This place is great! In an industry that can be known to take advantage of people, this man does business RIGHT! One more than one occasion have they taken care of me and my wife but this last time was truly unheard of. I brought my car in for a diagnostic on electrical issues I have been having. I left my car there for a few days while they tried to recreate my issue to no success. He tells me on the phone he was unable and then proceeds to NOT CHARGE ME for anything they did. They spent time with and on my car over a few days including fixing a grounding issue I was unaware of and turned me down when I offered to at least pay for what they did do. No issues with the car still, new customer for life. Will let me bring my own parts and just charge FAIR labor costs. Do yourself a favor and just bring your cars here. Or don t, go waste your money elsewhere if you like!

I cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this company. I ve taken all my cars here from minor check ups to major issues and Mike and the crew have been nothing but professionals and friendly to my my wallet. My daughters VW and my Edge running like a champs thanks my recent visit. I trust their advise and they genuinely care not only about your vehicles but you as a customer. Support local and definitely utilize them for all your needs.

This is by far the best automotive care center around! They are kind, honest and extremely professional. I waited in the office where I could hear all communications with the mechanics, and I can tell you that they care about their customers! I have taken my car to SNS Automotive several times for various repairs. The owner and his son are genuinely kind, nice and honest business people. It can be a bit intimidating as a woman going into a car repair shop alone. I ve always been treated with kindness and respect at SNS. The work is done properly, the prices are so much better than the car dealers and they don t try to sell you on unnecessary work. I will never take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend SNS.

I have been taking my car to SNS for at least a year now and they have been great! Mike is very knowledgeable and a good man. The prices are reasonable and they don t take long to get your vehicle back on the road. I would definitely recommend 10/10!!

I am new to the area of orange city and this place came across highly recommended from a close family friend. I was skeptical as I have had really bad experience with a previous mechanic. My car needed a coolant clamp a gasket and a thermostat and 2 rear tires and Mike and Jordan made this experience so well worth it. They both were very kind and always reached out first before doing anything on my car. SNS Automotive is my new place to go for all my car needs in the future. Thank you for being such a wonderful and friendly place.

Took my car to fix a ac problem and I'm the most grateful that I did. My friend recommended them to me that they are honest, efficient, know exactly what they are doing and Jordan proved that 100% right! I almost made a very terrible mistake by watching DIY videos to recharge the ac but thank goodness I came here. And Jordan pointed out that I could have done some more damages.Hey guys stop watching those diy videos and come to these professionals. They are the best and their cost is very affordable.Y'all better ask for Jordan.

My wife's check engine light came on, took it to DeLand Nissan, they said the transmission needed to be replaced, well over $5,000. Instead we took it to Mike at SNS Auto, he flushed out transmission fluid, and reset engine light and test drove it. About two months later and the engine light has not come back on, and the Nissan Rouge is running fine, yeah, I strongly recommend SNS Auto

Been to SNS many times but not since I bought a new car since it was under warranty. Mike checked a check engine light which was a little tricky on my Mercedes and told me it should still be covered even after the warranty expired, he then refused to take any money for his and his other mechanics time. Mike, I did not know about SNS Automotive Repair LLC until my Alternator upruptly quit while I was driving. Many years of going to the Car Dealership, I was hesitant to come to SNS shop. My good Neighbor and a Loyal Customer of SNS Repair shop had convinced me. The alternator replaced with half of the amount the dealership would charge .Communication was clear and concise. Going forward, I will come to SNS Automotive Repair LLC for all my auto cares. BTW, I have not met you yet. Thanks a million!

Got rear breaks and rotors replaced on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. There may have been an issue with the breaks or the rotors somewhere, because over the next couple weeks there was a terrible squealing.These things happen, parts can be defective and so on. What impressed me is that the moment this place noticed the issue, they had the parts ordered locally and ran down to the shop to just strip down and redo my break/rotor replacement from scratch.I was already happy with the service in general, but I m additionally impressed because they stood behind their work without question. And for that, they earned my trust and long term business.

I Google's the business and then took map. Quest out to its location, which was not a business, appeared to be a home.. There was a phone number on the sign so I called it. And somebody got back to me with a message on my text.. I asked if they're alignment rack could fit my truck or not through text and nobody ever got back to me Other than to say, he only does alignments. On Friday or Saturday? I can't remember and I really doesn't matter anyway... I guess I'm just leaving this review and leaving, you know. So if you're looking for a professional style shop, this is not it..

Took in my 2015 honda accord with 172k miles for a tune up and now my car runs brand new! They took care of my engine, trans, brakes and a couple other things. More than I expected at a really great price. They added many more years to my car. I highly recommend this shop! Great people and the best service!

If I could rate more than five stars I would. On more than one occasion this company has saved me hundreds or thousands of dollars. They are honest, full of integrity, and excellent at what they do. In over 20 years of owning used cars in West Volusia there's no shop I've found as good as these guys.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had to use my mommas account to leave a review for the second time! My names Rylinne and I ve been to these guys three times now, every single time they help me out so much !! This time they helped me out with a window motor and they have no idea that getting this window fixed for a decent price is how I ll afford to make it to another state to see my 83 yr old grandma! Beyond helpful experience every time!

Mike at the front was an absolute sweetheart ! I went in for a brake job it took them about 2 hours so quick same day and they we extremely professional. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car that I didn t know about and didn t treat me any different I always have that problem being considered a pretty girl being over charged and talked down too . This shop was amazing I definitely recommend and i will be back in a few months for more work!!Service: Auto brake repair

When to Honest1 in Deltona and they charged me high prices twice without ever solving the problem. Got my tire rods fixed a while back, they didn t charge me an arm and a leg and they did an excellent job. Here to fix my AC and they brought me to the car, showed me the problem and they re going to fix it for me. They are absolutely the best!! Please come here, do yourself a favor. I will never go anywhere else! I will be moving soon and I ll still be making the drive to come here because they are honest, knowledgeable, and the best around!!

The best mechanic in the Debary/Orange city/Deltona area. Jordan gave me a great deal at a time I really needed it. Everyone else at the shop is super nice too. The only place I'll be bringing any car in the future and I'd recommend them to everyone.
