Classic Collision is a great place to have your automobile fixed. Their service is outstanding. Rene and Jake keep me in constant communication regarding the status of my repairs via text message or phone calls. I couldn't be happy with the end result. They use original parts and left my auto as good as new. Not that I am looking forward for another repair in the near future, but will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle. Thank you CC team for an amazing job.

UPDATE: Problem getting worse. (See photos) No formal response ever received from Carolina Auto Body.After having to going back 3 or 4 times because it kept cracking in the same place this is the end result. My bumper is still cracked and still popping out of my fender. Great job Carolina Auto Body. Practically stole from me. Pathetic workmanship. Almost no different than when I brought it in, what was the point!!! I know this place has good reviews and is why I chose it but wow. Different body shop told me it will keep cracking and should have never been done this way. Well this is the 4th time in 2 months and I'm still out the money for it. Not to mention my driver side is hanging off, was told they cant fix it. What kind of body shop is this or did they just not like me? The reviews off all their body shops in the area and my experience don't match up. No excuses after this many attempts. I see other pictures from your repairs with perfectly fixed bumpers. Look at those pictures I posted, it's just wrong and not fair.

The group at Classic Collision was very professional from start to finish. They provided updates throughout, and completed all necessary repairs in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Renee was wonderful to deal with. She kept in communication with me as my car was being repaired. They put out quality work and fixed my car pretty quickly. Friendly staff and will recommend.

Let me start by saying, I never leave google reviews, so you're in for a good one.Before getting my vehicle repaired here, I did my due diligence of getting quotes across several auto body shops in the area. Classic Collision beat everyones price by a notable margin, and taking their rating into account, I went with them. Maurice was the employee I spoke with to get a quote. I had to call back after 24 hours to follow up on the quote because it still wasn't sent. Mind you, other shops got a quote turned around in under 30 minutes and all replacement parts were thoroughly accounted for. As mentioned the quote was far lower than the competitors, so I was prepared to review the quote and against other quotes, keeping a close eye on the details. Needless to say, there were parts missing and discrepancies. I replied back to Maurice to question these findings, and once again, did not hear back promptly. About another day goes by, and I receive an email from Maurice with a nearly empty body and an attached updated estimate. None of my questions or clarifications were addressed directly, so I guess the expectation was to derive the answers from the updated estimate. I did this, but still not all questions were answered. At this point in time, the estimate had increased by about 20%; it was still cheaper than all the others, and I felt the parts in majority were covered. I moved forward.Fast forward, I pay for the parts, and nearly all parts are delivered with just one wrong part that had to be sent back for another(probably could've been avoided if Maurice would have paid more attention to detail when performing the initial evaluation). In this same stride, Maurice (said) he had let me know about a part that was roughly 6x the price of what was in his estimate. He sent an email with the updated price of this part in a pdf, which Im not sure he even called out over the phone. This pdf was summing the price of just one section of the car, not showing how it changed the total price of the estimate. Lets just say it was so nonchalant that I felt tricked. I didn't even find out about the updated total until the car was ready with the remaining due. Thats when I was shocked. A 40% markup from the original estimate!With one last part remaining to be delivered after about 4-6 weeks go by, I just wanted the car fixed. I called up there and said lets cancel this last part and fix the car. I get it scheduled and bring the car in a week later. Renee keeps me up to date for the next week up until paint. I call in to get a status and Maurice answered, and said the car is in cleanup and will be ready later in the day and the part that I directed them to cancel two weeks earlier, was magically delivered and also _already_ installed.I go in to pick the car up and there is two places where there was paint collection and a bubble, which the painter surely would have noticed. The car wasn't ready until these two places need to be fixed, so I had to leave it there another day. In less than 24 hours, they called me back up and said the car is ready. I immediately questioned this due to the time paint takes to dry. It turns out they didn't do any new coats of paint and just sanded and buffed down the clear coat. I go to pick the car up and quickly check - the bubble and collection seems to be uniform with the surrounding paint. I check later more closely in better lighting and notice the ripples in the clear coat, surprise.With all this being said, I was basically tricked into going with this shop due to the extremely inaccurate estimate, rooting from laziness and negligence. I am the customer, pointing out missing parts in the estimate and issues with the paint job. That sounds backwards, doesn't it?I don't recommend bringing your business here if you are expecting the shop to do an excellent job. I think if customer care was better, it would have been an entirely different story. But it wasn't, instead I was met with a "I'm sorry". I recommend going to HQ Auto Painting Body Repair, as I could tell they have things down to a science.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible. I brought me car here to have the rear bumper fixed through geico. I also needed to get the front bumper fixed so I paid separately from the insurance claim. When I picked the car up the front bumper was not the right color. First they tried arguing that it matched even moved the car twice to get different light. After I wouldn't expect that they were the same color they told be its because the color looks different on metal and plastic. Pretty bad work all around

Julio was amazing! I was backing out of my garage and the side wall jumped out of nowhere and smacked my drivers side mirror off. I took my car into CAB to see how much it would be to repair, and not only did they come back with a price that was way below my expectation, but they also did a fantastic job, quickly and accurately! I am also extremely impressed that they washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my car before giving it back. Superior service, excellent leadership, highly recommend. I have already told friends/family all over the U.S. about my great experience at this shop.

Mario and his team really impressed me. My car looks amazing. They did all repairs way faster than expected. Their communication and customer service was 100% on point. And they even detailed the car beautifully when done. Very grateful to have found them and will be recommended them in the future!

