Customer service is a 0 out of 10Sat on the phone 26 min and when they finally answered they then again put me on hold for 17 more min to look for the part I was looking for..very unprofessionalYpu probably just lost 3 to 4 k in parks sale...Pads and rotors. I came in for a new key fob battery earlier in the week. I was very impressed with the service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes - That included changing my battery also!

Will never buy parts from this store again. Had to have one delivered to the store was told to come back later I did to only find out it never came had to order it again and come back another day. Tried calling to ask a question and was put on hold for over 30 minutes no one answers their phone. Bad employees bad practice there. Next time I ll just buy oem from the dealer.

Thanks to Michael I were able to stow my gas to work and home for a week!!Best thing too, is I were greeted within 10 seconds of entry, and assisted 1 on 1. Very good location.

This help is needed here. Not at all friendly. You think working in the industry dealing with customers and people that you'd have a little bit more? I don't know an ability to basically communicate on a normal level. Possibly be a little bit more in tune and educated on products of your establishment. I don't know, just an idea

I had a big problem today with NAPA from Deerfield Beach, I needed to change a battery they sold me wrong, I needed one for Caminhao and Manager Danver sold me a boat and now he said he won't change it, that is himself gave me this loss, I leave this observation to NAPA to better train their managers

Staff here at NAPA is incredibly helpful, especially Chris. I came in for a brake light, and he was able to install it for me free of charge. I d highly recommend this location for anybody needing auto parts.

Boyfriend has an old truck always goes to Napa between Delray and Lakeworth always seems to have the parts in stock and if not, they get them in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, caring helpful staff both locations.

Today, I needed 4 various auto parts, and they were all in stock. My salesman, Eric, was good enough to install my new battery for me as mine died in the parking lot. Eric was efficient, professional, respectful and kind. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Very helpful staff,who actually acted like they wanted to be there and willing to help. I've been to others where they always seemed bothered when you ask them for some help. The woman was very friendly and they guy went out of his way to call around and look for a specialty seal we needed for a tank. Thanks alot

Amazing customer service at this location from the lady who answered the phone that called me by my name who does that that's incredible. Then there was Dave the store manager what a great guy so helpful he helped check something and take care of that I was so worried about with the alternator and battery of my car he made sure sure to let me know how valuable I was to you all as a customer and that means so much I drove so far out of my way to come to that location cuz of how helpful he was on the phone... So worth the drive great experience great staff 10 Stars if I could give it to him:-)

I have been coming to the Deerfield beach location for 10 years and have always been impressed with their service. But last week when I was in a bind and being pregnant Michael went above and beyond to help me and he did it all with such kindness!! Michael you were a blessing to me on that hot Saturday afternoon! Thank you and also thank you to the gentleman that answered the phone when I called and understood my situation. Thank you Napa Of Deerfield Beach!!

I was very impressed with the speed. my radiator on my 20-year-old Isuzu rodeo broke at 8:00 p.m. I went online ordered a radiator at 9:30pm after the store was closed I called at 7:30am 30 mins after they opened in the morning and they said the radiator was sitting there ready to be picked up I was very impressed because of covid and all the issues were getting parts from China that they had a radiator for 20-year-old and Isuzu rodeo in stock. It was the correct part and took me about 2 hours to install it thank you very much Napa

Called in and was promptly and effectively helped. Went in to retrieve the part I called about, they were super helpful and let me open up the product and use their measuring tape. Price was right and I was in and out in no time at all. Best auto parts store experience by far.

The worse store ever... There is only 2 guys there, 1 of them never work and will never do anything, if he is alone he say: wait for the guy, and when u call they say they have the part you looking for when u get there he go pick it up the part and the part is hard to reach he is so lazy that he come back to you and say: oh I'm sorry the part is not here but come tomorrow morning when we open we will have it in hands... Waist of time.

Whatever you need, they'll get it for you if they don't have it in stock! But they have everything you need. I have a rare car so 1 item they didn't have & got it for me the same day! Great bunch of guys !!!

I really have no problems at all with this store. Go here 6-8 times a year for parts for generators engine parts where you can't lookup parks by " year make and model". The staff knowledgeable and friendly.When doing one purchace I had problems with my company card being locked down with "fraud issues" and as I was waiting saw them interact with other customers. If you are a reasonable person you will have a great experience. However if your expectations are these people instantly find the part for your 25+ year old import car, then you expect they sell it to you at next to nothing and even install it for free you will be disappointed (nobody does that).They give helpful advice like explaining " You can put this new part in but if you don't fix this other part it will only brake again in a week.". The staff is honest and tells it like it is.They sell quantities and types of refridgerant normally not normally sold at other automotive stores, they have a good selection of speciality tools.I been a customer for over 8 years, recall they were located further west on Hillsboro.

I am able to concur, support the other reviewer on the poor customer service and behavior of the staff . I shall not buy, send nor recommend any of my people nor colleagues to these stores ever. I myself am a mechanic. The owner needs to be more diligent about the illiterate type of staff he hires.I also used to go there when the store was at Lyons and Hillsborough, the owner was a great guy.

This has got to be the worst place to go for help.I arrived saying I thought I had a battery issue.The tech who checked my truck said it was definitely not a battery issue.I took my truck to the dealership.Guess what?I needed a new battery!!

Very happy that I found what I needed, the prices were average for Napa And they stayed open just a little bit later than normal Just to help me out. They get five stars for that!
