They make offers that they don't keep. They took 5 days to do the job and didn't finish the job. Then finished the same job in 2 days cause I said they had to pay for my rental. They did a poor paint job overall, and didn't pay for my rental that I had the extra time that they took for not completing the work on my SUV. They also charge to much.

Javier took care of me. Gave me a great price. My daughter's car was ready the day he said. And the car looks great!. They even fix some minor scratches with no additional charges.Thank you Javier !.

I'll be recommending Maaco to all my friends. After a person had hit my bumper while parked in a garage, it had been so hard to find a shop that would HONESTLY fix my car. These guys were great, dropped off my new bumper so they could paint it and brought my car in the next day to get the bumper put on it was done within the hour. Mind you this all could have been done in one day but I just wasn't able to bring my car in the same day. Craig at the front desk and everyone else we spoke to were the nicest guys. Thank you again for all the help.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Maaco. I had my 2005 Jaguar completely painted and was amazed at the quality; the car looked new, like it just came out of the showroom. Javier was very focused on my having a good experience with Maaco and he succeeded. He did not rush the sale but spent extra time to assure that all my questions were answered and that I would be more than satisfied. Thanks very much Javier.

I would like to thank Javier at the Maaco Auto Body Shop, he assisted us with the proper paint job that we needed for our vehicle. The work was fabulous, the paint job was incredible. My vehicle looks brand new. Not one defect on it. Thank you Javier and your workers that did a fantastic job. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get their vehicle painted to come there and get their blessing.

Better get Maaco, NOT!!!10 days later and they still have my SUV. I bought it in for a full paint job (no body work needed) on August 30. It was supposed to be ready September 7. I call to confirm that I would be able to pick it up by 5:00 that day. I leave work early to get there by 5:00 and it wasn't finished. Explanation: it just came out of the paint booth, I ask to see it, they show me from the window, I enter the paint booth and see my SUV looking like someone threw sand on it and painted it, true story. Of course I freak and unleash a verbal tirade on the service guy and leave in utter disgust. Greg, the owner of course, is not there. I call the corporate office to complain and follow up with Greg the next day. He advises me something was wrong with the filter in the paint booth. I ask if there was a filter issue why was the car fully painted. You would think the person who painted it would see there was a problem and stop painting. They assure me it will be fixed and ready for pick up September 9. Again I follow up and call at 2:00 to confirm it will be ready, Greg assures me yes you can pick it up. 3:45 Javier calls to tell me it won't be ready there is an issue with the paint on one spot. Another verbal assault spews from my angry mouth. I negotiate a 20% discount. September 10, 8 am, I call and speak to Greg once again. He says they are working on it and isn't sure it will be ready today. 10 days. Their website states 80% of cars are ready within 2-3 business days, my SUV required no extra work other than the normal prep to repaint a car (My hood and roof had damage from the sun, FL heat along with a few minor scratches). 10 days later here I am, no car and no clear idea of when the car will be finished. I would stay far away from this shoddy, unprofessional operation at all costs, if you have spray paint you could probably do a much better job yourself. Zero stars!Follow up: they did a horrible job. SUV is different shades of blue with pot marks throughout the paint job and an orange peel paint job. they broke the thing where the wiper fluid comes from on both sides. Inside was dirty with a footprint on my seat. I refused to pay and left. Worst experience ever.Service: Painting

Officially convinced me to never use Maaco ever again. Stay away and spend money elsewhere for quality service.So I'm a single dad of three kids so I'm on a budget and needed some scuffs painted on my car. The area was all prepped, so all they had to do was paint the 4 areas. I dropped it off Sunday night and rented a car for 5 days so I could pick it up by Friday. Seems easy enough right? Wrong....On Friday they called to tell me that not only would my car not be ready but they mis quoted me and had to charge me an additional 150 for my tailgate. When I tried to explain that the areas cleared primed in grey were included in the estimate, I was quickly shut down and told I signed the paper and should have read it better. But wait there's more!Now mind you I'm on a budget so I have to rent out another vehicle for 4 additional days. Could have had my entire car painted at this point. After 8 days I call to confirm if my car was ready.... And they ask if I could wait another day as it wasn't ready yet!!!Wow ok. I explain we were at a week now and told them no I can't wait. They said ok and to come at 430. When I show up at 430 I find a hair stuck to the paint job that looked absolutely disgusting. The front desk clerk quickly saw the hair and scrubbed it off before I could take a picture.The paint job for a Pearl white car is average at best. Doesn't look glossy at all. They left paint marks on my bumper that I will have to clean off. Overall just terrible customer service.Stay away from this shop!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience at Maaco in Deerfield Bch. I painted my daughter s older 2013 Altima Coupe and it looks and shines like a new vehicle. Very friendly staff and they did a great job.