I highly recommend Carolina Auto shop. They offered an excellent service from the moment I arrived to when my car was ready. I was amazed by the high quality of work and service. My car looks brand new. GEICO Express process was smooth in coordination with Carolina Auto body and Enterprise for the car rental.Excellent Job!!!!

Carolina Auto Body was great. They kept meupdated every other day on the progress of the car. Very professional. Never been treatedthis way by any body shop, ever!Would recommend them to anyone needing their service.Extremely satisfied and if ever needed their service again would definitely use them.

I just want to start off with the poor customer service I have received from the front desk lady. When I went to double check my appointment I made she was trying to tell me I don't have an appointment acting as if I was calling the wrong place which I wasn't... Once she finally found my name in a stack of papers pushed aside, she tried to tell me with "they don't make appointments" if I have State Farm, then I was also told since I have that insurance I was also told they're not allowed to give me an estimate and I would have to bring in my car so they can take it apart, order the parts and should take about 3 weeks, THEN tell me the estimate. The technician was nice and said he would order the parts and call me once they're in. I am so thankful to not have turned my car in because I never got a call within a month so I called and apparently they never ordered the parts, and he said it was a good thing I didn't bring my car in because he had to push other peoples cars to get fixed 3 weeks back due to lack of employees which I totally understand. But I tried to call the front desk to check up and speak with the technician with turning in my car and see if there's more employees to help fix my car because I have to pay my rental car out of pocket. Once again, I call and the front desk lady was being nasty so I just hung up. I've realized I'm just not going to continue to bring my car in because I do not trust it.

The process and experience was smoother than I could have ever imagined. Jake was honest from the moment we walked through the door. He worked with us the entire time and honestly did everything he could to the car back to us as soon as possible. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Body Shop, everyone was very nice and they did an amazing job on my car!

Mike the general manager and his entire staff were on their game the entire time helping get my car back on the road. The damage to my car was completely fixed with zero issues. Every day they followed up with updates. Not only did they fix all the issues but they took the time to detail the inside of my car like it was off the lot for the first time. Was incredibly happy with the service and attention to detail to my vehicle.

Trevor was excellent. From the moment I entered CAB to when my car was ready, each step of my claim was handled very professionally. In fact they went out of their way to fix a small issue that was not part of the claim. When car was ready, I was pleasantly surprised with the interior cleaning. I have informed Geico of the excellent experience. Keep it up guys.

What a great experience I had with Carolina Auto Body. Unfortunately someone hit my car and I had to take it there. They had a rental office there and I picked up my rental and left pretty quickly.It was ready when they said it would be and they actually cleaned my inside of the car as well as the outside.Mario who is the manager explained everything that would be done and showed me the finished car when done.I highly highly (not a typo) recommend them

They are courteous.They do a gorgeous job.Car looks brand new.The car rent was waiting for me when I brought the car in on Monday The car was delivered shining and spanking clean at 5:30 PM on Thursday.Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Customer service was excellent! Very friendly people, provide updates on the status of the car MWF so you're in the loop. Repair on my bumper was completed within 5 days including receiving new parts. Car was even cleaned in and out! Nice, professional office waiting room. Geico Express proceess was smooth in collaboration with Carolina Auto Body and Enterprise for the car rental. Would recommend.

This place is great I had my car rear bumper repaired and when it was repaired it came back as if it nothing had ever happened to my car. It looked gorgeous on return. Friendly great customer service. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Got my car back quickly. Would definitely use again!

I did not call around and get other estimates prior because my neighbor was paying for the repair, since they caused the damage, so I'm not sure how their prices are compared to other shops. But what I did like was....I was able to take my car in whenever I was available to and they repair would take a day. There was an issue with the new fender after they installed it, but Jake called and informed me about it and said he didn't want to give it back to me like that. So he kept it an extra day to fix it. The finished product is great. I would recommend them. Thank you Jake and Miguel.

Staff is very friendly and customer service was excellent.The repairs were quick and I was updated everyday about the progress of my truck while it was being repaired by Carolina.Geico was great they were there on site to do my estimate,take my truck,get a rental and drop off the rental once mlthe repairs were finished.A+++ service this is the second car I've had fixed there and won't use anybody else!

They do great repair work and an timely manner. I will be using them again for some touch up work on another vehicle before to long. They definitely impressed me with their knowledge and answered all questions asked. I m Very Happy with the service they provided.

Went to a few different shops before deciding on this one. Jake was very helpful and they provided me with updates on the progress of the vehicle. My car was ready earlier than expected and the work was done great. Most places try and take advantage, charging you for things you don't need. Highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend Carolina Auto body. Every aspect of my experience was top notch. Mario provided a detailed and very fair estimate. The quality of the work was superb. They go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied. If I ever need auto body work in the future there is no doubt that I will be back at Carolina's.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and warm welcoming that was presented. The work was efficient and fast!!! When they said that my car was being worked on and would be completed 4 days later I was estactic!!! Great work Carolina!! I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The manager, Jake Shuffstall was the most efficient and knowledgeable manager of a body shop I ve ever seen, and having been a Sales Manager of a Ford Dealership for 20 years, I know quality employees when I see them and Jake is the top of the top!! Was going to Carolina Auto Body to pick up a rental car and he convinced me to have him do my repair instead of the Cadillac dealer I had arranged to do my body work. I am extremely happy I met Jake 1st. Only problem I had was in trying to speak to the owner to tell him what I thought of Jake and the amazing work he did repairing my wife s vehicle, but he never returned my call after numerous attempts to contact him. I just wanted to give Jake the praise he deserves, and wanted to speak to his boss directly!! Good thing Jake s works there to take up the slack of his boss.
