Eric is the best mechanic I've ever met. I been bringing family cars and sending friends to him for over 15 years and he always goes above and beyond, he is fair with prices and one of the rare ones out there. He is more knowledgeable than other mechanics in all the aspects and other mechanics know him as the best transmission guy in SoFL. When times allows he would tackle any car jobs, like breaks, misfires, cooling, and such. Stop by if you have a car issue and you won't regret.

Eric's expertise on my Chevy Blazer was greatly appreciated, his price was great and he was very patient on my decision making as to have the transmission repaired or not. Although the price was great I decided to look for another vehicle since I paid less for the vehicle than the repairs would cost. I Will Definitely Use Him In The Future. Very Knowledgeable & Excellent Customer Service!

The transmission on my car gave up, so I brought the car over to Quality Built Transmissions. Eric diagnosed the problem and gave me heads up on how much the repair and parts are going to cost. He also inspected my car and noticed that the steering rack is leaking and that it's necessary to replace it. Eric and his team did great job at getting the transmission fixed, it shifts smoother than ever before plus he didn't even charge for labor to replace the steering rack, only for parts. If you don't know where to take your car, you can certainly trust Eric and his experience.

Eric is very nice and was helpful and patient in answering all my questions regarding my transmission. So far happy with the service. It is great that they will take you back home and pick you up so that you can get your car.

Has had my truck in his shop. Does not pick up my calls. I am literally ubering 25 minutes to his shop to check on the truck. Each time I go in they are working on another vehicle and my truck it just sitting on the lift. Paid premium dollar for a transmission rebuild. Warranty issue so I guess my truck is on the back burner. Wish he would just answer my call instead of making me uber or get a ride to the shop. I've spent over 2k in rentals since my truck has been in the shop. I don't know what the next step of action is to get this resolved.

I had to wait 1 week to have my car ready but I'm 100% satisfied. Now my truck runs great! Now my Honda is having transmission problems for sure I'm going to Eric's shop again. I would recommend to my friends.

Waited a little longer than told but it was all worth it. Other shops refused to service my transmission. They said "buy a new transmission with us, or we can't help you." I only needed a small $50 part serviced. My transmission is healthy and almost new, with perect fluid and no metal shavings whatsoever in the pan, so I knew I didn't need a new transmission. I got to watch from start to finish, the entire job, while asking questions that were all easily answered. Friendly staff that appreciates people who are willing to learn

Quality Built Transmission is a good old fashion Auto and Truck Service operation, specializing in European cars, they have serviced my BMW 750 for over 7 years at a fraction of the cost of going to BMW. Eric the owner is a great guy who aims to please and fix anything. Eric has only a couple of fellow auto mechanics and a lots of work, to be prepared to wait a few days on larger jobs. Thanks Eric! 10/10 everytime...DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I have known Eric over 20 years. I am a contractor from WPB. I have my work vehicles serviced here and its a ways away. Eric is a very experienced & detailed mechanic, he will repair you vehicle like his wife drives it. I roll away perfect everytime...and its been decades dealing here. Just call this place and rest easy ;). They do more work other than transmissions too ;)

I have a 2007 BMW 328i and I had to fix the transmission. If i had to buy the parts from BMW was almost 3000 dollars! Not including labor! Eric fixed my car and gave me warranty for less than 1800 dollars. My car is working perfectly now! like new!

I was there a few weeks ago for a quick check up on my car. The owner Erick was very knowledgeable and he was abble to diagnoste the problem in my car starter within minutes. After 1 hour of waiting time I was out with my car fixed. Honest price, great services. Will definitely use it again in case I need it!

Eric saved me at least a couple thousand dollars by fixing an obscure problem (with the solenoids) on my ZF transmission that affects a very small number of vehicles. The dealer proposed to replace the whole thing, of course. It took patience and several visits to his repair shop to fix the issue. Eric is passionate about his work and he stands by his word. It's been two months since the repair and the transmission runs like new.

I had a wonderful experience at Quality Built Transmission. My car needed some work done and I found them close to my house just by Google-ing them! They are very honest and have great customer service. I even received a complimentary oil change while they had my car.I would recommend this business to all my friends.

Made appointment a week in advance for about 4 hours worth of work.. Took them 2 days to do it, and when I asked them to take 2 bolts of in advance it wasnt done. I wouldn't take a nice car there for sure. They did it for a good price and it looks like a good job though

I normally don't write reviews. But had to make an exception for these two mechanics. Finding an honest mechanic is not an easy thing now a days or at least guys that really know what their doing.These guys know. Had a problem with my 1999 Nissan Altima. In my eyes has always been a good car. Not to many miles about 140000 which is not bad by any standard. Never asked much from me throughout the years. Manual transmission which means you better know how to drive and if you drive it well it will last you for many years.Anyways had a clutch problem which of course normal to me after the cars history. Took it flywheel and clutch needed to be replaced. Then the master clutch cylinder and the slave cylinder had to be replaced. These guys did it all. Yoel the brazilian is perhaps one of the best mechanics i've ever seen working on cars. In order to replace the clutch the whole transmission needed to be unmounted and so on. He did in my eyes a great job and the clutch has been working fabulous.Eric the owner of the shop is also excellent to work with. He is an honest person hard working gentlemen who will work with you in trying to solve the cars problem. He stated that my cars transmission is still good and that I still had miles before having to change it if ever.I believe his prices to be very fair as well for the area we live in.They are busy though. Make your appointments and they will keep their word in seeing you and having you back on your way.All in all I know i will continue to have problems with my old car just because its normal. But I feel very confident in bringing my car to these 2 mechanics. Lets just hope its not any time soon for my sake.

The owner Erick is the best when it comes to transmission. He spent only 5 minutes to find out what was the problem with my car.. and didn't charge me for that.. very honest.. I highly recommend this place.

I have a 2000 Honda CRV and my radiator had failed on me, Eric had fixed it and he had the best prices in town and told me what time it will be done when I came back at that time it was fixed and ready to go.... I have not had any problems since... Thank you Eric!!!!

I brought my parents ridgeline in for what we thought was a bad transmission. Turns out the drive axle was broken. They had us up and running in a few hours. Honest and easy shop to do business.

I had an issue yesterday with my transmission, called on my lunch break and he was told me to bring it by immediately to diagnose it for me and be able to get it fixed as soon as possible.

I bought a used eclipse and had some transmission problem , because of that I had to buy another one but unfortunately I still had problems .I visited this place and about 2 hours my problema was fix ..I truly recommend this place tanks to the owner Eric Franke