See below for update after 1/9/2018 pickup.Ugh... I went in on 12/30 (Saturday) and spoke with the owner about getting my truck repainted. He seemed very nice and said if I dropped it off on 1/2/18 at 8 am, then I could get it back by the weekend. I was assuming by 1/6/18 since they close at noon and aren't opened on Sunday. Well, I called on Friday around noon to check in. They looked on the computer and said yes, your truck has been sanded, prepped, all dings and scratched repaired, and was waiting to get painted. Should be done by Tuesday. I thought... ok that changed from "by this weekend". Meanwhile I had to rent a car costing me $180 for 7 days. Tuesday will be day 7. I drove by today (1/6/18 Saturday) at noon. I saw my truck parked outside. I thought cool, it is almost done. Then I drove closer and realized it had not been touched except for the hood. I took a ton of photos posted here. I am now upset, and disappointed that this is where they are at. I am not upset that it's not finished. I am upset because they barely even started, told me they were almost done. I am now out $180 for the rental, and will probably have to keep the rental longer. I will be in there Monday morning to speak with the owner about this. My comment may change for the better depending on how they handle comping me for my rental. I could have taken the car in today rather than Tuesday and they would be just as far in the repainting...Picking up my truck on 1/9/2018I visited and spoke with Greg, the owner, on Monday 1/8/2018 at 8 am. He "guaranteed" me that the truck will be fully prepped, sanded, and painted, giving me the $1199 premium paint job I was going to pay for, by the end of day on Tuesday or he would take off $300. I said I did not care when it gets done. I just want it done right and what I was paying for (pointing at the premium painting level on their wall. Tuesday Greg called and let me know the truck had been finished and is now getting cleaned and I could pick it up at 4:30. AT 4:30 I arrive and I see my truck. I immediately start the inspection. I noticed that the right fender flare had some deep scratches that had been painted over. I also noticed some touch up paint that I has applied a while ago that was just painted over. There were also so many defects in the paint due to an improper, dirty and dusty work environment. This led me to believe that the truck was not properly sanded, which I thought I was paying for. Greg walked up to me and asked me what I thought and I immediately pointed to the scratches on the flare and the non sanded touch up paint spot. First he said that the deep scratches were there and that would require "advanced scratch" repair. I said... I was by on Saturday and saw the truck was barely touched but sitting in their parking lot, and according to the pictures I took then, the scratches on the flare were not there. Greg replied "what the F*** happened there?" Then he said I should leave the truck and they will fix it. I said no, I had them remove and keep the flare to repair it. So I returned a few minutes later after dropping off my rental. The flare was removed. I went to pay and Greg was trying to to make me happy by offering a comped headlight restore ($70 value). I said no thanks because I had new headlights sitting in my garage. Overall, then paint looks nice a shiny. Very little orange peel. I don't know enough about auto painting to know if they did what I paid for or if the paint had been properly done. He said I have a 5 year warranty against fading, peeling, or chipping.So in the end, I feel dissatisfied with the $1199 painting.***UPDATE***So when I picked the car up it had just been washed so I could not see all the defects.DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPER WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. Apparently one of the papers had a line that said I was satisfied with the work done... Well turns out they use it against you when you want them to fix the screw ups, or ask for money back.I posted photos of the truck a few weeks after the the painting was done.

I definitely recommend going here, because they have great customer service and took really good care of us and fixed the damages on my Chevrolet Silverado within a few days, less then the date he told us was truck would be ready. Also if they ask you if you need to blend the paint a little past the scratches or wherever the repairs are to be fixed on your vehicles cost extra bucks & we decided that we didn t need it, as you can see from the pictures, we made a SMART move because that s the whole reason why we brought my truck in the first place, it s their job to match the paint. We shouldn t have to pay extra for blending in the paint so that youCan t see that it has been fixed. The door handles still had a little dents in it but it wasn t as noticeable, I m not that picky, I just wanted that huge gash gone from the side that my fianc� managed to do at Sonics lol. Overall we are satisfied with their customer service.

