishonest warranty repair service. Had my Yamaha SVHO pop up with a fault code for the trim 10 months after purchase and brought it for repairs they said it s nothing,cleared the code. After 2 months I took it again for the same code after it kept reappearing and after the warranty expired they said yes it s a trim fault code the repair is $2500. Outrageous,beware with those warranty promises!

We had an issue with our waverunner and called for assistance - after calling a local dealer who said they would not be able to even look at it for about 2 weeks. Dave said to bring it right down and they would take a look at it, which we did, even though it was an hour away. We got there late on a Saturday afternoon and he came right out, had it lifted on a forklift and immediately found the issue - which they fixed in minutes. The customer service received from Dave, Adam and everyone that helped was exemplary and we will most definitely come back for normal maintenance and any repairs needed and highly recommend that anyone needing help with anything they service go there for all their maintenance or service needs.

I went to see a used bike for sale. long story short I came a long way and there was a serious error in the ad we discovered. The manager apologized and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse on a second bike in inventory. I took his offer gladly at what I've calculated was approximately a 15% discount. then I had it delivered over an hour away for free (standard) no funny business and I got my title in the mail about 4 weeks later.

Just drove my brother to Riva Motorsports to pick up his bike. He had a great experience with these folks. His 2007 Yamaha shadow could not be fixed by a local mom-and-pop motorcycle shop, so he took it to Riva and they solved his problem. These folks come highly recommended.

Glad I came in for a tire, they found a serious issue that needed to be addressed as it could have been very unsafe. All was taken care of quickly and I was back on my way quickly

Worst service I've came along.Brought my ATV in December to change the front axis and rewire it. 4 months later I still dont have it! Just unbelievable.I never got a call from them. I always have to call and wait so they can tell me that they will call me back but they never do.. Never.Dont waste your time and money go somewhere else.

RIVA Service Center is very reasonably priced considering only factory trained technicians work on your motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, and dirt bikes. They are good, hard-working, honest folks and you can count on them to get the job done right!

Don't let them touch your boat..Riva Motorsports has just disappointed me for the last time..Their incompetence is unacceptable and they don't stand behind their work..Never again!! Stay away. There is nothing honest about their service department when it came to dealing with me..Very disappointed.
