Needed a battery and called ahead to see if they put them in. The 1st call was picked up but someone was just having a conversation in the background. 2nd call they did answer. Arrived at the store and it was all younger people. I told them I had just called and they took turns denieing it was them. Could tell no one ready wanted to wait on me. Ended up they said they couldn't put it in because of a caution on the computer. I had no problem leaving and going to auto zone to take my business.

Ask for Melici, salesman at front desk. He was helpful, kind. Respectful and very polite. It was a pleasure to shop there always on W Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield Beach. Everything from.small to large AUTO NEEDS.

Every time I go to this store they never have the part, the customer service is a joke and rude. I was just there and waiting as a guy was on the phone when I arrived and the manager was on his cell talking about PlayStation controllers as I m waiting, a man walks in a minute after me and the guy on the cell helps him before me which is a little upsetting as I was here first. I used to come all the time to this store but now I hate coming here and rather go to any other store and refuse to ever go back again even tho it s the closet one to my house. This store is absolutely terrible! Even the manager is terrible!

VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery, but Audi can't be easy. Special tools and techniques needed. They recommend I go somewhere else, losing that sale but gaining a satisfied customer

DANG have prices gone up. At this location it seems they only sold one type of battery. And the cost to replace it was nearly $250. No other options. They also charge you around $30 if you want to keep the old battery Which is crazy because the old battery is mine I should be able to keep it if I want I should ve just gone to my car s actual dealership to get this battery changed. I called Dr. and they would ve done it for $130. Lesson learned.

If the female manager is there on the property you may get your business done properly. Otherwise watch out for those who don't know automotive. I went there one time just to get a diagnosis. The clerk gave me the machine to do it myself. That experience made me think something else is going on at that store. I can't say what. But each time I go there there's a new sales clerk. ????

So I went yesterday to get my windshield wipers changed because I had to drive my granddaughter to Hollywood in the pouring rain. Everything went well. Everyone was nice but as I m getting off the turnpike in Hollywood my left wiper flew off while it was still pouring rain. Somehow my granddaughter, my dog, and I made it to the advanced auto parts store off of Griffin and I had to buy a new one until I could get back to this store and a really nice lady. Ashley refunded me my money today. Thank you, Ashley. However, guys just be a little more careful putting wipers on this could ve ended very differently..

I bought a defective (Platinum!) Die Hard battery here three weeks ago. It went dead yesterday while I was driving down the road! After towing to my mechanic, he said it was a bad battery cell. He said that was common with Die Hard batteries(!!).He didn't sell Die Hard batteries and I needed the car so I bought a different brand from my mechanic.Sooo...after the HUGE inconvenience and expense of towing, not to mention the safety issue, I thought a refund was in order. I received Zero sympathy, and certainly NOT an apology. VERY disappointing.

Thieves work here! Used this as a UPS ACCESS POINT what a mistake! My iPhone 14 pro max disappeared after being signed for by an employee Devon. The manager Nikki she s in on it. Even the Sheriff I had to make a report with called her combative! Oh and take note no cameras! When I got there to pick up and realized it was missing the employee Orville said the guy isn t stealing from me..he s stealing from the company. And the manager and her odd attitude and secret conversations outside IN HER CAR about her dilemma all strange.Not a single apology..she just told me to call T-Mobile and get my money back weird that was her response and that she even knew that . I m sure someone is enjoying the new iPhone!! And what corporate store doesn t have cameras?!?!? Go for the 5 finger..not the customer service! Want that? Go to Napa across the road.

Wish that I could give 50 stars. Called the store, spoke with Alan and asked about prices for my dead battery. My buddy gave me a jump and we shot down to their location in Deerfield. It was 20 minutes to closing. I paid for the battery, Alan grabbed it, came outside and installed it in what was no more than 4 minutes flat. Done. This is how business was done 'once upon a time in America', but those days are gone. I am very, very happy with the service I received from Alan, he was a true professional. I highly recommend this branch and this employee. Excellent, really.

