Excellent experience!! ! I got 2 "used" tires that looked so new, I had to ask the guy if they were new or used. Very friendly crew, quick service, and affordable prices! Would highly recommend to everyone!

My name is Shannon I'm a Semi Truck Owner Operator. I dropped in today after talking with Will about the Tires for my Flatbed Trailer that were worn out. I have a 2018 Peterbilt 579 and a 48ftx102 Fontaine Trailer see pics in this posting. Gus, Will, Rigo, and David are definitely Professionals in my Book. These Guys don't hesitate to jump on your Equipment and get you in and out. Gus has a circle Drive through Shop area and can service your Trailer or Tractor without it being unhooked. It's a drive up service with Air and Jacks at the ready. These guys are faster than any Nascar Pit Crew Team trust me on this. If you have a large Semi Truck and or Tractor Gus can do it. They have a nice waiting Lounge inside the Sales floor too. Bring your POV and large equipment if you need Tires. I'm real I came in today January 26, 2023. Outstanding service here. I came into the shop and fully expected to leave the car overnight considering they closed in a little under an hour. I was fine with that scenario. Instead I was in and out in 15 mins.Amazing service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gus's tire services for a tire patch and 2 new tires installed and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately (for me) in the past 2 weeks I've had 3 flat tires on my Honda Civic. Probably had the worst luck of my life in the past 2 weeks but I digress.From start to finish, they displayed a level of service that exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, their speed and efficiency were remarkable. I walked in with my first tire issue and was promptly attended to. The tire patching process was completed quickly, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. Their dedication to timely service really made a difference for me since I was in a rush to get back to work and on my lunch break.Unfortunately over the past 2 weeks, 2 of my tires had nails in the sidewalls and couldn't be patched. Each time I had an issue, I went back here to see what could be done based on their assessment. I'm sure they got tired of seeing me so many times within the 2 weeks but each time the employees outside were always friendly and joking with me about the terrible luck I'd been having for my tire issues (the employees here are fantastic and we definitely had a good time laughing about it)The affordability of their services was a pleasant surprise. Not only did they provide top-notch quality work, but they also did so at a price that was very reasonable. As someone who's on a tight budget right now, the prices they offered me for the replacement tires still worked within my budget.What truly stood out, though, was their trustworthiness. The staff here demonstrated a high level of integrity and honesty. They accurately assessed the issue with my tires and advised me on the best course of action. Their transparency and commitment to providing genuine solutions built a level of trust that is often hard to find in this industry.I highly recommend Gus's tire services for anyone in need of tire repair or any related services. Gus called me to let me know when the new tires were in and within 10 minutes of arriving the tires were put on and I was ready to go back on the road. Their exceptional speed, affordability, and trustworthiness make them a standout choice. I will definitely be returning for any future tire needs and confidently referring friends and family to this outstanding establishment.Thanks again for taking care of me during the 2 weeks of hell I had with tire flats. I really appreciate you guys for helping out with all the tire issues I had.

After Costco just couldn t find a way to work in my screw in tire into their schedule (that I paid road hazard on) I stopped here on a whim. These guys were AWESOME! Professional, courteous, fast and reasonable price. Will definitely return for future tire needs.

I wish there was a place like this where I live. I have only had tire rotations done here, but I have never needed to wait and their prices can't be beat! There is nothing fancy about it, but I have received excellent and quick service from them. When it comes to tires, I'd recommend them!

These guys are awesome! We have used them for several years. Mostly on bucket truck, chip truck, and trailer tires. They nearly always have the tires we need in stock and are SUPER fast! The customer service is on point. If you need tires, these are the guys for you!Thank you guys for the awesome work. We appreciate it!

I had a tire blowout on my big truck and went in. They were really helpful and their prices are awesome! No rip offs. Would go there again and recommend anyone who needs a tire/brake change to get it serviced here! 10 if I could!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! my friend has been coming here for 4 years and they sold her a old dry rotted tire and it only lasted her 2 weeks and the side wall cracked, I looked and the tire was 5 years old. They said oh well no warranty. You shouldn't rip off loyal customers, will not be back!!!

The ONLY place to go !! I have 2 vehicles i take here and they never fail. I order my tires from walmart and had them mount n balance. $30 each & $4 each tire disposal. There are very quick and you can see how good they are.

Went here to get the alignment on my truck fixed. Went in they said it was good but the truck stilled pulled to the right came back again the next day they said it was good again which it wasn t and pulled left. Came back again they said it was aligned and that they fixed it when clearly it was not. I went to Action Gator Tire down the road the the alignment was fixed in 30 min for the same price as Gus s. Action gator showed me what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. Will not being going to Gus ever again.

I came to their shop to have my tires I bought at Walmart mounted and balanced. I heard too many horror stories about Walmart automotive, so I decided to use Gus . What they don t do: TORQUE LUG NUTS WITH A TORQUE WRENCH, only with an air gun. I asked the tech.why, he said they re tight enough. They also don t give you new valve stems, but I didn t ask why, I guess I should have. On phone they quoted me, mount and balance $100.00, final price $120.00, tax and waste fee? They did not provide me with an itemized ticket, just the receipt. I torqued my own lugs and drove off smooth, with no shaking or vibrations from the steering wheel.

Sent my son there to get two tires for a friends car. $70 dollars a piece are you serious. Called another shop for the same tires and it was $45 dollars a piece - Tires were the same condition also. Gus you re a rip off!!!!! Never going or sending anyone there again.

My family has been a customer here for over a decade and when the owner ran it we were always treated fair. On Monday we came to have our tire s pressure checked and the guy asked for $10 cash. We went home got the cash and went back then the guy said he wanted $20, pointed at another guy and said he told me to get $20. We said no, handed him the $10 CASH and we will never go back. You lost 8 family members of ours who will never come back. We collectively own 17 cars and 4 pickups and always came to you. Sad that customers don t count to you anymore.

I called to get a price on a tire and was put on hold for 10 minutes to the point the phone sent me to voice mail. I tried calling back 3 times and no one answered. I dont understand how they are "the best around" according to their hold adds but can't even get a price for a tire.

Just went today. Had an unexpected flat tire and the guys at Gus fixed it very quickly and were very helpful right when we arrived. Being part of a fellow DeBary local business, I will definitely recommend to anyone for any tire issues, instead of going to places like Tiger Kingdom, etc. Can t beat the local customer service. I wish I could give more than five stars. Thanks again guys

Absolutely great customer service with precision and speed. Very honest mechanics, I came in after another big tire chain was quoting me an arm and a leg for tires amd brakes. These guys hit me with new tires for the low low and even advised against changing brakes just yet because there was still life in them. Gotta love a good honest mechanic. These are my go to guys and they should be yours for any wheel, brake or axle problems. Thanks guys I'll definitely be back!!

Bought 2 used tires in May car started wobbling immediately. They said I need an alignment. My friend shows me the tire separating in several places. They replaced that tire and it was flat the next morning. Went back again another tire. That one is separating. 3 of 4 tires separated right away.

6 month ago i got 2 trailer tire swaped for $130 today i came and got 1 done for $104. I honestly felt ripped off they never said their prices changed. Also they give other Spanish people better pricing over white people. Theres no visible pricing anywhere around or in the shop so they can charge whatever and you can't question it.
