Been going there for several years & never disappointed. Daniel & Jose (DJ) know their stuff. Have had a few repairs & always remained repaired. Good personalities & also they're very reasonably priced. This is the place to go with car problems.

Unreliable, they cause more problems than you went in with. They are particularly good at exploiting your elderly parents. You're better off making the drive to orange city or sanford for legitimate services.

Friendly and honest, I won't go anywhere else. Awesome place, took care of my car issues and didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of me because I'm a female. I appreciate them and their hard work!Depending on the job & how busy the shop is, they're decently quick and always provide great service.

As a disabled veteran living on a tight budget, was calling to gather pricing information for my vehicle. Was told because I purchased the part on my own, they were unwilling to perform the service. Apparently they cannot accommodate because "they wouldn't make money on it..". Disappointed to say the least and I understand the reason, didn't seem willing to help either. Appreciate the honesty.

I am not sure they are real mechanics?? They don t seem to know what they are doing at all and their communication is not good at all! I can t recommend as they totally ruined my car. Please go else where save your self the headaches.

DJ is very kind and knowledgeable. He's a straight shooter and extremely decent with cost rates and not going to lowball you or try to give you everything extra that you don't need for repairs. He is also very understanding and works well within difficult situations in order to get the job done. He is on time with his quotes and he keeps people well informed of what's going on with their vehicle. I respect his work ethic and would drive out of my way to see him again in the future with other repairs for things I would like to edit with my vehicle. He has a customer for life.

This was my first time taking my truck to DJs but it won't be the last. The guys are very nice and professional. They treated my truck like their own. Their prices are very reasonable and they do quality work. I do think he's honest but so busy that it's difficulbt to get service and he is closed on weekends.Took the car in for tune up. It tans worse after 500 plus dollars. Went back two times. Danny troubleshooted over and over. I have to say he worked hard to finally determine what the problem. After more parts and labor the car runs great! So I have to give them a five star review. I m happy. Their happy. All is well. Will continue to use their services. They go all out to get it right. Thanks Danny for your hard work on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love taking my car to DJ Auto Repair! It's great to have a local hometown mechanic you can trust and they are just that. I absolutely feel like they have my back when they have my cars and I that's a rarity. I've had terrible experiences with corporate mechanics lying about fixing problems and even worsening problems and expecting me to foot the bill. At DJ they've always fixed my cars in a timely manner and have always tried to get the job done at the most reasonable cost. That's priceless!

I had evacuated from SC because of Hurricane Florence, and was headed to Clermont when my left front brake locked up. I own a collision repair shop and normally do these types of repairs myself but when it happens on the road in an unfamiliar area, you have no choices. I dropped the car with Danny and Jose and Danny said he would be able to get to it the next day,which he did. They diagnosed the problem correctly and did the repair for a very reasonable price. If you need any repairs or service I highly recommend Danny and Jose. two really nice guys, o one wants to break down on a trip ,but I'm glad i had the chance to do business with them

my wife and I have been taking our vehicles in to Dj's now for several years. I know that they are honest, and dependable. They tell me what they find their diagnosis. and usually have my vehicles ready by the end of the day. Their repair rates or very reasonable

This is the place that you can trust to take care of your entire family's vehicles! They will never scare your Grandma into services that are not needed, nor will they up-sell your teen on a bunch of junk as they head off to college. It is not a 10 minute oil change if you want it done correctly to allow all the oil to drain (the last is the oil you most want drained),meanwhile Jose, Danny and their qualified mechanics take that time to look over the underside of the vehicle, check out your tires and check your other fluids. Enjoy catching up on the latest news and enjoy a treat you will see them shortly with a smile saying your ready to go! They are out of this world helpful and can do all jobs please call and tell them Terri sent you ( ha-ha)Jose has been my mechanic since 1994. I have to add on to my comments since you can't open a second. I recently purchased a used car it didn't have many miles but needed some engine TLC only DJ'S can provide they replaced the computer and I have been riding a car with a showroom feel!

Well I have used them since I moved to central florida but this time dont know. Had 581 work done yesterday, im back today. Won't even keep running. I've have never had a car run this bad. I've been recommending them. Have to sww if they are going to get right before im demanded somewhere.

I called and asked for a quote over the phone for getting my transmission rebuilt. It took the guys over there about a day but they got back to me and the phone estimate without looking at the truck was within $400 of the actual cost, but I also needed more work than I knew going into it so that extra $400 was mostly for that! I will be taking my truck and my wife s car back to them!Service: Transmission
