I recently had the pleasure of having my RV serviced by KA RV, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional work they performed. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly responsive, ensuring that every aspect of my RV was meticulously inspected and repaired. The improvements are remarkable; it's as if I'm driving a brand new vehicle. The attention to detail and the quality of repairs have truly exceeded my expectations, making everything work even better than before.Thank you!

I had water intrusion and extensive damage to my front cab, bedroom wall, and storage area exterior wall. I took it to KA RV for repairs. The cost of those repairs was $12,000. Mind you, this was not covered by insurance. I paid out of my own pocket. Please note: RV repair warranties are only 90 days; this already wreaks of deception. Why is a customer paying so much money with a 3-month guarantee for a problem that may take a year to reveal itself.Anyhow, I also had the roof checked and resealed as a precaution. I was in Missouri and had my husband go to pick it up. I had him send me photos. I was not happy with the alignment and appearance of the front cab. Initially, the service team pretended they didn t see what I was talking about, but the owner (Andre) acknowledged. So, it was left to have the issues addressed. After repairs, I went to pick it up. However, I found other issues with sealing around windows, etc. So, I had to leave it again. The trip from my house is over 80 miles through treacherous Orlando traffic, and I always had to take someone with me. The RV is a class C. I made several trips back and forth before they got it all right . The owner offered to remove the worn decals on the rear of the RV and place a decal as well as include a Coachman Freelander decal on the front cab/loft exterior pro bono as compensation for my time and patience. When that time came, he acted like he didn t remember making that promise. I insisted, so they did it pro bono as promised. When I finally picked it up, the service secretary, Chris, was rude and condescending. He evidently felt that my expectations were too high stating that he needed to enlighten me . I don t know what he said after that, because I lost it. How could he be so rude after I d spent $12,000 for repairs and numerous trips back and forth pushing them to get it right.Fast forward 9 months later (my job requires I travel extensively) I returned home after 9 months of traveling (keep in mind that 3 month warranty) While traveling, I noted continued water intrusion in the bedroom, dining room, and back wall. These are all areas that had been repaired and/or sealed by KA RV. I use the loft area over the front cab for clothing storage. When I removed my things, the area smelled moldy. After taking everything out, I found extensive water spotting and moisture. Remember, this entire compartment was replaced and sealed by KA RV 9 months ago. I also found a small crack in the exterior vinyl of the cab/loft area and a perfectly round small puncture on the rear exterior RV wall near the stairs. I contacted KA RV requesting a call from Andre (owner). He did not, and has not, returned my call. I spoke with rude Chris who immediately reminded me that I was outside the warranty period of course I am 90 days for this type of repair is NO WARRANTY!I explained to him that I did not want anything from them, because at this point, I don t trust them. I told him I just wanted to make them aware of the situation and that I PAID them in good faith not a penny missing, yet I am still stuck with the problems I started with and at risk of another front cab collapse. He was as smug as ever. I told him I would do the resealing myself and file an official BBB complaint.I pulled the seal from the front cab. The joint was orange, wet, and moldy. I cleaned and resealed that and the other areas. Now, all I can do is wait for rain and hope I did a better job than the people to whom I paid so much money!!!I am adding photos of the window on the cab/loft. Absolutely no seal around it at all and a gap in the rubber seal against the glass SMH !

We can not say enough about the service we received from KA rv repair. They were attentive to what we considered problems and to all our questions. Chris kept us informed regularly with what they were doing. They had our vehicle only one full day before it was ready to pick up. Would not consider using anyone else.

Just ok. (First review around Feb 2023 and rig in storage until recently)Follow up from first visit. Had them work on my aquahot again because still having issue with my heat exchangers. After several hours and an additional six hundred dollars with the assurance that everything is working, the rig was placed in storage for about five or six weeks. When it was time to turn heat on, now the diesel burner would not ignite( it was working fine before my visit to KA). Called Chris and was told to bring it back to have them take a look. Being hundreds of miles away and in a campground for a month, that was not an option. I was refused any tech support over the phone and after a brief conversation I was told by this Chris that "I should have tested it the day after they worked on it". Among other pergorative remarks by Chris regarding" like why should he believe anything I say since he doesn't even know me", I realized that this person doesn't get the notion of good customer service and repeat business. I wished him good luck.P.S. After looking around the aquahot compartment I noticed two loose wires that I have no idea where they go.By the way, don't put much weight on any response they might give...it's all fluff

Brought my RV in for basic maintenance and to replace the awning. Was told that the awning motor went and that they replaced it for an additional $800 their cost only. I asked why they would replace anything without first consulting me and Chris got offended. Told me he would put the old motor back. I found out that the cost of the part was much less and then Chris admitted that it included their 45% markup. My husband reached out to the owner and explained to him what happened. The owner apologized and offered to replace the part for their actual cost. When my husband went to pay he was told the owner quoted us the wrong price and we had to pay the $800.00. Chris and his technicians are also very rude and obnoxious. They like to make smart remarks and roll their eyes a lot. Very unprofessional. When I got my RV back, I discovered a week later they had left the battery on and killed my battery. I couldn't get it to work anymore and had to have it replaced. They denied any wrong doing and asked me to show proof they were negligent. I filed a BBB complaint hoping others will be warned about this company's business practices and serious lack of customer service etiquette.

I brought in my 2012 Coachmen Mirada because the jacks leaked and AC wasn t working. Instead of suggesting expensive repairs, KA found economical solutions that fit into my budget. In this day and age, that is rare. Great customer service and communication.

You can TRUST them in a market full of companies that would take advantage of you. Special shout out to Tania, Cory and Zach. The entire process, which they make easy, was a joy.