Went to buy a part for a Grand Vitara. What my family gave me a picture if the part and the spanish name was imposible to find out . even the part number wasn't there.But: this is how customer service came to help. They called in between themselves. Young people working there. One asking the other. What do you think this part will be?He came back. Look on this s nd that. Given names of parts just looking at the picture.Awesomeness to me! They found the part we needed.Ig you need the best of the best go to Advance Auto parts at 441 srate rd. Boca Raton florida! Same shopping center is( Aldi )

I came in looking for a specific lug nut after spending 45 minutes at a competitor with no sucess.. counter sales person walked me over and grabbed correct package of 4 off shelf. In and out in 10 min tops.Thanks for the great service.

The absolute best service. Went there today 1/30/22, and the gentleman that helped out my battery was awesome! Customer service way beyond expectations! I'm going back for whatever parts I need. I wish I got his name, but hats off to the man with the big hair

Went for a battery replacement and despite them advertising FREE battery replacement service the associate in the store told me that they did not do them unless I gave him $10 in cash, Zelle, or cash app.

This used to be my go to store for all my needs went in last night to pick up an order and it was a complete joke Tiffany is helpless. she didn t have my oil, gave me no alternative, made it seem as if it s my fault they didn t have the oil, and gave me attitude when i tried to find my own alternative. then i asked for her to look something else up for me she rolls her eyes i say i need plugs for this make/model i d like the ngk 3.99 plugs. She then snaps at me tells me we don t have ngk for that price. at that point i didn t want to deal with her attitude anymore and walked out. Jos�, as the store manager you should hire better employees. The young kids who used to work here were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be going down the street to Bills store from now on.

Needed to buy a battery, asked for a test . They told me to wait. I waited 30 minutes no one came outside. Bought the batterie at Walmart really fast.

I walked in the store to return a hose because the sensor wouldn t fit inside it. I brought with me the old hose and the new one and the sensor. The attendant, Nick, said the hoses were pretty much the same and he didn t understand why the sensor wouldn t fit inside it. So he tried to sell me a new sensor for $40,00 non refundable but wasn t sure it would fit in. He got my sensor and placed inside the broken hose and it got stuck there. Note that my sensor was good and I never asked him to try to fot in my sensor!! Then, he could not get it out and said he had to leave to install a battery for another customer and just walked away. Another attendant came up to me and I explained that I needed my sensor out of the hose. He said the other guy wasn t supposed to do that because that s a mechanic s job. And that he couldn t do anything about it and also left to another customer.I went to the store to return a hose and got out without a solution and with my good sensor stuck on the old hose. I m pretty sure they did it because I am polite and a woman. I felt very discriminated and disrespected!

They won't return an item I bought because it's considered a tool. I told them I needed to try it and return it if it didn't work return it when I bought it. Nothing was said about the no return policy. The only indication that a no return policy was in place was a stamp on the reciept after I paid for it. That makes no sense. I want my refund.

Needed a battery a few months ago and they wheeled the new one out, took out the old one, gave me a credit for the old battery. The installation was unexpected on my part. No additional cost involved. Good selection of auto accessories and the staff is courteous. I go there for my auto supplies as they are close and these are typically items you can't wait for a drop ship from Amazon. The prices are reasonable for the need to have it immediately types of purchases. Parking is fairly convenient as it's dedicated to that store.

The staff was so helpful, kind, and informative. The gentleman helped me make an informed decision about a car part I needed. I do not feel like he oversold me at all. He laid all the information out for me and let me come to my own decision. Even helped me install it and everything!

Best customer service ever. I didn't say anything more than "i need wipers pls" upon entering, and Bill handled everything from there. Not only did he ensure i purchased the correct product (bc that wasn't the case prior to coming to AAP unfortunately), he patiently educated me on the difference between products AND how to use them effectively. I entered with anxiety and left feeling relieved. Thank you Bill!
