Took my wife's car to get a quote for the A/C and was given a very fair price. We had that done and the battery changed in a relatively short amount of time on her Lexus Rx350. Great people, great service, and reasonable pricing. We'll be back for other needs as it us hard to find a commendable shop that offers as much as Auto Tronics.

Just want to say thank you to Jeff and the team. I've been using autotronics for more than 15 years. I've tried other places but don't trust anyone but this place. A lot of repair shops will try to scam you and thankfully this is not one of them. They can get really busy at times so if they don't have time I will wait till the next available day instead of going somewhere else. Thanks again....Edwin and Charell

Jeff has been servicing my family for over 15 years. He has been honest and reliable. I've known him as a kid! The nicest; most friendly respectful people you will ever meet. Reasonable prices. They are honest and fair and they have great workers. They document everything your car gets. I will continue going to them for as long as they are in business!

I wasted my hold day waiting for a brakes change and this people never looked on my car. Very disappointed!!!Jeff, if you want to keep your costumer happy you have to communicate better with your costumer.Time is money!!!

I have been getting my cars and truck repaired with Jeff and his family at Auto Tronics for over 10 years. I love the customer service, all friendly employees. I always leave the shop smiling, either because my vehicle was back running again or I got a pretty damn good job done for a good price. I have and always will recommend my family and friends to Jeff his family and his great employees at auto tronics. Thanks Auto Tronics for all your help for the tires to the engine, and from front to back auto work... This is Big Jimmie...

Worst experience ever!!The man in charge was extremely rude. I came in to get 1 part changed on my car and left with more problems. He refused to take any responsibility and tried to change me an additional $100 just to run another diagnostic test on my car. He pretended to look at my car but i still left with the same problems. One of his employees, I m thankful for him, actual took the opportunity to explain things to me. But, he was the rudest person I ever encountered. DON T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I came in from out of town and my car broke down at 5:30 PM right as I was starting it to head back home. Jeff answered the phone and stayed late to help me resolve the problem. He arranged for a tow truck to retrieve my car and even had Enterprise come to his shop to pick me up! He went above and beyond to work with me on the price of the repairs and gave me a very fair price. He even gave me advice about the area since I mentioned I'd be relocating shortly. Great shop, quick repairs, and definitely AMAZING customer service!I now live in the area and will always take my car to Jeff at Auto tronics.

They re amazing! I took my S550 SL500 CLA250 and BMW M3 there and they work better than when I drove out fo the dealership. Prices are super and they will give you good advice. I am taking all 3 of my cars there now and they re all German so they definitely DO THE JOB RIGHT! And my dad is a mechanic all his life so I know more than an average woman about cars. So happy to find these people!

If tou bring your car there, make sure you do not leave it with Jeff. My brother brought in my nissan , driver window was not going up. Jeff charges us 100 for a diagnostic and calls my brother to say he cannot fix the car. We pick up the car and turns out all the windows are not working. I go back to ask Jeff how come the other three windows are no longer working, he was unable to explain what he did. And he told me he is aware that all other windows are not working. Now I am left with all my windows not working, everywhere I bring the car, they are unable to find out what on earth this Jeff did. Please stay away from this placee for any window problem. They ripoff your pockets and leave you with more problems.

Little place...reasonable prices...got me in quick for an oil change. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven't paid yet and don't know what the damage will be. Was quoted about $70 for 6 quarts of Mobil 1...so well see.

Jeff and his team are excellent. Was introduced to his business 30 years ago if that says anything. Honest knowledgeable reasonable and all the other qualities that go with being a exceptional mechanic and local business.

When my son moved to Florida last year I wanted to find a good mechanic to maintain his "well used" car, Jeff at Autotronics has been fantastic, he is very thorough and is extremely honest.I highly recommend this company and Jeff to anyone with a car.John BolkemaMahwah, N.J.

5 STARS! These guys really get the job done and check with you to make sure that you are financially comfortable with any fixes that need to be done. I RARELY find a sense of trust in this industry, but now thanks to Auto Tronics, I am a happy and trusting customer!

My car wouldn't start right away, only after turning the key 5 times or more . But once it started it would run as it supposed to do. So my first mechanic brought the car to auto tonics to change the ECU which controls everything. After installing the new ECU the car would start but not drive . Misfiring all the time and after paying $869.00 , these guys refuse to repair the problem they caused.If I would screw my customer as they do I wouldn't be in business long .

wanted to charge me 100 but not include any of it to the balance,told me in a sarcastic way to stop walking in and out of shop due to bell,his sense of humor was horrible. Seemed very knowledgeable but customer service was horrible

$5500 1 week later fuel issue truck running like garbage I brought it back and he said he didn t want to work on it after he was the one to change injectors and fuel regulator.

OIL CHANGE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS! GO A COUPLE DOORS DOWN YOU WILL GET A BETTER PRICE FOR THE SAME SERVICE!