I have to say, I don't think any other RV shop could have done the Incredible work KA Rv did on my fifth wheel. I had some big branches fall on my RV roof back in August during Hurricane Idalia. I didn't notice the damage until I went on a family vacation to Orlando Dec 6. My bedroom slide didn't want to open and after I gave it a very hard push it opened about 18" and got stuck. It wouldn't budge. I didn't know what to do, so I called KA Rv and they told me to bring it over.(other repair shops had a 1-2 month wait) I drove with the slide sticking out about 18". Long story short the branch damge punctured a hole in my roof that I didn't notice, Rain entered my roof and .also went down in my wall. My roof and wall was all warped due to water damage. KA Rv replaced my roof, slide out wall, slideout roof and slide out floor. I have a Big Country which has a slide in slide. Its about 25' and Andrey told me when he met me upon delivery. We will get it repaired. In his exact words. Piece of cake for us! They upgraded the cheap wood that RVs are built with. The repair is 100xs more solid then it was when I bought the RV. Andrey the owner was very helpfull through the whole process. And actually had it ready sooner then promised. These guys are second to none. Thanks KA Rv

FRAUD, LIES, WORST NON-REPAIR, SLOPPY, THEFTKA RV worked on my RV for over 1 1/2 year, having to repeat the EXACT SAME SIMPLE REPAIRS on the solar panel they installed, the bathroom repair, propane tank repair. Nothing too difficult--but they were LAZY, and they blamed the customer while pointing out their error "on the day of pickup." To boot, I disconnected the batteries everytime I dropped it off. They "reconnected" the batteries, provided no charge, drained $1600 worth of batteries empty; and were completed unempathetic about the additional cost to their customer to replace the batteries in particular FOR THEIR EXTENDED REPAIR TIME beyond THEIR own date of completion. THEY REPEAT this negligible callous practice without shame. Every dropoff means YOU (THE CUSTOMER) buys new batteries--EVEN IF YOU DISCONNECT THEM. The attached photo was sent to the BBB because they lied and said that I put something other than OEM batteries in my coach, which if you're familiar with Airstream, Lifeline batteries is OEM and nothing else fits. The 2nd pic is, they broke the gauge on the LP tank and then blamed me (on the day of pickup) of sabotage to my own unit. LIES ARE THEIR POLICY.UPDATE: The proof of KA RV Repair theft and lies is in the pictures provided.-KA RV said that I sabotaged my own vehicle to accused them of not doing the work--it's ridiculous, even for them.-KA RV said that I used inferior batteries in my 2017 Airstream Interstate EXT. The problem with that lie is that BECAUSE AIRSTREAM PARTNERED WITH LIFELINE BATTERIES, NO OTHER BATTERY "CAN" FIT IN THE BATTERY STORAGE (they are specifically made for Lifeline batteries ONLY -- as seen in the pictures and can be verified by Airstream Inc.Or, by an RV repair shop who knows what they're doing. But KA RV does not.-Incompetency is not just being uninformed or too lazy to the work the first time; but IT TOOK KA RV OVER A YEAR AND A HALF to get to complete repairs because EVERY REPAIR HAD TO BE REPEATED. AND YES, they blamed the customer for their failures again.-Since then, I took my RV to another shop, just a few miles south of them, and they completed the work IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

Highly recommend. KA RV Repair in DeBary, FL beautifully completed the replacement of an entire exterior rear corner aluminum panel on our 2020 AirStream Bambi 19CB. As shop Mgr, Chris was very informative and kept us completely informed. So happy to have found this highly professional and AirStream approved shop locally. They employ aircraft aluminum specialists, trained and certified by AirStream, and the preformed aluminum panel was supplied by AirStream. No need to travel HUNDREDS of miles to the corporate shop that's unavailable for many months in advance. And KA offers their warranty with a hometown convenience. They could not have been any more honest or up front at explaining the process, and we've already returned for an additional repair, as well as referred friends. If you were considering taking your AirStream to the corporate shop in Jackson Center, Ohio, rethink it and talk to KA first. Can t say enough about our positive experience with KA!! And PS ... Don't miss out on the manatees at Blue Springs just 20 mins up the road!!

I would've written an actual review howeverJazz Sailor already described it accurately! You are 2k dollars richer but you lost a loyal customer. KARMA is real!P.S.I can care less about your "legal team". Good luck proving that you installed the parts that were shipped to you and were the wrong size. The paper trail is the proof of that.

Shysters! Beware, beware. They charge $180 an hour with a two-hour minimum ($380 total) to diagnose a repair even after I told them I was referred by another RV dealer who had already diagnosed the problem. They just want to make sure they get some money in case my warranty turns down the repair. Run the other way, people.

Although a little unprofessional, phenomenal quality of work. I managed to completely rip off the rear portion of our Tiffin motorhome while pulling out of a gas station. KA's repairs were so excellent that we cannot tell AT ALL there was ever any damage. All the lines are clean and perfectly lined up. Paint job is excellent (maybe even better than original). I couldn't believe my eyes! On top of that they are super helpful and pleasant to interact with. So many RV repair shops are at best average (mostly below average)...KA is totally worth the drive!

DO NOT COME HERE!!No Communication. Avoid this place!Good customer service in the beginning, but wanted to pick up my RV for the Thanksgiving weekend before repairs were started. I signed an estimate for an inspection for $218, but when I asked to pick up, they said I had to pay $900 in case I didn't bring my RV back for repairs. Literally holding my RV hostage until I pay them $500 more than what they originally asked me.DO NOT Come Here.