After having a positive experience with a different Maaco location in the past, I decided to give this one a shot. I brought my car in for an estimate and met with the owner, Greg, who advised me that if I leave my car to be painted, it would be done in one week. I brought my car in as scheduled, and was again advised that it would be ready in one week. After one week passed, I contacted the business and was advised that my car will be ready at the end of the week. After not hearing from the business at the end of the week, I called and was advised that the car will be ready the next week, most certainly before Thursday. I went to pick up the car on Friday morning and was advised by Greg that it will not be ready until 4PM. When asked why I wasn't contacted in reference to the delay out of courtesy, he stated "we only contact people when their car is ready". When confronted about the burden of sharing one vehicle between my wife and I, he seemed apathetic and repeatedly said to "come back at 4". Upon picking up my car, I observed paint on one of my headlights, paint on all four of my hubcaps, dried pain drippings that accumulated on both of my car's rocker panels, and paint on the Toyota logo on the front of my car. After having my car for nearly triple the amount of time that they said they would, I certainly expected a better result. Due to the lack of transparency, and an overall negative experience, I will not be recommending Maaco to anybody.Service: Painting

Went to get a quote to paint my F150 truck. Guy at the front desk was on the phone yelling and swearing. It was so obnoxious I left, place could be nice but I saw a very serious lack of service so I left.

I was shopping different auto paint and body shops to have my car a Mercedes E350 painted, I was at Maaco and spoke with Javier and Greg, they were both very easy to do business with, I took a look at my options, very easily explained there on the wall in the lobby, I picked a package that was what I thought the correct amount of money that I wanted to invest in this paint job, I gave them half now, and the key to the car, they called me about four days later, the car was ready, come and pick it up, I went to the Maaco, and was extremely happy with the results, I thought the job that they did, for the money was over, and above what I had expected! I would highly recommend Maaco in Deerfield Beach on powerline Road to anyone, family and friends, as the employees were very easy to do business with, and the final result was above, and beyond what I had expected!Service: Painting

This shop cut a lot of corners on a repair to my car for a friend of the managers, who rear ended me and had no insurance. They used the trunk lid from a car 3 years older than mine with no key hole to open the trunk. Now I have to use the latch at the drivers floor area every time I need to open the trunk. Real hassle....Hopefully my review will cost your company more money than you saved your friend, at my expense.

Do not use this company. I left my car there overnight to be painted. They left my car lights on and destroyed my battery. When I had to buy a new battery, they refused to compensate me for their gross negligence. The owner, Greg, is a lier and has no ethics or customer care. Took my car here for paint work and bumper needed complete fixing. They got the job done without having to buy thousands in parts. Looks absolutely brand new like I just bought it.Cannot recommend this place enough. Good prices, good timing, great service all around. Seriously.

Didn t screw my front lip on properly and now it s in pieces because it came loose on the highway. & I asked for a bumper tuck they drilled my bumper but didn t tuck it at all just random screws into my bumper.

Did a GREAT patch and paint job on my Husbands front bumper! He got back into on accident and there was a nice portion of his front bumper that was all kinds of mess (so much so that my husband was going to actually try and order a new front bumper for his car) until we found Maaco. We went from south Davie up to this Maaco location to get quotes from all different auto body shops. In the end I m glad we went to Maaco. The quote on the bumper was so cheap, that we had them throw in the rear view mirrors (which paint was badly chipping away from anyhow) and had them spray those as well. Good experience. Would for sure go again.

My red 2017 Rogue Nissan s paint started to peal because I do not have a garage and it was exposed to the elements 24/7. It looked nasty but it was in excellent shape mechanically.The new car was not an option because they are too expensive.I spoke to Greg at Macao and he said they could paint my car and I would be very satisfied. Greg gave me several options I chose an option of $1200.When I picked up my car I was so amazed, my car looked brand new.I was so happy now I do not have to be embarrassed of my car.At first I read negative reviews of not getting car ready in time. Don t listen to them just give Maaco a wide window of time because they are busy.Service: Painting

Macco did a really good job fixing my bumper and paint. My new truck was hit while parked in a lot. Macco replace the bumper, foot grips, tail light and bumper bracket. They repaired the dent and match the paint.I am very pleased with quaility of work done, and the swiftness of the job. I went to the deerfield location. They communicated well with me so I was never in the dark. They resolved a very frustrating situation, and over all I am glad I went to them.They seemed fairly pricy, but to be fair I didnt shop around. The total job cost me 2200. But they did a great job and took them less than a week to finish. I had to put a deposit down for the cost of parts before they begain any work. When dropping my truck off there were several people awaiting estimates for their repairs, and had to wait over an hour to drop my truck off, which was pretty frustrating. I did go at the end of the day, and my initial estimate was given in the morning and took less than 20 mins. I recommend going first thing in morning when the office is less busy. They typically have only one guy in the office, so they can get clogged up with walk ins.They took good care of my truck, were very friendly and did a quaility job.
