these people are spot on, no frills no fancy shop just pure customer service. did my alignment off the street and a perfect job. going back to see if i can buy tires there. are not many old fashioned customer service shops left ,like this is one,update: i did go back for tires, was recommended i tire brand i never heard of (RADAR TIRES) very fair price and installation.love these tires quiet and smooth handling.

I would give zero stars if I could. These are the most unprofessional people I ve ever dealt with and some of the worst work done on our car. We left with more problems than we started with including a terrible noise that they refused to fix and blamed on us. The office lady was extremely rude and terribly mannered. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy, do NOT take your car here!!! They even delete bad reviews. My tire blew and so I needed to attend to them immediately. My father recommended Ipanema Alignment, and he absolutely on point with his recommendation. Mr. Manuel was so professional, attentive and caring. He offered me various tire options at a great price. They did not have the tires I chose in office however, with in hours they ordered the tires and completed the work on my car. Finding a reliable business that offers quality services is hard to come by. I highly recommend their work!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

After spending thousands of dollars my issue wasn't fixed. Manuel and his mechanics don't know what they are doing! I took it to a different mechanic and they fixed the issue right away it cost me a fraction of the price. Beware do not go there.

I service all of my work and personal vehicles at this location. This is a no BS shop. They will tell you if they are too busy to start the job the day that you bring your car in and schedule with you when is a good time for you and for them for you to come in. That to me is a step above customer service. No time wasted leaving my car if they are not going to be able to work on it that day. The prices are excellent, The service is exemplary. Are you tired of going to mobile one for an oil change only to have the mechanics there try and scam you for a new air filter? Then Ipanema alignment is the place for you. No dishonesty, no scams, no BS. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to any friends or family.

Professionalism!Tha "Ipanema" father, is a great mechanic. He found out my car's problem ( nobody else did it ) fixed it same day, and I m really driving a totally NEW car now.Thank you guys ALL!

Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent professional. Today I brought my car from other alignment center who almost ruins my car and these guys fixed it, saving me to spent a tons of money changing unnecessary parts to fix the alignment. Very affordable prices.

My car was making a really loud noise on the right side of the car, I had taken it to my regular mechanic which was incapable of finding out the problem nor he was interested in fixing, BUT IPANEMA ALIGNMENT had a completely different approach, they were professional, efficient and on board to really solve my issue, they fixed my problem in no time, It came to be that my wheel bearings had given out, I even had my car tuned up all together, above all they treated me with respect and were transparent, now I have a new mechanic, one that is for sure going to do a great job!

They have serviced, very capably, three of my cars over the years. Tires, wheel alignments, brakes and even hub bearing replacements. Very down to earth folk with a zeal for what they do. Gotta love those mom 'n pop shops.

Reasonable price, fast and professional service. Also their machine is big enough to handle with my long bed Ram truck (single wheel), which was very helpful.

i went to go get an alignment on my car and they did it but after that my car was driving funny so i took it back and they told me that there was another issue with my car that was going to cost $700. for one why put an alignment on a car when you know something else is wrong with it and after it gets fixed i would need another alignment... i am not happy with the service that i got there!
